本发明公开了一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:沥青40‑50份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20‑30份、环氧树脂10‑20份、聚丙烯5‑10份、马来酸酐接枝剂4‑7份、合成橡胶5‑10份、防霉杀菌剂1‑3份、防触变剂0.5‑2份、废弃橡胶弹性体5‑15份、防紫外剂0.1‑0.3份、电气石粉4‑8份、松节油5‑20份、纳米二氧化硅5‑10份、粉煤灰10‑15份、石英砂10‑20份、颜料5‑25份。本发明提供的沥青防水材料,具有优异的防水效果,原料简单,具有良好的耐热性、耐冷热循环、耐老化,抗裂性、抗渗性好、粘结力强、韧性优,拉伸强度高,延伸性能好,同时具有防腐、防霉的效果,适用于各种恶劣环境下。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑防水技术领域,具体是一种沥青防水材料。
背景技术
随着我国合成高分子材料工业的稳定发展,以各种优质合成橡胶和合成树脂为原料研制的防水涂料,在80年代相继投入使用:如双组分聚氨酯防水涂料、丙烯酸酯类的浅色防水涂料、阳离子氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料和硅橡胶防水涂料等,使我国防水涂料发展进入了一个新的时期。橡胶沥青类和合成高分子类防水涂料在我国防水工程应用中,正占有越来越大的比重。以石油沥青为主,以高聚物进行改性的技术途径,在我国已有较长的历史,它原料来源广泛,成本较低,适用于量大面光的一般防水工程,但对基层伸缩或开裂的适应性弱,抗拉强度不高,高温时沥青容易熔化,低温时容易开裂,且耐腐蚀性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种沥青防水材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青40-50份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20-30份、环氧树脂10-20份、聚丙烯5-10份、马来酸酐接枝剂4-7份、合成橡胶5-10份、防霉杀菌剂1-3份、防触变剂0.5-2份、废弃橡胶弹性体5-15份、防紫外剂0.1-0.3份、电气石粉4-8份、松节油5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、粉煤灰10-15份、石英砂10-20份、颜料5-25份。
优选地,所述的一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青40份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20份、环氧树脂10份、聚丙烯5份、马来酸酐接枝剂4份、合成橡胶5份、防霉杀菌剂1份、防触变剂0.5份、废弃橡胶弹性体5份、防紫外剂0.1份、电气石粉4份、松节油5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、粉煤灰10份、石英砂10份、颜料5份。
优选地,所述的一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青45份、氯化聚乙烯树脂27份、环氧树脂16份、聚丙烯7份、马来酸酐接枝剂5份、合成橡胶8份、防霉杀菌剂3份、防触变剂1.3份、废弃橡胶弹性体10份、防紫外剂0.2份、电气石粉6份、松节油13份、纳米二氧化硅7份、粉煤灰12份、石英砂16份、颜料15份。
优选地,所述的一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青50份、氯化聚乙烯树脂30份、环氧树脂20份、聚丙烯10份、马来酸酐接枝剂7份、合成橡胶10份、防霉杀菌剂3份、防触变剂2份、废弃橡胶弹性体15份、防紫外剂0.3份、电气石粉8份、松节油20份、纳米二氧化硅10份、粉煤灰15份、石英砂20份、颜料25份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的沥青防水材料,具有优异的防水效果,原料简单,具有良好的耐热性、耐冷热循环、耐老化,抗裂性、抗渗性好、粘结力强、韧性优,拉伸强度高,延伸性能好,同时具有防腐、防霉的效果,适用于各种恶劣环境下。

本发明一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青40份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20份、环氧树脂10份、聚丙烯5份、马来酸酐接枝剂4份、合成橡胶5份、防霉杀菌剂1份、防触变剂0.5份、废弃橡胶弹性体5份、防紫外剂0.1份、电气石粉4份、松节油5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、粉煤灰10份、石英砂10份、颜料5份。
实施例2
本发明一种沥青防水材料,由下述重量份的原料制成:

沥青40-50份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20-30份、环氧树脂10-20份、聚丙烯5-10份、马来酸酐接枝剂4-7份、合成橡胶5-10份、防霉杀菌剂1-3份、防触变剂0.5-2份、废弃橡胶弹性体5-15份、防紫外剂0.1-0.3份、电气石粉4-8份、松节油5-20份、纳米二氧化硅5-10份、粉煤灰10-15份、石英砂10-20份、颜料5-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青防水材料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:
沥青40份、氯化聚乙烯树脂20份、环氧树脂10份、聚丙烯5份、马来酸酐接枝剂4份、合成橡胶5份、防霉杀菌剂1份、防触变剂0.5份、废弃橡胶弹性体5份、防紫外剂0.1份、电气石粉4份、松节油5份、纳米二氧化硅5份、粉煤灰10份、石英砂10份、颜料5份。
