Abstract
本发明揭示了一种高性能防震耐用零件,包括外部的塑料管材和内部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由ABS塑料、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、增韧剂以及偶联剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,所述填充剂为硅藻土,所述增韧剂为羧基丁腈橡胶,所述偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,所述金属管材由铁、锰、硅以及铬组成。本发明采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材抗冲击强度大、硬度高、韧性好、成本低、质量好,金属管材机械强度高、韧性好、防腐蚀、耐老化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能防震耐用零件。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备、制芯设备、砂处理设备、浇注设备等在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种管状零部件大多为单一材质制成,如塑料管材或金属管材,使用领域比较单一,无法满足当下日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材抗冲击强度大、硬度高、韧性好、成本低、质量好,金属管材机械强度高、韧性好、防腐蚀、耐老化的高性能防震耐用零件。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高性能防震耐用零件,包括外部的塑料管材和内部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由ABS塑料、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、增韧剂以及偶联剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,所述填充剂为硅藻土,所述增韧剂为羧基丁腈橡胶,所述偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述ABS塑料占50-56份,所述氯化聚乙烯占17-21份,所述硅藻土占22-26份,所述羧基丁腈橡胶占11-15份,所述甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷占4-8份,所述金属管材由铁、锰、硅以及铬组成,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占33-37份,所述锰占8-11份,所述硅占3-6份,所述铬占10-14份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述ABS塑料占51份,所述氯化聚乙烯占18份,所述硅藻土占23份,所述羧基丁腈橡胶占12份,所述甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷占5份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占34份,所述锰占9份,所述硅占4份,所述铬占11份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述ABS塑料占55份,所述氯化聚乙烯占20份,所述硅藻土占25份,所述羧基丁腈橡胶占14份,所述甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷占7份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占36份,所述锰占10份,所述硅占5份,所述铬占13份。
