Abstract

本发明提供一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得;混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:25‑48份、聚酯树脂:25‑45份、助剂:12‑16份以及去离子水:15‑20份;助剂包括增容剂、增塑剂以及分散剂。本发明提供了一种用于钢铁表面水性处理剂的改性活化载体,能够根据具体实际用途添加相应成分与其相结合,加工处理更为方便,具有卓越的通用性。

技术领域
本发明属于金属表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体。
背景技术
随着钢铁在各领域中的广泛应用,针对不同的使用环境需要对其进行不同的表面处理,因此需要用到不同的处理剂,而现有处理剂往往并不能满足实际需要,需要自行配制;但是自行配制的步骤较为繁琐、且效率低下。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种用于钢铁表面水性处理剂配制时所用到的快速配制的载体是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得;混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:25-48份、聚酯树脂:25-45份、助剂:12-16份以及去离子水:15-20份;助剂包括增容剂、增塑剂以及分散剂。
作为优选,活化处理的具体方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至220-230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温1-2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。
作为优选,助剂中各成分占助剂总质量的百分比分别为:增容剂:35-55%、增塑剂:30-52%、分散剂:10-20%。
作为优选,还包括有粉体以及白油;粉体以及白油的质量分别为环氧树脂与聚酯树脂质量总和的12-18%以及3-7%。
作为优选,粉体为无机粉体,其组成成分以及各成分所占粉体质量百分比分别为:TiO2:35-58%、Al2O3:32-48%、SiO2:8-20%。
本发明提供了一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得,并且本发明提供的载体由环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、助剂以及去离子水组成,环氧树脂以及聚酯树脂按照一定比例混合,作为基础载体,并在去离子水以及助剂的作用下进行改性;同时本发明基础载体还包括有粉体以及白油,粉体具体地选择为无机粉体,有助于基础载体的改性,而白油的添加不仅使本发明变得更加亮泽鲜艳,同时还能够提高得到的基础载体的各项基础性能;本发明中的助剂由增容剂、增塑剂以及分散剂组成;添加增容剂能够借助分子间的键合力,使环氧树脂以及聚酯树脂结合为一体,进而得到稳定的载体;添加增塑剂能够提高环氧树脂以及聚酯树脂“聚合”后的弯曲模量,提升其韧性,进一步使后续加工更为方便;添加分散剂则能够将其他成分稳定分散至载体中。
本发明对融合了助剂的基础载体还进行活化处理,具体地为将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至220-230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温1-2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。活化时所用到的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与基础载体发生接枝反应,能够很好地分散于基础载体中,既能够改善基础载体与本发明中助剂的结合情况,同时还可以通过接枝将载体树脂中各个粒子分隔开,防止其团聚,起到一定的分散效果,保证本发明助剂中各成分在基础载体中的分散效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,提供了一种用于钢铁表面水性处理剂的改性活化载体,能够根据具体实际用途添加相应成分与其相结合,加工处理更为方便,具有卓越的通用性。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得;混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:25份、聚酯树脂:45份、助剂:12份以及去离子水:15份;还包括有粉体以及白油;粉体以及白油的质量分别为环氧树脂与聚酯树脂质量总和的12%以及3%。
粉体为无机粉体,其组成成分以及各成分所占粉体质量百分比分别为:TiO2:35%、Al2O3:48%、SiO2:17%。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂总质量的百分比分别为:增容剂:35%、增塑剂:52%、分散剂:13%。
对混合树脂活化处理的具体方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至220℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温1h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。
实施例2:
一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得;混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:48份、聚酯树脂:25份、助剂:12份以及去离子水:15份;还包括有粉体以及白油;粉体以及白油的质量分别为环氧树脂与聚酯树脂质量总和的18%以及7%。
粉体为无机粉体,其组成成分以及各成分所占粉体质量百分比分别为:TiO2:58%、Al2O3:32%、SiO2:10%。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂总质量的百分比分别为:增容剂:55%、增塑剂:30%、分散剂:15%。
对混合树脂活化处理的具体方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。
实施例3:
一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,由混合树脂进行活化获得;混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:40份、聚酯树脂:40份、助剂:15份以及去离子水:17份;还包括有粉体以及白油;粉体以及白油的质量分别为环氧树脂与聚酯树脂质量总和的15%以及5%。
粉体为无机粉体,其组成成分以及各成分所占粉体质量百分比分别为:TiO2:50%、Al2O3:35%、SiO2:15%。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂总质量的百分比分别为:增容剂:45%、增塑剂:45%、分散剂:10%。
对混合树脂活化处理的具体方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。
将以上三个实施例中获得的钢铁表面水性处理剂载体同时用于钢铁表面防锈剂的制作,其中实施例3中的钢铁表面水性处理剂载体与防锈成分的结合性更为优秀。

1.一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,其特征在于:由混合树脂进行活化获得;所述混合树脂的组成成分以及各成分所占质量份数分别为:环氧树脂:25-48份、聚酯树脂:25-45份、助剂:12-16份以及去离子水:15-20份;所述助剂中各成分占助剂总质量的百分比分别为:增容剂:35-55%、增塑剂:30-52%、分散剂:10-20%;还包括有粉体以及白油;所述粉体以及白油的质量分别为环氧树脂与聚酯树脂质量总和的12-18%以及3-7%;
所述活化的具体方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至220-230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与混合树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温1-2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的混合树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面水性处理剂载体,其特征在于:所述粉体为无机粉体,其组成成分以及各成分所占粉体质量百分比分别为:TiO2:35-58%、Al2O3:32-48%、SiO2:8-20%。
