背景技术

中医一般认为引起妊娠恶阻的原因多因脾胃虚弱或肝胃不和导致冲气上逆、胃失和降。若呕吐日久，浆水不入，伤及气阴，可继发气阴两虚的恶阻重症。但是，目前中医中治疗妊娠恶阻的处方效果也不尽理想，还没有从妊娠恶阻的根本原因分析，从而能够有效治疗妊娠恶阻的纯中药口服液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题或缺陷，提供一种治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，能够有效治疗妊娠恶阻，无副作用。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、浸提，将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到原料粉，所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：当归身12-18、砂仁4-6、苏子2-4、草豆寇4-6、黄芩5-8、白芍4-6、山药15-20、杜仲5-8、桑寄生8-10、菟丝子8-12、川续断8-12、龙眼肉13-15、阿胶7-9、白术8-12、太子参9-12、五味子4-6、百合16-22、黄精5-7、山萸肉4-6、枸骨8-12以及甘草8-12；
步骤2、将原料粉与10-30倍体积的65-75%乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到浸提物；
步骤3、将浸提物加蒸馏水稀释5-8倍，即得所述治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液。
优选的是，所述的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法中，步骤一中所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：
当归身15、砂仁5、苏子3、草豆寇5、黄芩6、白芍5、山药18、杜仲6、桑寄生9、菟丝子10、川续断10、龙眼肉14、阿胶78、白术10、太子参10、五味子5、百合18、黄精6、山萸肉5、枸骨10以及甘草10。
优选的是，所述的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法中，步骤2中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤2.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为45-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤2.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为55-60℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤2.3、第三次浸提，将第二次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第三次浸提，浸提温度为65-70℃，浸提时间15-20分钟，过滤得到第三浸提液；
步骤2.4将第一浸提液、第二浸提液及第三浸提液混合，加热至45-50℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。

其次，通过将可有效治疗妊娠恶阻的的中药组合物进行分步乙醇浸提，使所制备的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液不仅服用方便，而且有利于药物有效成分的吸收，有效治疗妊娠恶阻。

一种治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：步骤1、浸提，将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到原料粉，所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：当归身12-18、砂仁4-6、苏子2-4、草豆寇4-6、黄芩5-8、白芍4-6、山药15-20、杜仲5-8、桑寄生8-10、菟丝子8-12、川续断8-12、龙眼肉13-15、阿胶7-9、白术8-12、太子参9-12、五味子4-6、百合16-22、黄精5-7、山萸肉4-6、枸骨8-12以及甘草8-12。步骤2、将原料粉与10-30倍体积的65-75%乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到浸提物。步骤3、将浸提物加蒸馏水稀释5-8倍，即得所述治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液。
本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为妊娠恶阻的病因为：多由素体虚弱，忽受胎妊，胃虚气滞，冲任上壅，气不下行，故为恶心、呕逆、胀满不食。治宜健脾和胃、调气逆止呕、安胎和血。
本发明中所述中药组合物的具体药理为：
当归身，和血补血；
砂仁，行气、温中、安胎；
苏子，调气逆止呕；
草豆寇，调气逆止呕；
黄芩，清热安胎、止血；
白芍，养血平肝；
山药，健脾胃、补气血；
杜仲，补肝肾养血安胎；
桑寄生，补气血、安胎；
菟丝子，补阳益阴；
川续断，补肝肾养气血；
龙眼肉，健脾胃、补气血；
阿胶，补血止血；
白术，健脾和胃、补气血安胎；
太子参，益气生津、补气血；
五味子，生津、宁心安神、补气血；
百合，清心安神；
黄精，补脾益气；
山萸肉，补益肝肾；
枸骨，补气血、健脾胃；
甘草，缓和药性。
本发明通过以上多种中药的合理配伍，健脾和胃、调气逆止呕、安胎和血，使妊娠恶阻得以治愈。
本发明通过将可有效治疗妊娠恶阻的的中药组合物进行分步乙醇浸提，使所制备的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液不仅服用方便，而且有利于药物有效成分的吸收，有效治疗妊娠恶阻。
每次服用所述口服液10毫升，每日服用3次，每7天为一个疗程，连续服用3个疗程，可有效治疗妊娠恶阻。
实施例2
一种治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、浸提，将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到原料粉，所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：当归身15、砂仁5、苏子3、草豆寇5、黄芩6、白芍5、山药18、杜仲6、桑寄生9、菟丝子10、川续断10、龙眼肉14、阿胶78、白术10、太子参10、五味子5、百合18、黄精6、山萸肉5、枸骨10以及甘草10；
步骤2、将原料粉与10-30倍体积的65-75%乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到浸提物。所述浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤2.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为45-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤2.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为55-60℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤2.3、第三次浸提，将第二次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第三次浸提，浸提温度为65-70℃，浸提时间15-20分钟，过滤得到第三浸提液；
步骤2.4将第一浸提液、第二浸提液及第三浸提液混合，加热至45-50℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。
步骤3、将浸提物加蒸馏水稀释6倍，即得所述治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液。
每次服用所述口服液15毫升，每日服用2次，每10天为一个疗程，连续服用2个疗程，可有效治疗妊娠恶阻。

1.一种治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、浸提，将中药组合物干燥粉碎，得到原料粉，所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：当归身12-18、砂仁4-6、苏子2-4、草豆寇4-6、黄芩5-8、白芍4-6、山药15-20、杜仲5-8、桑寄生8-10、菟丝子8-12、川续断8-12、龙眼肉13-15、阿胶7-9、白术8-12、太子参9-12、五味子4-6、百合16-22、黄精5-7、山萸肉4-6、枸骨8-12以及甘草8-12；
步骤2、将原料粉与10-30倍体积的65-75%乙醇溶液混合浸提，浸提结束后加热使乙醇蒸发，得到浸提物；
步骤3、将浸提物加蒸馏水稀释5-8倍，即得所述治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤一中所述中药组合物主要包括以下重量份的原料：
当归身15、砂仁5、苏子3、草豆寇5、黄芩6、白芍5、山药18、杜仲6、桑寄生9、菟丝子10、川续断10、龙眼肉14、阿胶78、白术10、太子参10、五味子5、百合18、黄精6、山萸肉5、枸骨10以及甘草10。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗妊娠恶阻的口服液的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤2中浸提方法为分步浸提法，具体方法为：
步骤2.1、第一次浸提，浸提温度为45-50℃，浸提时间30-40分钟，过滤得到第一浸提液；
步骤2.2、第二次浸提，将第一次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第二次浸提，浸提温度为55-60℃，浸提时间20-30分钟，过滤得到第二浸提液；
步骤2.3、第三次浸提，将第二次浸提过滤的截留物与10倍体积乙醇混合进行第三次浸提，浸提温度为65-70℃，浸提时间15-20分钟，过滤得到第三浸提液；
步骤2.4将第一浸提液、第二浸提液及第三浸提液混合，加热至45-50℃使乙醇蒸发，即得所述浸提物。
