Abstract
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖及其制备方法。防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,包括坯体和釉层,坯体由如下原料制成:长石、粘土、焦宝石、滑石、沙河瓷石、电磁屏蔽料和防静电材料,釉层由如下原料制成:钾长石、钠长石、方解石、烧滑石、氧化锌、碳酸钡、氧化铝、熔块、煅烧土、高岭土、防静电材料。本发明防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,不仅具有陶瓷地砖的优异性能,装饰性强、耐用,而且,还具有防静电电磁屏蔽的特性。电磁屏蔽效能可达到18.1‑25.7dB,屏蔽效能随着砖的厚度增加而加大,可以消除静电,电磁屏蔽,达到促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
静电现象在日常生活中,在信息产业、纺织产业、石油化工塑料和橡胶工业等的生产,加工和使用过程中是非常普遍的,静电电荷的积聚将可能造成很大的危害,如静电的放电时产生的电磁波可能干扰精密电子仪器的工作,会造成自动化电子设备的慢动作,在医药上的引尘、引菌;医疗技术上引起电颤事故;矿山、石油化工上引起火灾、爆炸;在电子工业上引起集成电路破坏;在纺织业引起纤维聚集等,已严重影响到仪器设备及人类活动的安全,因此,对精密仪器设备、通讯机房、居民住宅等场所进行电磁静电防护,生产出防静电、防电磁辐射两项功能材料的陶瓷砖,实现同一材料两项功能既防静电又防电磁辐射,可有效降低制造成本,符合传统陶瓷砖向多功能化的方向,具有实用价值。做到装饰、防静电、防电磁辐射等多功能的陶瓷砖,应用前景十分广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,具备防静电功能和电磁屏蔽功能,可用于要求既防静电又可电磁屏蔽的生活和工作环境的场合,促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境;本发明同时提供了防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,包括坯体和釉层,
坯体由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
以上原料总质量为100%计,还包括电磁屏蔽料10-25%和防静电材料10-25%;
釉层由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
以上原料总质量为100%计,还包括防静电材料13-18%。
所述的防静电材料的组成如下,以重量百分比计:
氧化锌 10-39%
二氧化锡 60-80%
三氧化二锑 1-10%。
所述的电磁屏蔽料为导电石墨粉。
所述的熔块的组成如下,以重量百分比计:R2O4.1%,CaO4.1%,BaO1.5%,ZnO6.2%,PbO0.50%,AL2O38.5%,B2O32.7%,SiO267.4%,ZrO20.8%,其中R2O为Na2O和K2O之和。
本发明所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)坯体制备:将坯体原料装入球磨机研磨成泥浆,然后通过造粉工艺制成粉状颗粒,经压力机压制成型,烘干后制成坯体;
(2)釉料制备及施釉:将釉层原料研磨制成釉浆,在坯体上施釉后烘干;
(3)产品烧成:烧成后得产品。
步骤(3)中所述的烧成周期为50-90分钟。
步骤(3)中所述的烧成温度为1090-1200℃。
为改善装饰美化效果,采用喷墨打印技术,更适合瓷砖时装化、个性化、艺术化、小批量、多花色、低碳环保。
根据上述配料要求,利用现用传统的陶瓷生产工艺技术即可生产本发明的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖。
本发明经过大量研究试验,确定提出了合理的坯体和釉层配料组成,并在其中分别添加釉层用导电材料和坯体用防静电电磁屏蔽导电粉,从而烧制防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,可用于生活环境和实验室工作环境,需要防静电和电磁屏蔽的要求。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,不仅具有陶瓷地砖的优异性能,装饰性强、耐用,而且,还具有防静电电磁屏蔽的特性,经检测,表面电阻和体积电阻均为5×104-1×109Ω,符合标准5×104-1×109Ω的要求。电磁屏蔽效能可达到18.1-25.7dB,屏蔽效能随着砖的厚度增加而加大,可以消除静电,电磁屏蔽,达到促进人体健康,保护生活和工作环境的作用。

其它原料为工业纯化工原料。
熔块的重量百分组成为:R2O4.1%,CaO4.1%,BaO1.5%,ZnO6.2%,PbO0.50%,AL2O38.5%,B2O32.7%,SiO267.4%,ZrO20.8%,其中R2O为Na2O和K2O之和。

制备方法如下:
(1)坯体制备:将坯体原料装入球磨机研磨成泥浆,然后通过造粉工艺制成粉状颗粒,经压力机压制成型,烘干后制成坯体;
(2)釉料制备及施釉:将釉层原料研磨制成釉浆,在坯体上施釉后烘干;
(3)产品烧成:烧成后得产品。
Claims (7)
1.一种防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,包括坯体和釉层,其特征在于:
坯体由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
以上原料总质量为100%计,还包括电磁屏蔽料10-25%和防静电材料10-25%;
釉层由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
以上原料总质量为100%计,还包括防静电材料13-18%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,其特征在于所述的防静电材料的组成如下,以重量百分比计:
氧化锌 10-39%
二氧化锡 60-80%
三氧化二锑 1-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,其特征在于所述的电磁屏蔽料为导电石墨粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖,其特征在于所述的熔块的组成如下,以重量百分比计:R2O4.1%,CaO4.1%,BaO1.5%,ZnO6.2%,PbO0.50%,AL2O38.5%,B2O32.7%,SiO267.4%,ZrO20.8%,其中R2O为Na2O和K2O之和。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)坯体制备:将坯体原料装入球磨机研磨成泥浆,然后通过造粉工艺制成粉状颗粒,经压力机压制成型,烘干后制成坯体;
(2)釉料制备及施釉:将釉层原料研磨制成釉浆,在坯体上施釉后烘干;
(3)产品烧成:烧成后得产品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的烧成周期为50-90分钟。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防静电电磁屏蔽陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的烧成温度为1090-1200℃。
