一种快装预制房屋，主体材质为钢筋混凝土构造，包括预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板，预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板的结合端面处特定位置预埋有若干个快速连接构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板靠近端面的四处预埋有起吊构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板上根据设计需要预留有功能窗口或洞口；所述连接构件与墙板或屋顶板的骨架材质焊接为一体。本发明的一种快装预制房屋，结构简单，预制件工厂化生产，安装快速，具有结构强度高、安全、防水保温性能优良、可快速拆装移动，能重复使用的特点。

一种快装预制房屋
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域，具体为能够快速安装的一种快装预制房屋，这种房屋根据需要可以快速迁移拆装，可重复使用。
背景技术
普通混凝土结构房屋一般为砖混结构或框架结构，都需要现场浇筑完成。也有快装房屋，其材质多为轻质板房或钢制框架结构。轻质板房安全性差，钢制框架结构的快装房屋造价高，笨重，耐腐蚀性差。对于一些基站、供电房，一般地处偏僻，工程量不大，如果采用现场磊砌浇制，会很浪费人力物力，这种情况非常适合一种快装房屋，甚至做到工程车一到，当天施工完毕，才是比较理想的状态。但目前还没有见到钢筋混凝土结构的快装预制房屋。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过设计一种混凝土预制墙板及屋顶板、基础板，通过连接件连接，能实现快速安装的快装预制房屋，以克服现有快装结构房屋的缺陷，做到快装、安全防盗，保温性能优良，方便拆装重复使用。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种快装预制房屋，主体材质为钢筋混凝土构造，包括预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板，预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板的结合端面处特定位置预埋有若干个快速连接构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板靠近端面的四处预埋有起吊构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板上根据设计需要预留有功能窗口或洞口；所述连接构件与墙板或屋顶板的骨架材质焊接为一体。
所述的快速连接构件包括连接框架和高强螺丝，连接框架结构为：一长方型连接钢板两端有垂直向内延伸的连接板，中部有螺丝连接穿孔，穿孔的外围有向连接钢板内侧延伸的连接框，连接框的一端高出连接钢板一端面，以形成供投放和安装螺丝的操作空间。
所述的连接穿孔为方便螺丝位置调节的长方形型孔。
所述立面墙板及屋顶板芯部埋设有挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板。
制作时，先将连接框与绑制的钢筋骨架笼子焊接在一起，为了增加焊接的强度，可在连接框与钢筋笼之间搭接焊接若干钢筋棍。
为了方便将保温板预埋在墙体内，可将钢筋笼分底上两层，先浇制底层，放入保温板后再放上上层的钢筋笼浇制即可。
所述的预留窗口或洞口可以是门、窗、穿线孔、通风口等。
预制件可在工厂内流水作业完成，施工时借助起吊设备，很方便地将预制件拼接在一起，使得连接框正好相对接，通过特制的扳手及高强度螺丝将两个相对的连接框紧固在一起，屋顶的顶面预制时可做好防水层，两块预制屋顶板之间，通过现场制作防水连接或用不锈钢瓦覆盖即可完工。施工非常方便。由于连接框和预制板骨架钢筋笼是焊接在一起的，将各个墙面连接面上的连接件用紧固螺丝紧固连接后就能达到整个房屋的整体紧固牢靠性。
本发明的一种快装预制房屋，结构简单，预制件工厂化生产，安装快速，具有结构强度高、安全、防水保温性能优良、可快速拆装移动，能重复使用的特点。

一种快装预制房屋，主体材质为钢筋混凝土构造，包括预制立面墙板4及屋顶板2，在预制立面墙板及屋顶板的结合端面处特定位置预埋有若干个快速连接构件，在墙板及屋顶板靠近端面的四处预埋有起吊构件5，在墙板及屋顶板上根据设计需要预留有功能窗口或洞口；所述连接构件与墙板或屋顶板的骨架材质焊接为一体；具体地，所述的快速连接构件包括连接框架1和高强螺丝，连接框架1结构为：一长方型连接钢板11两端有垂直向内延伸的连接板15，中部有螺丝连接穿孔14，穿孔的外围有向连接钢板内侧延长的连接框12，连接框12的一端高出连接钢板11一端面，以形成供投放和安装螺丝的操作空间13；所述的连接穿孔14为方便螺丝调节位置的长方形型孔；所述立面墙板及屋顶板芯部埋设有塑料泡沫保温板7。

1.一种快装预制房屋，主体材质为钢筋混凝土构造，包括预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板，其特征在于在预制立面墙板、基础底板及屋顶板的结合端面处特定位置预埋有若干个快速连接构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板靠近端面的四处预埋有起吊构件，在墙板、基础底板及屋顶板上根据设计需要预留有功能窗口或洞口；所述连接构件与墙板或屋顶板的骨架材质焊接为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快装预制房屋，其特征在于所述的快速连接构件包括连接框架和高强螺丝，连接框架结构为：一长方型连接钢板两端有垂直向内延伸的连接板，中部有螺丝连接穿孔，穿孔的外围有向连接钢板内侧延伸的连接框，连接框的一端高出连接钢板一端面，以形成供投放和安装螺丝的操作空间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种快装预制房屋，其特征在于所述的连接穿孔为方便螺丝位置调节的长方形型孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种快装预制房屋，其特征在于所述立面墙板及屋顶板芯部埋设有挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板。
