发明公开了一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法,主要包括以下步骤:土地处理、浸种处理、播种、苗期管理、田间管理;与现有芥蓝种植技术相比,本发明具有极显著的优点,采用上述技术方案进行芥蓝种植,绿色、环保、无污染,芥蓝生长速度快,植株健壮,抗逆性强,通过对土壤的处理可以改变土壤的物理特性,杀死土壤中的细菌、真菌,提高土壤的肥力,促进芥蓝的生长发育,提高芥蓝的产量,通过在芥蓝两叶一心期开始采用人工UVB辐射进行照射,能够提高叶片的厚度,改善并提高单位叶面积为基础的光合速度,促进芥蓝的生长和发育,并且能够提高芥蓝的品质。

本发明涉及种植领域,特别是涉及一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法。
背景技术
芥蓝,为十字花科、芸薹属一年生草本植物,栽培历史悠久,是中国的特产蔬菜之一。芥蓝的菜苔柔嫩、鲜脆、清甜、味鲜美,以肥嫩的花薹和嫩叶供食用,芥蓝新鲜菜苔富含水分和维生素C,还有相当多的矿物质,是甘蓝类蔬菜中营养比较丰富的一种蔬菜,可炒食、汤食,或作配菜。芥蓝含纤维素、糖类等。其味甘,性辛,具备利水化痰、解毒祛风、除邪热、解劳乏、清心明目等功效。农民一般没有科学的种植方法,盲目与随意性大;在芥蓝苗期管理方面,只是滥用肥料,综合多方面因素,芥蓝生产成本不断上升而产量却得不到提高,品质还逐渐下降。
发明内容
为此,本发明的目的是一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法,主要包括以下步骤:
1)土地处理:选择壤土,土壤酸碱度为6.1-6.5,深翻土地45-50厘米后,用微波处理土壤15min,微波功率选择14kW和18kW两种,微波自14kW的功率开始处理土壤,处理5分钟后,换成18kW功率的微波处理,同样处理5分钟后,再换成14kW功率微波处理,依次循环,总处理时间为30分钟;
2)浸种处理:先将芥蓝种子在太阳下晾晒一天半后,再采用浸种剂浸种8-10小时,能够极大的提高种子的发芽率,对种子培根的发育起到极大的促进作用,所述浸种剂为按重量百分比计由1.5%甘氨酸、0.001%赤霉素、0.02%海藻糖、0.95%乳酸,其余为水构成;
3)播种:将气温控制为18-22℃,进行播种,每亩播3.3g的种子,然后用覆盖土覆盖住,覆盖的厚度为0.2厘米,覆盖土的粒度为150-180目,能够起到保护种子的作用,还能够促进种子萌发,提高种子的发芽率,所述覆盖土按重量份计由以下成分制成:38份黄土、8份凹凸棒土、2份珍珠岩、1份橄榄岩、1份伟晶岩,其制备方法为:将凹凸棒土、珍珠岩、橄榄岩和伟晶岩混合研磨30分钟后,再与黄土混合在一起,继续研磨15分钟,最终达到混合物粒度在150-180目;
4)苗期管理:自芥蓝长至两叶一心的时候,开始每天采用人工UVB辐射对芥蓝进行照射,早上4点钟开始,到上午11点半为止,辐射的剂量为16.1kJ/m²;并且,每天上午8点到9点期间,对芥蓝叶片上喷洒质量浓度为0.1%的碳酸氢钠溶液,以每个叶片上均喷撒到即可;
5)田间管理:芥蓝收获前1个月之前采用除草剂除草,收获前1个月里,采用人工除草;在芥蓝生长期间针对病虫害及时进行病虫害的防治工作。
进一步地,所述步骤2)中浸种剂的温度为11-12℃。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有芥蓝种植技术相比,本发明具有极显著的优点,采用上述技术方案进行芥蓝种植,绿色、环保、无污染,芥蓝生长速度快,植株健壮,抗逆性强,通过对土壤的处理可以改变土壤的物理特性,杀死土壤中的细菌、真菌,提高土壤的肥力,促进芥蓝的生长发育,提高芥蓝的产量,通过在芥蓝两叶一心期开始采用人工UVB辐射进行照射,能够提高叶片的厚度,改善并提高单位叶面积为基础的光合速度,促进芥蓝的生长和发育,并且能提高芥蓝对微量元素的吸收和积累,从而提高了芥蓝的品质,本发明方法种植的芥蓝比一般芥蓝种植产量提高了11.75%。
具体实施方式
一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法,主要包括以下步骤:
1)土地处理:选择壤土,土壤酸碱度为6.1-6.5,深翻土地45-50厘米后,用微波处理土壤15min,微波功率选择14kW和18kW两种,微波自14kW的功率开始处理土壤,处理5分钟后,换成18kW功率的微波处理,同样处理5分钟后,再换成14kW功率微波处理,依次循环,总处理时间为30分钟;

1.一种优质高产芥蓝的种植方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
