本发明专利涉及挤出机机筒领域,尤其是涉及一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆。
背景技术
挤出机的筒体是挤出机的重要部件,挤出机的筒体和螺杆配合实现对塑料的粉碎、软化、熔融、塑化、排气和压实,因此要求挤出机筒体必须具备耐高温、耐腐蚀的特性,现有技术中的挤出机筒体大多数以氮化钢为原料的一体结构,这种结构耐高温、耐腐蚀性能有限,并且随着磨损深度的增加,需要经常更换。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,耐高温,耐腐蚀,使用寿命长。
本发明专利的技术方案是:一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,包括铬钼合金筒体和固定于铬钼合金筒体两端的端盖,所述铬钼合金筒体的内腔包括进料段,塑化段和挤出段,所述铬钼合金筒体的内腔内壁中设置有耐腐蚀合金层,所述铬钼合金筒体和耐腐蚀合金层之间设置有一个环形空腔,所述端盖上分别设置有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口与环形空腔相连通,所述进水口与供水管道连接,所述进料段上设置有进料口,所述进料口上方设置有进料斗,所述进料斗中部设置有搅拌装置,所述进料斗上还固定有导流板,所述进料段的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽,以增加物料进入筒体后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得物料不容易打滑,保证了物料前进的速度,从而不影响物料的塑化效果。
进一步地,所述耐腐蚀合金层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm。
更进一步地,所述耐腐蚀合金层的材质为FeNiCrB或NiCrWcCoB。
本发明专利具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、筒体内壁设置有耐腐蚀的合金层,从而使机筒既具备弹性和强度,又具备耐磨耐腐蚀的性能,大大延长了机筒的使用寿命;
2、进料段上设置有进料斗,进料斗内设置有搅拌装置和导流板,装配方便快捷,节省了工作时间,提高了工作效率;
3、进料段的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽,以增加物料进入筒体后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得物料不容易打滑,保证了物料前进的速度,从而不影响物料的塑化效果;
4、端盖上设置有与环形空腔连通的进料口和出料口,在环形空腔内流通循环水可以对机筒进行有效地冷却,使其耐高温。

如图1所示,本发明专利的一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,包括铬钼合金筒体1和固定于铬钼合金筒体两端的端盖2,所述铬钼合金筒体1的内腔包括进料段3,塑化段4和挤出段5,所述铬钼合金筒体1的内腔内壁中设置有耐腐蚀合金层6,所述铬钼合金筒体1和耐腐蚀合金层6之间设置有一个环形空腔7,所述端盖2上分别设置有进水口8和出水口9,所述进水口8和出水口9与环形空腔7相连通,所述进水口8与供水管道10连接,所述进料段3上设置有进料口11,所述进料口11上方设置有进料斗12,所述进料斗12中部设置有搅拌装置13,所述进料斗12上还固定有导流板14,所述进料段3的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽15,以增加物料进入筒体后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得物料不容易打滑,保证了物料前进的速度,从而不影响物料的塑化效果。

1.一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,包括铬钼合金筒体和固定于铬钼合金筒体两端的端盖,其特征在于:所述铬钼合金筒体的内腔包括进料段,塑化段和挤出段,所述铬钼合金筒体的内腔内壁中设置有耐腐蚀合金层,所述铬钼合金筒体和耐腐蚀合金层之间设置有一个环形空腔,所述端盖上分别设置有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口与环形空腔相连通,所述进水口与供水管道连接,所述进料段上设置有进料口,所述进料口上方设置有进料斗,所述进料斗中部设置有搅拌装置,所述进料斗上还固定有导流板,所述进料段的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀合金层的厚度为0.5~0.8mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种密封的单头螺旋双螺杆,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀合金层的材质为FeNiCrB或NiCrWcCoB。
