Abstract
本实用新型涉及挤出机机筒,具体涉及一种挤出机的双金属机筒。包括筒体,筒体内还设有内壁为8字形、外壁为椭圆形的连体衬套,所述连体衬套外表面与筒体过渡配合连接。所述连体衬套内壁设有一层厚度为2mm的合金材料。本实用新型重新设计了对机筒的结构,从新选择了部分构件的材料,大大降低了材料成本,并且使机筒的耐腐蚀性能、耐磨损性能和使用寿命都得到极大的提高。

[0002] 挤出机的机筒是挤出机的重要部件,挤出机的机筒和螺杆配合实现对塑料的粉碎、软化、熔融、塑化、排气和压实,因此挤出机机筒必须要具备耐高温、耐压强、耐腐蚀的特性,现有技术中的挤出机机筒多数以氮化钢为原料的一体结构,这种结构耐高温、耐腐蚀性能有限,并且随着磨损深度的增加,氮化钢的硬度急剧下降,需要经常更换,大大增加企业的生产成本。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种具有超强耐高温、耐腐蚀性能和超长使用寿命的挤出机的双金属机筒。
[0004] 本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现的:包括筒体,筒体内还设有内壁为8字形、夕卜壁为椭圆形的连体衬套,所述连体衬套外表面与筒体过渡配合连接。所述连体衬套内壁设有一层厚度为2_的合金材料。
[0005] 所述连体衬套以镍基合金为基体,经过先进的生产工艺将含有大量的钨、碳等合金高速均匀喷涂到基体表面成型,所说连体衬套采用离心浇铸在机筒内壁。
[0006] 本实用新型的有益效果是:采用连体衬套与筒体配合的方式,连体衬套使用镍基合金制成,筒体采用普通钢材制成,相对于传统的一体式机筒来说,减少了 90%的材料成本。并且本实用新型具有超强的耐磨损、耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,大大延长了挤出机机筒的使用寿命。
