本发明公开了一种制砂机合金条,涉及硬质合金技术领域,由以下重量份的原料制成:碳化钨粉45份~60份,钴粉30份~42份,镍粉23份~35份,钛粉14份~21份,钽粉10份~20份,铝粉12份~21份,硬脂酸粉3份~8份,丙酮2份~5份。本发明用于制备制砂机中的合金条,与现有技术相比,具有抗腐蚀的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及硬质合金技术领域,尤其是一种用于制砂机内部的制砂机合金条。
背景技术
制砂机合金条作为立式冲击制砂机的核心配件,用于将砂石、矿石、金属、电池等击碎。发明专利申请号:201410053333.0公开了一种螺杆钻具用硬质合金径向轴承体,包括钴粉、铌、钨粉、碳化钨粉和镍,能够提高抗冲击强度;存在的缺点是不能解决硬质合金抗腐蚀的要求。
在击碎物体时,有的时候需要在强酸强碱的环境下进行,如果没有抗腐蚀的硬质合金不能满足需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制砂机合金条,它可以解决抗腐蚀的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种制砂机合金条,由以下重量份的原料制成:碳化钨粉45份~60份,钴粉8份~12份,镍粉23份~35份,钛粉14份~21份,钽粉10份~20份,铝粉12份~21份,硬脂酸粉3份~8份,丙酮2份~5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:碳化钨粉52份,钴10份,镍29份,钛17份,钽粉15份,铝粉16份,硬脂酸5份,丙酮3份。
进一步的:所述碳化钨粉的细度为1.0微米~2.4微米。
进一步的:所述镍粉的细度为小于20纳米。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、钛、钽和铝具有较强的抗腐蚀性,在硬质合金中增加钛、钽和铝,可以增强硬质合金本体的抗腐蚀性。
2、纳米级镍粉和硬脂酸可以作为硬质合金的表面活化剂,在制备过程中起到加速烧结的作用。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种制砂机合金条,由以下重量份的原料制成:碳化钨粉45份,钴粉8份,镍粉23份,钛粉14份,钽粉10份,铝粉12份,硬脂酸粉3份,丙酮2份。
制备方法:将碳化钨粉、钴粉、镍粉、钛粉、钽粉、铝粉、硬脂酸粉和丙酮混合放入球磨机中研磨,得到混合料;将该混合料装入定型模中,对该定型模内的混合料进行压制成坯体;将该坯体置于真空中加热进行低压烧结;冷却即可制得。
实施例2:
一种制砂机合金条,由以下重量份的原料制成:碳化钨粉60份,钴粉12份,镍粉35份,钛粉21份,钽粉20份,铝粉21份,硬脂酸粉8份,丙酮5份。
制备方法:将碳化钨粉、钴粉、镍粉、钛粉、钽粉、铝粉、硬脂酸粉和丙酮混合放入球磨机中研磨,得到混合料;将该混合料装入定型模中,对该定型模内的混合料进行压制成坯体;将该坯体置于真空中加热进行低压烧结;冷却即可制得。
实施例3:

2.根据权利要求1所述的制砂机合金条,其特征在于:碳化钨粉52份,钴10份,镍29份,钛17份,钽粉15份,铝粉16份,硬脂酸粉5份,丙酮3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制砂机合金条,其特征在于:所述碳化钨粉的细度为1.0微米~2.4微米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制砂机合金条,其特征在于:所述镍粉的细度为小于20纳米。
