Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,采用长方体块状结构,共分为6层结构,从上向下依次为板材纹理层,聚丙烯材料板A,中间基础层,聚丙烯材料板B,板材底层,耐磨层,6层之间采用挤压模式挤压为一个整体结构,并且在聚丙烯合成抗菌板材一端设置了板材凸出部,另一端设置了凹槽,板材凸出部和凹槽在连接时候,相互配合,本发明一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,能够代替室内外装修板材使用,不含有甲醛,绿色环保,并且使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及板材领域,特别是涉及一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材。
背景技术
在家庭装修,商场装修,户外装饰,运动场地装饰,田径场地装饰中,平板板材如地板,是重要的装饰材料,随着社会经济的发展,人们向高品质生活迈进,在选择板材时候,既要经济,又能够具有防水效环保效果,而且防止室内或者室外蟑螂和白蚁的繁殖,现有的板材大都采用多层结构形式,又要使得多层挤压平整,结合力大,使用作为一个整体在使用。
现有的地板在合成加工过程中,经常使用甲醛作为添加剂用来制作黏结剂,甲醛(HCHO)具有辛辣刺激性气味,有强消毒作用,使得板材达到防腐蚀,抗菌的效果,但是,甲醛是一种致癌和致畸形物质,并且甲醛的潜伏期长。
聚丙烯是由丙烯聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂,状态是无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,不溶于水,聚丙烯由于对水稳定,在板材中应用广泛,并且聚丙烯成型加工容易,为此,本发明提供了一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,不使用甲醛,使得板材达到居住环境的安全,绿色,环保标准。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,能够使用于室内室外,作为装修板材使用,不含有甲醛,绿色环保。
所述的一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,采用长方体块状结构,共分为6层结构,从上向下依次为板材纹理层,聚丙烯材料板A,中间基础层,聚丙烯材料板B,板材底层,耐磨层,6层之间采用挤压模式挤压为一个整体结构,并且在聚丙烯合成抗菌板材一端设置了板材凸出部,另一端设置了凹槽,板材凸出部和凹槽在连接时候,相互配合,把两块或者多块板材拼合为一个整体,从而获得大平面板材整体。
所述的纹理层,采用树脂材料制作,表面光滑,具有较高硬度,不出现划痕,并且在纹理层上设置了烤漆层,经过高温烤制,烤漆层具有防水效果。
聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B采用长方体板材,一种优选技术方案,厚度在3毫米到10毫米之间。
中间基础层采用密度板制作,在中间基础层上设置了圆孔槽结构,圆孔槽为活性炭吸附槽,在活性炭吸附槽内放置一些活性炭,可以吸附一些有害空气物质,为了避免饱和,可以定期更换。
所述的板材底层采用聚脂材料制作,起到防潮作用,在板材底层内涂覆设置了纳米自洁抗菌涂料,所述的纳米自洁抗菌涂料采用纳米TiO2颗粒,在波长小于400nm的光照下,能产生电子跃迁,产生光催化性能,从而起到杀菌效果。
所述的耐磨层,是由三氧化二铝组成的耐磨剂压制的平面层,耐磨层为薄膜结构。
为了使得整个整体更加紧凑,在聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B之间连接设置了焊接条,整体板材成型后焊接为一个整体。
焊接条采用氟化钙,松香,有机酸,树脂基体,聚丙烯,纤维素,滑石粉制作组成,稳定性能,密封效果强。
为了使得板材具有防火功能,一种优选技术方案,也可以在所述的耐磨层和板材纹理层外包覆着防火板,防火板厚度为1毫米到2毫米之间。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,能够代替室内外装修板材使用,不含有甲醛,绿色环保,保护了人们的身体健康,并且造价低,纹理美观,使用寿命长。

所述的一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,采用长方体块状结构,共分为6层结构,从上向下依次为板材纹理层,聚丙烯材料板A,中间基础层,聚丙烯材料板B,板材底层,耐磨层,6层之间采用挤压模式挤压为一个整体结构,并且在聚丙烯合成抗菌板材一端设置了板材凸出部,另一端设置了凹槽,板材凸出部和凹槽在连接时候,相互配合,把两块或者多块板材拼合为一个整体,从而获得大平面板材整体。
所述的纹理层,采用树脂材料制作,表面光滑,具有较高硬度,不出现划痕,并且在纹理层上设置了烤漆层,经过高温烤制,烤漆层具有防水效果。
聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B采用长方体板材,厚度在3毫米到10毫米之间。
中间基础层采用密度板制作,在中间基础层上设置了圆孔槽结构,圆孔槽为活性炭吸附槽,在活性炭吸附槽内放置一些活性炭,可以吸附一些有害空气物质,为了避免饱和,可以定期更换。

1.一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,其特征在于,聚丙烯合成抗菌板材采用长方体块状结构,共分为6层结构,从上向下依次为板材纹理层,聚丙烯材料板A,中间基础层,聚丙烯材料板B,板材底层,耐磨层,6层之间采用挤压模式挤压为一个整体结构,并且在聚丙烯合成抗菌板材一端设置了板材凸出部,另一端设置了凹槽,板材凸出部和凹槽在连接时候,相互配合,把两块或者多块板材拼合为一个整体,纹理层采用树脂材料制作,并且在纹理层上设置了烤漆层,聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B采用长方体板材,中间基础层采用密度板制作,在中间基础层上设置了圆孔槽结构,圆孔槽为活性炭吸附槽,在活性炭吸附槽内放置一些活性炭,板材底层采用聚脂材料制作,在板材底层内涂覆设置了纳米自洁抗菌涂料,所述的纳米自洁抗菌涂料采用纳米TiO2颗粒,耐磨层是由三氧化二铝组成的耐磨剂压制的平面层,耐磨层为薄膜结构,在聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B之间连接设置了焊接条,焊接条采用氟化钙,松香,有机酸,树脂基体,聚丙烯,纤维素,滑石粉制作组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,其特征在于,聚丙烯材料板A和聚丙烯材料板B采用长方体板材,厚度在3毫米到10毫米之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯合成抗菌板材,其特征在于,在耐磨层和板材纹理层外包覆着防火板,防火板厚度为1毫米到2毫米之间。
