基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统,所述的运动控制系统一端通过以太网连接工控电脑;所述的运动控制系统另一端通过以太网连接交流伺服电机;所述的交流伺服电机上安装同步带;所述工控电脑另一端通过现场总线连接到感应加热电源,感应加热电源通过连接线A连接温度探头,温度探头前端为喷头旋转电机,喷头旋转电机前端安装喷头,所述的喷头旋转电机缠绕着感应线圈,所述的感应线圈的出发点、终止点在感应加热电源上部,所述的感应电源一端安装有平动滑台;所述的喷头旋转电机与运动控制系统之间通过连接线B连接;优点为:加热效果好,喷涂运动的精度高、效果好,适用性强、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂系统领域,具体涉及基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统。
背景技术
在管材面漆喷涂过程中,需要对管材进行炉内加热,但是取出之后,难以使其保温在最佳温度附近,喷涂过程中的温度波动严重严重影响了面漆的附着质量,而且加热炉的加热效率严重影响了后续管材的喷涂效率,限制了生产节拍的提高。而作为一种新型的加热方式,感应加热可以实现无接触加热,并有着加热速度迅速,加热精度高等优点,并被广泛应用于工业生产当中。另外,在喷涂过程中,传统的喷头运动速度不稳定,喷头的启停动作、电网电压的波动影响了涂层的涂覆效果,涂层出现了众多的螺纹面,喷涂层厚度不均匀,影响了涂层表面质量。因此通过研究温度稳定、运动精确的喷涂系统,对于提高钻杆防腐涂层的稳定性和可靠性有着重要的经济和技术意义。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统。
本发明的技术方案是:基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统,包括运动控制系统、工控电脑、交流伺服电机、同步带、感应加热电源、平动滑台、喷头旋转电机,所述的运动控制系统一端通过以太网连接工控电脑;所述的运动控制系统另一端通过以太网连接交流伺服电机;所述的交流伺服电机上安装同步带;所述工控电脑另一端通过现场总线连接到感应加热电源,感应加热电源通过连接线A连接温度探头,温度探头前端为喷头旋转电机,喷头旋转电机前端安装喷头,所述的喷头旋转电机缠绕着感应线圈,所述的感应线圈的出发点、终止点在感应加热电源上部,所述的感应电源一端安装有平动滑台;所述的喷头旋转电机与运动控制系统之间通过连接线B连接。
所述的平动滑台呈“T”型。
本发明的有益效果是:加热效果好,喷涂运动的精度高、效果好,适用性强、成本低。

基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统,包括运动控制系统1、工控电脑2、交流伺服电机3、同步带4、感应加热电源5、平动滑台6、喷头旋转电机7,所述的运动控制系统1一端通过以太网14连接工控电脑2;所述的运动控制系统1另一端通过以太网14连接交流伺服电机3;所述的交流伺服电机3上安装同步带4;所述工控电脑2另一端通过现场总线13连接到感应加热电源5,感应加热电源5通过连接线A9连接温度探头10,温度探头10前端为喷头旋转电机7,喷头旋转电机7前端安装喷头12,所述的喷头旋转电机7缠绕着感应线圈8,所述的感应线圈8的出发点、终止点在感应加热电源5上部,所述的感应电源8一端安装有平动滑台6;所述的喷头旋转电机7与运动控制系统1之间通过连接线B11连接。
所述的平动滑台6呈“T”型。

1.基于局部感应加热的钻杆防腐涂层实时温控喷涂系统,包括运动控制系统(1)、工控电脑(2)、交流伺服电机(3)、同步带(4)、感应加热电源(5)、平动滑台(6)、喷头旋转电机(7),其特征在于:所述的运动控制系统(1)一端通过以太网(14)连接工控电脑(2);所述的运动控制系统(1)另一端通过以太网(14)连接交流伺服电机(3);所述的交流伺服电机(3)上安装同步带(4);所述工控电脑(2)另一端通过现场总线(13)连接到感应加热电源(5),感应加热电源(5)通过连接线A(9)连接温度探头(10),温度探头(10)前端为喷头旋转电机(7),喷头旋转电机(7)前端安装喷头(12),所述的喷头旋转电机(7)缠绕着感应线圈(8),所述的感应线圈(8)的出发点、终止点在感应加热电源(5)上部,所述的感应电源(8)一端安装有平动滑台(6);所述的喷头旋转电机(7)与运动控制系统(1)之间通过连接线B(11)连接。
