本发明涉及一种三氯异氰尿酸消毒制剂,特别是粉剂或颗粒剂。目的在于提供一种成本低,效果好,取材容易的消毒剂。它由三氯异氰尿酸与氯化钠混合而成。这是一种广谱、高效、低毒、性质稳定、效力持久、取材容易、价格便宜、使用方便的消毒剂,效力相当于次氯酸钠的100倍,对细菌、真菌、芽孢以及病毒性肝炎均有良好的杀灭效果,可广泛应用于农业及其他领域。具有用量少,作用快的特点。

Description

三氯异氰尿酸消毒制剂
本发明涉及一种消毒剂,特别是粉剂或颗粒剂。
三氯异氰尿酸作为消毒剂,是通过高浓度氯,以次氯酸离子形式穿透细胞膜起到杀菌作用的。由于其浓度高,溶解度低,加之次氯酸离予带有电荷,因而穿透细胞膜的困难大,速度慢。因此,其消毒效果差,速度慢、成本高,不利于大面积推广应用。
针对上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种效果好,速度快,价格低,取材容易的消毒制剂。
本发明是这样实现的:三氯异氰尿酸消毒制剂它由30%-68%重量百分比的三氯异氰尿酸与相应32%-70%重量百分比的氯化钠均匀混合合成。其杀菌机理是:三氯异氰尿酸消毒制剂与三氯异氰尿酸不同,它的溶解度高,溶解于水后,其有效成份“氯”是以次氯酸分子形态存在于溶液中,不带电荷,其扩散穿透细胞膜的速度比带电荷的次氯酸盐离子快得多,也容易得多,从而使病菌迅速死亡。
本发明具有以下优点:1.它是一种广谱、高效、低毒、性质稳定、效力持久、取材容易、价格便宜、使用方便的消毒剂,其杀菌效力相当于次氯酸钠的100倍,对细菌、真菌、芽孢以及病毒性肝炎均有良好的消毒效果,可替代氯胺丁,漂白粉等氯制剂;2,用量少,作用快,可提高消毒工作效率及杀菌效果;3.用于水稻生产,可防治水稻纹枯病、稻瘟病、白粉病、细菌性条斑病等,并达到理想的杀灭与抑制效果。用于水稻浸种,可减少其生长期的病虫害危害,并可提高发芽率10%-15%;4.用于养鱼,可防治鱼类肠炎病、烂鳃病和赤皮病,并可使其成活率达90%以上;5.用于养蚕,可作为蚕房、蚕具的消毒剂,还可用本品1%与石灰构成防僵粉治疗及预防稚、壮蚕期的蚕僵病。
图1是本发明生产工艺流程图。
本发明将三氯异氰尿酸和氯化钠分别烘干、研磨成300目以上的细粉,根据需要有效氯的含量按相应配比配方,均匀混合搅拌30分钟即可。按其有效含氯量的高低,本消毒制剂可分为三级。具体分级标准及配比配方如下:有效含氯量≥60%为一级,按重量百分比,其配方配比为:三氮异氰尿酸68%,氯化钠32%;有效含氯量≥40%为二级,按重量百分比,其配方配比为:三氯异氰尿酸48%,氯化钠52%;有效含氯量≥25%为三级,按重量百分比,其配方配比为:三氯异氰尿酸30%,氯化钠70%。设附图1中A代表三氯异氰尿酸,设B代表氯化钠,其生产工艺流程是:原料AB经检测、烘干、粉碎后,按重量百分比配比配方混合,然后搅拌、检测后分级包装、入库、出厂。

1.一种三氯异氰尿酸消毒制剂,其特征在于由30%-68%重量百分比的三氯异氰尿酸与相应32%-70%重量百分比的氯化钠均匀混合合成。
