Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:玉米芯10‑20、瓜子壳1‑4、板材下脚料30‑40、碳酸钙2‑6、改性复配粉3‑5、胶合剂10‑20;所得人造板材含有玉米芯和瓜子壳,玉米芯具有一定的孔隙,能够降低容重,增加保温效果,同时起到一定的隔音效果,瓜子壳的使用变废为宝,降低容重,增加改性复配粉,与其余原料很好地相容,弥补了玉米芯、瓜子壳强度不足的弱点,增加本发明的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造板材技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材。
背景技术
人造板,顾名思义,就是利用木材在加工过程中产生的边角废料,添加化工胶粘剂制作成的板材。人造板材种类很多,常用的有刨花板、中密度板、细木工板(大芯板)、胶合板,以及防火板等装饰型人造板。因为它们有各自不同的特点,被应用于不同的家具制造领域。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
玉米芯10-20、瓜子壳1-4、板材下脚料30-40、碳酸钙2-6、改性复配粉3-5、胶合剂10-20;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10-15、膨润土3-5、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.8、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1-0.3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,甲醇5-6;
所述的胶合剂由下述重量份的原料制得:
黄原胶10-20、海藻酸钠1-2、玉米蛋白粉3-5、阿拉伯树胶1-4、环氧亚麻油1-2、动物血球蛋白粉2-5、三甲基甲氧基硅烷1-3、苯甲酸钠1-2、山梨酸钾2-5。
所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米芯、瓜子壳、板材下脚料烘干、粉碎,再与改性复配粉混匀得板材粉备用;
(2)胶合剂各原料混匀后,加适量去离子水,在30-35℃下搅拌20-30min,得胶合剂备用;
(3)板材粉、胶合剂混合均匀,加入成型模具中,于热压机中压制后,加热固化,即得。
所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土、膨润土与甲醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到糊状复配物;
(2)十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂KH550与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得复配水溶液;
(3)将糊状复配物与复配水溶液混匀,调pH值至3-5,于室温下搅拌反应12-24h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的反应产物离心,用甲苯洗涤,室温下风干即得。
本发明的优点是:(1)本发明含有天然胶合剂,不含甲醛,安全无污染;
(2)矿物粉的有机插层反应可以在保持矿物原晶体结构不变的情况下,使其层间距大幅度的提高,从而达到剥片的效果,缩小矿物层的厚度,扩大径厚比,提高比表面积,将其应用到人造板材上, 有助于加快板材粉与胶黏剂粘结致密度,提高强度;
(3)所得人造板材含有玉米芯和瓜子壳,玉米芯具有一定的孔隙,能够降低容重,增加保温效果,同时起到一定的隔音效果,瓜子壳的使用变废为宝,降低容重,增加改性复配粉,与其余原料很好地相容,弥补了玉米芯、瓜子壳强度不足的弱点,增加本发明的强度。
具体实施方式
一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
玉米芯10、瓜子壳1、板材下脚料30、碳酸钙2、改性复配粉3、胶合剂10;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10、膨润土3、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1,甲醇5;
所述的胶合剂由下述重量份的原料制得:
黄原胶10、海藻酸钠1、玉米蛋白粉3、阿拉伯树胶1、环氧亚麻油1、动物血球蛋白粉2、三甲基甲氧基硅烷1、苯甲酸钠1、山梨酸钾2。
所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米芯、瓜子壳、板材下脚料烘干、粉碎,再与改性复配粉混匀得板材粉备用;
(2)胶合剂各原料混匀后,加适量去离子水,在30℃下搅拌20min,得胶合剂备用;
(3)板材粉、胶合剂混合均匀,加入成型模具中,于热压机中压制后,加热固化,即得。
所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒙脱土、膨润土与甲醇混匀后,离心后除去上清液,得到糊状复配物;
(2)十二烷基硫酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂KH550与适量去离子水溶液混匀,并搅拌分散,得复配水溶液;
(3)将糊状复配物与复配水溶液混匀,调pH值至3,于室温下搅拌反应12h;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的反应产物离心,用甲苯洗涤,室温下风干即得。
对制得的人造板材进行性能测试,测试结果为:
按照GB/T 17657— 2013 规定的三点弯曲法测得本实例得到的人造板的静曲强度为14-16MPa。

Claims (3)

1.一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
玉米芯10-20、瓜子壳1-4、板材下脚料30-40、碳酸钙2-6、改性复配粉3-5、胶合剂10-20;
改性复配粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
蒙脱土10-15、膨润土3-5、十二烷基硫酸钠0.3-0.8、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵0.1-0.3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 1-2,甲醇5-6;
所述的胶合剂由下述重量份的原料制得:
黄原胶10-20、海藻酸钠1-2、玉米蛋白粉3-5、阿拉伯树胶1-4、环氧亚麻油1-2、动物血球蛋白粉2-5、三甲基甲氧基硅烷1-3、苯甲酸钠1-2、山梨酸钾2-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米芯、瓜子壳、板材下脚料烘干、粉碎,再与改性复配粉混匀得板材粉备用;
(2)胶合剂各原料混匀后,加适量去离子水,在30-35℃下搅拌20-30min,得胶合剂备用;
(3)板材粉、胶合剂混合均匀,加入成型模具中,于热压机中压制后,加热固化,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有天然胶黏剂的人造板材,其特征在于:所述的改性复配粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
