Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a light-intercepting LED flat lamp is shown. The structure of the LED light source mainly comprises a bottom plate 1, a light transmitting plate 2, a heat radiating side plate 3, a light emitting component 4 (an aluminum substrate 41, an LED chip 42, a condensing lens 43 and a reflecting cover 44), a Fresnel reflecting plate 5, a power supply 6 and fixing screws.
The base plate 1 is formed of metal or plastic by mold processing or machining. The base plate 1 has a flat plane.
The Fresnel reflector plate 5 is formed by machining or machining optical glass or organic glass through a die. The fresnel reflection plate 5 has a high refractive index. One surface of the Fresnel reflection plate 5 is a flat plane, and the flat plane is attached to the bottom plate 1. The aluminum substrate 41 has pads, electrodes, and wirings. The LED chip 42 is fixed on the pad of the aluminum substrate 41 by reflow soldering, and the bottom surface of the aluminum substrate 41 is attached to the inner surface of the heat-dissipating side plate 3.
The reflector 44 is formed of metal or plastic by a molding process or a machining process. The reflective cover has a first end combined on the aluminum substrate 41 and a second end extending along the light-emitting direction of the LED chip 42, the first end is slightly higher than the second end, and preferably, the reflective cover tends to be convex downward. The light emitted by the LED chip 42 through the condensing lens 43 is reflected to the fresnel structure surface of the fresnel reflection plate 5, and the surface of the reflection cover 44 is plated with a high-reflectivity coating, so as to increase the reflection efficiency.
The power supply 6 is connected with the electrode of the aluminum substrate 41 and the power supply electrode through wires to supply power to the LED chip 42. The power supply 6 is arranged outside the lamp.
The high reflectivity coating may be specular aluminum or a white coating.
The use process comprises the following steps:
the LED chip 42 is activated. The light is emitted sideways through the condenser lens 43. The condenser lens 43 can strictly control the light emission angle and the light emission direction of the light. Then, the light is divided into two parts, one part of the light directly irradiates to the fresnel reflection plate 5, is reflected by the fresnel reflection plate 5, and finally exits from the light transmission plate 2. The other part is reflected to the Fresnel reflection plate 5 through the reflection cover, is reflected by the Fresnel reflection plate 5, and finally is emitted outwards from the light transmission plate 2.
