本发明公开了一种植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜,所述眼霜主要包括下述质量百分比的活性成分:肌肽0.1~0.3%,六肽‑9/丁二醇0.3~0.7%,细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原0.3~0.8%。本发明所制得的植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜综合应用多种延缓衰老的途径,采用特定配比的肌肽,六肽‑9/丁二醇,细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原,该3种物质相互协同,具有显著的紧肤、修复、抗皱和改善肤质的功效。从而使本发明眼霜具有美白嫩肤,紧肤除皱的功效。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,对皮肤的保养成为了人们日益关注的问题,由于生活节奏的加快,眼部肌肤的衰老已是普遍现象,为此,具有滋润、改善皱纹、细纹功效的眼霜有了较为广阔的市场,不同的眼霜因为所选主要成分的从而有着不同的功效。目前市场上的眼霜主要集中在抗皱方面,《一种眼霜及其制备方法》(申请公布号:CN103599062A),公开了一种添加聚多糖紧肤剂、β-葡聚糖、透明质酸、白藜芦醇等活性成分的眼霜,具有良好的紧肤保湿作用,但是在抗衰老方面的功效并不显著;《一种美白保湿眼霜及其制备方法》(申请公布号:CN105287340A),公开了一种美白保湿眼霜,渗透性好,易吸收,具有增强眼周肌肤弹力并改善干燥、松弛现象,但所用的提取物精华较多,制备工艺繁琐。针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜,具有显著的紧肤、修复、抗皱和改善肤质的功效。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述眼霜的制备方法。
本发明的眼霜,由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.5~2%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.2~1.8%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8~2.2%;月桂氮卓酮0.5~2%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1~3%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2~4%;牛油果树果脂1~3%;氢化霍霍巴油1~3%;丁羟甲苯0.03~0.07%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.2%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.2%;透明质酸钠0.01~0.04%;黄原胶0.1~0.14%;甘油1~4%;聚乙二醇-8 3~7%;丁二醇1~2%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7 0.2~0.6%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.2~0.6%;库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5~2%;奥氏海藻提取物0.5~2%;苯氧乙醇0.2~0.3%;甲基异噻唑啉酮0.004~0.01%;1,2-己二醇0.02~0.05%;柠檬酸0.01~0.03%;柠檬酸钠0.2~0.5%;氢氧化钾0.2~0.4%;抗坏血酸葡糖苷1~3%;肌肽0.1~0.3%;六肽-9/丁二醇0.3~0.7%;细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原0.3~0.8%;余量为水。
上述眼霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、月桂氮卓酮、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、氢化霍霍巴油、丁羟甲苯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合,作为A相投入油相锅加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
2)将透明质酸钠、黄原胶、甘油、聚乙二醇-8混合作为B相加入水相锅中加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
3)将A相抽入乳化锅,均质5分钟,保温搅拌10分钟;
4)将C相加入乳化锅,均质2分钟,保温搅拌5分钟,温度保持在80-85度,搅拌速度35转/分钟。所述C相为聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇;
5)降温至40度先后加入D相和E相,保温搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度25-30转/分钟。所述D相为库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、奥氏海藻提取物,所述E相为苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、1,2-己二醇;
6)将事先溶解好的F相和G相加入,均质1分钟,保温搅拌5分钟。调节PH至6.5~6.8后出料。所述F相为柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钾、抗坏血酸葡糖苷,所述G相为肌肽、六肽-9/丁二醇、细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原。

在前人研究中,发明人了解到肽与肽之间及肽与非蛋白成分之间既存在相互协同的作用也存在拮抗作用,这种关系受混合物的配比关系和配方体系等因素的影响。本发明人通过对肌肽、六肽-9/丁二醇、细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原三者进行研究发现将三者按照本发明所述的重量份配比混合后在三种成分的协同作用下所得到的植物蛋白肤原液抗氧化能力、皮肤弹性及皱纹改善能力明显提高,将该植物蛋白舒纹弹力眼霜,能够起到显著的紧肤、修复、抗皱、改善肤质的功效,其效果明显高于单独添加肌肽、六肽-9/丁二醇、细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原或三种组分以在本发明外的其他比例简单组合而成的混合物。
下面对本发明中的主要功效成分进行介绍:
肌肽是由β-丙氨酰-L-组氨酸组成的二肽,肌肽被证明是强效的抗氧化剂,能够有效淬灭活性氧自由基,保护细胞膜;肌肽作为良好的抗糖化剂能够抑制糖化反应,有效淬灭淡基自由基,还能防止胶原蛋白等大分子的交联,减少皱纹的产生;肌肽作为肌肤组成的一部分,天然、安全,能帮助受损肌肤组织修复,提高皮肤的免疫能力;肌肽对重金属离子具有络合作用,不仅可以起到排毒解毒的作用,用于化妆品体系中还能有助于维持配方的稳定性。
细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原,是由植物性黏多糖体与纳米化胶原蛋白(分子量约M:1000)组合而成之生化活性成份,纳米化的胶原蛋白接着在植物性黏多糖体上,可以让纳米化的胶原蛋白停留在表皮层的更深处,使皮肤得到更长久的保湿功效,给与肌肤一非常柔软、愉悦的感觉,且使肌肤呈现如丝绸般之光泽。

具体实施方式
制备方法:
1)将C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、月桂氮卓酮、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、氢化霍霍巴油、丁羟甲苯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合,作为A相投入油相锅加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
2)将透明质酸钠、黄原胶、甘油、聚乙二醇-8混合作为B相加入水相锅中加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
3)将A相抽入乳化锅,均质5分钟,保温搅拌10分钟;
4)将C相加入乳化锅,均质2分钟,保温搅拌5分钟,温度保持在80-85度,搅拌速度35转/分钟。所述C相为聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇;
5)降温至40度先后加入D相和E相,保温搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度25-30转/分钟。所述D相为库拉索芦荟叶提取物、奥氏海藻提取物,所述E相为苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、1,2-己二醇;
6)将事先溶解好的F相和G相加入,均质1分钟,保温搅拌5分钟。调节PH至6.5~6.8后出料。所述F相为柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钾、抗坏血酸葡糖苷,所述G相为肌肽、六肽-9/丁二醇、细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原。

实验过程:
试用对象:每个实施例制备的眼霜试用对象为年龄25-35岁的女性100名。
使用方法:使用周期为28天,每天早上洁面后取适量均匀涂于眼部周围,轻轻按摩至吸收。
治疗效果数据见下表:

试用后,均未发现刺激性及过敏现象。
从表中可知,分别缺少肌肽和细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原的对比例1,2制得的眼霜,其抗皱紧肤效果并不是很理想,实施例1,2,3制得的眼霜治疗效果明显高于对比例1,2制得的眼霜的治疗效果。由此可知,单独添加肌肽或细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原的眼霜制品,舒纹祛皱的功能都不完备,只有在两种成分均有的情况下,所制得的眼霜因各组分的协同作用,具有良好的舒纹抗皱功效。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜,其特征在于,所述眼霜由以下成分组成:C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.5~2%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.2~1.8%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8~2.2%;月桂氮卓酮0.5~2%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1~3%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2~4%;牛油果树果脂1~3%;氢化霍霍巴油1~3%;丁羟甲苯0.03~0.07%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.2%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.2%;透明质酸钠0.01~0.04%;黄原胶0.1~0.14%;甘油1~4%;聚乙二醇-83~7%;丁二醇1~2%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.2~0.6%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.2~0.6%;库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.5~2%;奥氏海藻提取物0.5~2%;苯氧乙醇0.2~0.3%;甲基异噻唑啉酮0.004~0.01%;1,2-己二醇0.02~0.05%;柠檬酸0.01~0.03%;柠檬酸钠0.2~0.5%;氢氧化钾0.2~0.4%;抗坏血酸葡糖苷1~3%;肌肽0.1~0.3%;六肽-9/丁二醇0.3~0.7%;细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原0.3~0.8%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜,其特征在于,所述眼霜由以下成分组成:C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.4~1.7%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.4~1.6%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5~2.5%;月桂氮卓酮0.8~1.6%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5~2.5%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3~4%;牛油果树果脂2~4%;氢化霍霍巴油2~3%;丁羟甲苯0.04~0.08%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.15%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.15%;透明质酸钠0.02~0.04%;黄原胶0.12~0.14%;甘油2~3%;聚乙二醇-84~6%;丁二醇1.5~2%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/ 月桂醇聚醚-70.3~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.4~0.5%;库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.8~1.5%;奥氏海藻提取物0.7~1.6%;苯氧乙醇0.15~0.26%;甲基异噻唑啉酮0.006~0.008%;1,2-己二醇0.03~0.06%;柠檬酸0.02~0.04%;柠檬酸钠0.3~0.6%;氢氧化钾0.3~0.5%;抗坏血酸葡糖苷2~4%;肌肽0.2~0.5%;六肽-9/丁二醇0.2~0.6;细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原0.2~0.6%;余量为水。

4.权利要求1至3任一项所述的植物蛋白肽舒纹弹力眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、月桂氮卓酮、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸 /癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、氢化霍霍巴油、丁羟甲苯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合,作为A相投入油相锅加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
2)将透明质酸钠、黄原胶、甘油、聚乙二醇-8混合作为B相加入水相锅中加热至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
3)将A相抽入乳化锅,均质5分钟,保温搅拌10分钟;
4)将C相加入乳化锅,均质2分钟,保温搅拌5分钟,温度保持在80-85度,搅拌速度35转/分钟。所述C相为聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7、聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇;
5)降温至40度先后加入D相和E相,保温搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度25-30转/分钟。所述D相为库拉索芦荟叶提取物、奥氏海藻提取物,所述E相为苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、1,2-己二醇;
6)将事先溶解好的F相和G相加入,均质1分钟,保温搅拌5分钟。调节PH至6.5~6.8后出料。所述F相为柠檬酸钠、氢氧化钾、抗坏血酸葡糖苷,所述G相为肌肽、六肽-9/丁二醇、细小裸藻多糖/水解胶原。
