Description
本发明涉及净化散装食物产品和/或散装动物饲料产品尤其食物产品或动物饲料产品的原料的方法。
多种因素会导致食物产品或动物饲料产品的污染。其中,可能包括例如杀虫剂、杀真菌剂或储存保护剂的选择性使用。食物产品和动物饲料产品还可能被污染了的土壤、霉菌或病虫害侵袭所污染。
因为世界人口增长、环境污染,食物产品和动物饲料产品的污染在持续恶化。为此,立法者、生产商和消费者在过去几年间已经对受污染食品的问题极度敏感。世界范围内无污染栽培/种植区在快速减少,除开生物认证,工业和消费者对于食物产品和/或动物饲料产品的品质、价格、数量和标准化外观等方面的预期迫使生产商采用越来越多的化学品。
由于全球采购和售卖市场及相关各种不同的思想、传统、标准和法律,使得该问题突显严重。而且,用于分析食物和/或动物饲料产品的方式不断改进,使得立法者不断降低这些产品的阈值即不可突破的限值。因此,非常需要对被超标细菌、毒素、杀虫剂或其他有害物质污染的产品,使得它们不必报废。
迄今尚无已知方法能够净化食物产品和/或动物饲料产品、能够将污染物降低至令这些食物或动物饲料产品适用。因此,一旦随机抽样超出允许的阈值则整批整体的食物产品和/或动物饲料产品被报废。
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是设计一种净化上文所述类型的散装食物产品和/或散装动物饲料产品的方法,所述净化采用简单工具降低污染,食物产物和动物饲料产品不超出指定的阈值并且它们可以加工用于其他生产应用。
根据本发明,上述问题通过权利要求1所述特征来解决。因此,考虑的方法具有以下步骤:

首先,需要说明的是,出于简便的目的,上述内容就散装物料而言,意思是,以散装形态储运的食物产品和/或动物饲料产品。
本发明的第一项出人意料之处缘于发现:可以通过在旋转干燥机中巧妙处理散装的食物和/或散装的动物饲料产品以令人惊讶的简单方式解决上述技术问题。为此,将散装物料倒入旋转干燥机中并采用红外照射的方式加热至预定的处理温度。该过程期间散装物料保持旋转。散装物料的旋转确保各个单独的颗粒被红外照射均匀加热。红外照射的优点在于,散装物料从内而外被加热并且使水分向外蒸发。因此,可以采用相对少的能量蒸发污染物,同时非常温和地处理食物和/或动物饲料产品。而且,红外照射杀死细菌、酵母和霉菌。
当达到处理温度范围时,散装物料的温度通过红外照射的方式保持在该水平,同时散装物料继续旋转。该过程期间,红外照射将诸如杀虫剂的污染物和其他有害物质从散装物料蒸发出去,降低了污染性的细菌、酵母和霉菌。
然后,散装物料的温度降低至出口温度,期间散装物料持续旋转。最后,净化的散装物料从旋转干燥机排出。处理温度范围、处理期的持续时间和其他指定的参数可以根据需要净化的食物和/或动物饲料产品以及存在的污染物进行设定。
需要说明的是,“净化”在这里表示其最广泛的概念,涵盖了降低散装的食物和/或散装的动物饲料产品中微生物杂质和/或细菌负荷和/或酵母、霉菌或寄生虫和/或它们的排泄物和/或真菌毒素和/或杀虫剂才留和/或对人体和/或动物有害的任何其他物质的污染。
所述散装的食物和/或散装的动物饲料产品可以是香料(例如胡椒)和/或茶和/或咖啡和/或草药和/或真菌和/或蔬菜(例如香葱(chives))。它们可以以例如直径500μm-5cm的小颗粒形式或粉末形式存在。
优选地,红外发射器发射波长范围0.78-3.0μm的近红外照射和波长范围3-50μm的中-红外照射。也可以用发射不同波长红外辐射的多个红外发射器来处理散装物料。
优选地,还用至少种或一个紫外发射器处理散装物料。一方面,这使得蒸发其他污染物成为可能,另一方面,这使得破坏任意细菌、孢子、酵母、霉菌或寄生虫成为可能。

为了温和地处理散装物料,可以在处理期期间将散装物料的温度降低至处理温度范围以下。优选地,散装物料的温度在处理期期间重复且有间隔地降低至处理温度范围以下。这确保净化是温和的,尤其对敏感性食物(例如香葱)而言。

图2显示了图1所示净化细香葱时散装物料的温度与时间的图。图2清楚显示,散装物料的温度升高至超出处理温度范围—热峰。处理期约1300秒时开始,终止于约2100秒时。在处理期期间,散装物料的温度维持在处理温度范围内,并且重复地短时升高至超出处理温度范围。为了避免重复,此处参照图1的解释。
至于本发明装置的更多优选实施方式,为了避免重复,可参照说明书的综述部分以及权利要求书。

Claims (13)
1.用于净化散装食物和/或动物饲料产品尤其用于食物和/或动物产品的原料的方法,包括以下步骤:
-将散装物料倒入旋转干燥机中;
-旋转所述散装物料的同时,用至少一种或一台红外发射器将所述散装物料的温度提高至预定的处理温度范围,
-旋转所述散装物料的同时,在处理期期间用红外发射器使所述散装物料的温度维持在所述处理温度范围,
-旋转所述散装物料的同时,将所述散装物料的温度降低至出口温度,
-将所述散装物料从旋转的干燥器中排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述散装物料还接受至少一种或一台紫外发射器的处理。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述散装物料的温度在激发期期间维持在激发温度以激发产孢子胚芽的孢子发芽。
4.如权利要求1-3所述的方法,其特征在于,将水,优选雾化水或饱和蒸汽,注入旋转干燥机以更快速提高所述散装物料的温度。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,水通过安装在红外和/或紫外发射器的光锥中的水装置或注射装置注入。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在冷却至出口温度之前、期间或之后,用所述至少一种或一台红外和/或紫外发射器将所述散装物料后续干燥以达到预定的残留水分。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述散装物料在冷却之前、期间或之后接受真空处理。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在处理期期间,所述散装物料的温度升高至超出处理温度范围,优选重复进行。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在处理期期间,所述散装物料的温度降低至处理温度范围以下,优选重复进行。
10.如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过改变所述至少一种或一台红外和/或紫外发射器的强度,和/或通过注入水,优选雾化水或饱和蒸汽,影响所述散装物料的温度。
11.如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在倒入旋转干燥机之前和/或在旋转干燥机内净化期间,所述散装物料被润湿。
12.如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,散装物料-优选经干燥的散装物料-在旋转干燥机中被润湿以打开其细胞结构,从而释放香气。
13.如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,净化期间,优选处理期之前和/或期间,将液体添加剂施用到散装物料中,使它们干燥并由此直接进入散装物料的细胞结构。
