本发明涉及一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素1%‑20%,抗光解剂0.1%‑2%,溶剂5%‑40%,乳化剂3%‑15%,水补足至100%;本发明的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂比传统的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂增加了对环境友好的抗光解剂,再采用合理的加工工艺得到质量稳定、药效好、持效期长、耐储存的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。

一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农用杀虫剂,具体涉及一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂及其制备方法,属于农业化学领域。
背景技术
甲氨基阿维菌素,是以阿维菌素为原料经过化学修饰得到的一种高效抗生素的杀虫杀螨剂,具有高效、广谱、持效期长等优点,作用机理是阻碍害虫运动神经信息传递而使身体麻痹死亡,作用方式以胃毒为主,对作物无内吸性能,但能渗入到作物表皮组织中,具有较长的持效期,对很多害虫具有其他农药无法比拟的活性,尤其对鳞翅目、双翅目、蓟马类超高效,而甲氨基阿维菌素对光不稳定。
光化学降解是农药施用后在环境中的主要降解之一,农药的光解特性对农药药效的持久性及在环境中的残留消失动态具有直接影响,况且甲氨基阿维菌素这种对光不稳定的原药,光对甲氨基阿维菌素的影响将更大,严重影响到甲氨基阿维菌素的药效和持效性,浪费原药。本发明的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂比传统的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂增加了对环境友好的抗光解剂,再采用合理的加工工艺得到质量稳定,药效好,持效期长,耐储存的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素1%-20%,抗光解剂0.1%-2%,溶剂5%-40%,乳化剂3-15%,水补足至100%。
所述的抗光解剂为UV-327、D-902、BHT、BHA、威尔3000、318 中的一种或几种的混合。
所述溶剂为环己酮、甲醇、乙醇、溶解油、矿物油、松脂基植物油、松节油、油酸甲酯、乙酸仲丁酯中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的乳化剂是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、多元醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、蓖麻油、失水山梨醇脂肪酸醋聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、氯化钾、硫酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的水是去离子水。
所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂的制备方法:用溶剂将甲氨基阿维菌素原药和抗光解剂全部溶解后,加入一定比例乳化剂混合均匀,加入去离子水,搅拌均匀后,得到抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
本发明的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂比传统的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂增加了对环境友好的抗光解剂,再采用合理的加工工艺得到质量稳定、药效好、持效期长、耐储存的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
实施例一
准确称量73%甲氨基阿维菌素3.4g和D-902 0.2g,用2g环己酮和10g乙醇搅拌溶解完全,加入苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚3g和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3g搅拌均匀后,加入去离子水,即得到2.5%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
实施例二
准确称量73%甲氨基阿维菌素4.8g和D-902 0.4g,用2g环己酮和10g乙醇搅拌溶解完全,加入苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚4g和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3g搅拌均匀后,加入去离子水,即得到3.5%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
实施例三
准确称量73%甲氨基阿维菌素7.8g和D-902 0.5g,用2g环己酮和10g乙醇搅拌溶解完全,加入苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚4g和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠6g搅拌均匀后,加入去离子水,即得到5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
实施例四:空白实验
准确称量73%甲氨基阿维菌素3.4g,用2g环己酮和10g乙醇搅拌溶解完全,加入苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚3g和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3g搅拌均匀后,加入去离子水,即得到不含抗光解剂的2.5%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
实施例五:光解测试试验
见图1,为了更有效的展示抗光解甲氨基阿维菌素微乳的性能,用实施例一和空白实验一起做了光解试验:在MS-PRE多功能光化学反应试验装置中进行:采用人工光源氙灯,反应温度为25℃,将实施例一和空白实验一起稀释10倍后,放入10ml石英玻璃光解池中,分别置于光照转盘上,光照度为2370lux,紫外辐射照度13.5W·CM2实验中定期取水样,测试水中甲氨基阿维菌素浓度变化。试验期内保持光化学反应隔离其他光源,减少对实验结果的影响。测试结果如图1,从图中可以看出抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳性能更好。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:甲氨基阿维菌素1%-20%,抗光解剂0.1%-2%,溶剂5%-40%,乳化剂3-15%,水补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,其特征在于:所述的抗光解剂为UV-327、D-902、BHT、BHA、威尔3000、318中的一种或几种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为环己酮、甲醇、乙醇、溶解油、矿物油、松脂基植物油、松节油、油酸甲酯、乙酸仲丁酯中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸盐、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、多元醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、蓖麻油、失水山梨醇脂肪酸醋聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、氯化钾、硫酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的水是去离子水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂的制备方法:用溶剂将甲氨基阿维菌素原药和抗光解剂全部溶解后,加入一定比例乳化剂混合均匀,加入去离子水,搅拌均匀后,得到抗光解的甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂。
