背景技术
产后恶露持续三周以上仍淋沥不断者，称为产后恶露不绝。恶露，即产后子宫内排出的余血浊液，杂浊浆水，宜露不宜藏，初为暗红，继之淡红，渐于三周内应干净(剖腹产可一月左右始净)。西医所称的子宫复旧不良所致的晚期产后出血，可属该病范围。目前，临床上治疗产后恶露不绝多采用抗宫炎药治疗，但是有可能发生全身性损害、呼吸系统损害的严重不良反应。
中医认为，产后恶露不绝是由于产时劳伤经脉，导致气血运行失常，而致产后3周以上，仍有阴道出血者。
根据中医理论，针对产后恶露不绝的发病机理，以凉血止血、祛瘀通络为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例120例，年龄25～40岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、产后3周以上阴道仍有少量出血；
2、妇科检查可确诊子宫复旧不良，或子宫轻度感染，或胎盘、胎膜残留；应排除绒癌及恶性葡萄胎。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，七天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：阴道出血停止，症状消失；
2、好转：阴道出血减少，症状减轻；
3、未愈：症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-6个疗程，治愈82例，好转28例，未愈10例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，37岁。刮宫后恶露一个月未退。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，恶露明显减少，余量极少；继续服用1个疗程后，恶露退净，治愈。
病例2：田某，26岁，平日身体素质就很虚，分娩时失血过多，产后贫血，恶露产后三个多周不退。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，恶露退净，治愈。

1.一种治疗产后恶露不绝的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：益母草10-30份，丹参10-20份，马齿苋10-20份，艾叶5-15份，党参10-20份，蒲黄10-20份，败酱草10-20份，川芎5-15份，桑寄生10-20份，生地黄10-20份，地榆10-20份，柴胡5-15份，黄芩10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，藕节5-15份，太子参10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，桂枝5-15份，炮姜10-20份，女贞子10-20份，黄柏5-15份，半枝莲10-20份，桃仁10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗产后恶露不绝的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：益母草20份，丹参15份，马齿苋15份，艾叶10份，党参15份，蒲黄15份，败酱草15份，川芎10份，桑寄生15份，生地黄15份，地榆15份，柴胡10份，黄芩15份，山茱萸15份，藕节10份，太子参15份，白花蛇舌草15份，桂枝10份，炮姜15份，女贞子15份，黄柏10份，半枝莲15份，桃仁15份，甘草10份。
