一种低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法,包括:多层玻璃棉,其中,多层玻璃棉采用多层同一方向的方式,且相邻玻璃棉之间设置有一定的不会出现气体贯穿缝的错边量;本发明在进行多层玻璃棉的铺设作业时,多层玻璃棉采用同一方向的铺设方式,不仅解决了操作人员对玻璃棉的踩踏,保证了保冷材料的性能;而且,还大大提高了施工的效率。

低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃棉的铺设方法,尤其涉及一种低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法。
背景技术
目前,在低温储罐工程建设中,低温储罐罐底、储罐罐壁、储罐罐顶等部位均需要安装保冷材料。为了达到要求的保冷效果,一般在储罐内顶部设置吊顶,吊顶上方铺设玻璃棉的方法。由于储罐吊顶玻璃棉需要设置多层,且玻璃棉多为10厘米厚的长方形(如长12米宽1米)。
在玻璃棉铺设时,多层玻璃棉采用纵横交错逐层铺设的方法,如:第一层采用玻璃棉全部横向铺设,完成全部第一层铺设工作后,进行第二层玻璃棉铺设,第二层玻璃棉采用纵向铺设方法,即:与第一层呈90度方向铺设,以后层数玻璃棉,以此更替横纵铺设。由于上述方法,需要一层一层进行铺设,因此,施工效率较低;且在完成一层玻璃棉的铺设后进行下一层玻璃棉铺设时,会对前面完成的玻璃棉造成严重的踩踏,影响材料的保冷性能。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺点,而提供一种低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法,其在进行多层玻璃棉的铺设作业时,多层玻璃棉采用同一方向的铺设方式,不仅解决了操作人员对玻璃棉的踩踏,保证了保冷材料的性能;而且,还大大提高了施工的效率。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法,包括:多层玻璃棉,其特征在于:多层玻璃棉采用多层同一方向的方式,且相邻玻璃棉之间设置有一定的不会出现气体贯穿缝的错边量。
所述多层玻璃棉的边缘部分完成铺设后,玻璃棉的缺口部为“台阶状”。
所述多层玻璃棉分成数组,第一组已铺设完成的玻璃棉,留下一定的作业空间,并将第二组多层玻璃棉铺设成与原铺设完成的多层玻璃棉匹配的“阶梯状”;之后,将此组多层玻璃棉平移至已完成的玻璃棉处,并与之相匹配成一整体,第三组及后面的数组玻璃棉依次铺设直到完成全部玻璃棉,即:完成一整体多层玻璃棉的铺设。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于采用上述技术方案,其在进行多层玻璃棉的铺设作业时,多层玻璃棉采用同一方向的铺设方式,不仅解决了操作人员对玻璃棉的踩踏,保证了保冷材料的性能;而且,还大大提高了施工的效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括:多层玻璃棉,多层玻璃棉采用多层同一方向的方式,且相邻玻璃棉之间设置有一定的错边量,以保证不会出现气体贯穿缝。
如图2所示,在进行铺设作业时候,首先,在低温储罐吊顶的边缘一侧同时铺设多层玻璃棉,相邻玻璃棉之间之间设置一定错边量,玻璃棉的边缘部分完成铺设后,玻璃棉的缺口部为“台阶状”。
多层玻璃棉铺设时,可将多层玻璃棉分成数组,第一组已铺设完成的玻璃棉,留下一定的作业空间,并将第二组多层玻璃棉铺设成与原铺设完成的多层玻璃棉匹配的“阶梯状”,之后,将此组多层玻璃棉平移至已完成的玻璃棉处,并与之相匹配成一整体,第三组及后面的数组玻璃棉依次铺设直到完成全部玻璃棉,即:完成一整体多层玻璃棉的铺设。

1.一种低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法,包括:多层玻璃棉,其特征在于:多层玻璃棉采用多层同一方向的方式,且相邻玻璃棉之间设置有一定的不会出现气体贯穿缝的错边量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温储罐吊顶多层玻璃棉的铺设方法,其特征在于:所述多层玻璃棉的边缘部分完成铺设后,玻璃棉的缺口部为“台阶状”。
