Abstract
本发明公开了一种冷烫烫金纸,包括依次层叠的基础层、剥离层、颜色层、电镀层和胶水层。本发明冷烫烫金纸,其综合性能好,可适用多种材质的产品,还能适用于冷烫印刷工艺。本发明烫金纸中的基础层,其拉伸强度大,且耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、抗静电性能好。本发明烫金纸中的胶水层,其粘接强度高,且耐老化性能、抗冷热交变性能、耐候性能好,可适用于塑胶、木材、织物、玻璃、陶瓷、金属等多种材质的产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及冷烫烫金纸。
背景技术
烫金纸由在聚酯薄膜(PET)和在其表面涂布的多层化学涂层组成。聚酯膜通常厚度是12微米,其中有些涂层的作用是产生装饰效果,而加外有些涂层用于控制烫金纸的性能。电镀层的作用是为了产生反光效果,是铝丝经高温融化升华后在超低真空条件下凝结到烫金纸上形成的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷烫烫金纸,其综合性能好,可适用多种材质的产品,还能适用于冷烫印刷工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种冷烫烫金纸,包括依次层叠的基础层、剥离层、颜色层、电镀层和胶水层;
按重量份计,所述基础层由以下组分组成:
76份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,
2.2份聚砜,
2.3份脲咪唑二酮,
1.5份N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,
0.8份云母,
1.4份焦磷酸钠,
3.4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
2.7份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
2.6份苯甲醇,
1.5份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季胺硝酸盐,
2.3份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵;
按重量份计,所述胶水层由以下组分组成:
28份丙烯酸树酯,
33份醋酸乙酯,
7份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,
9份异佛尔酮,
2.5份六偏磷酸钠,
1.3份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,
2.1份双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚,
1.2份氯化石蜡,
0.9份N-苯基-2-萘胺。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种冷烫烫金纸,其综合性能好,可适用多种材质的产品,还能适用于冷烫印刷工艺。
本发明烫金纸中的基础层,其拉伸强度大,且耐腐蚀、耐摩擦、抗静电性能好。
本发明烫金纸中的胶水层,其粘接强度高,且耐老化性能、抗冷热交变性能、耐候性能好,可适用于塑胶、木材、织物、玻璃、陶瓷、金属等多种材质的产品。

一种冷烫烫金纸,包括依次层叠的基础层、剥离层、颜色层、电镀层和胶水层;
按重量份计,所述基础层由以下组分组成:
76份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,
2.2份聚砜,
2.3份脲咪唑二酮,
1.5份N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,
0.8份云母,
1.4份焦磷酸钠,
3.4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
2.7份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
2.6份苯甲醇,
1.5份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季胺硝酸盐,
2.3份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵;
按重量份计,所述胶水层由以下组分组成:
28份丙烯酸树酯,
33份醋酸乙酯,
7份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,
9份异佛尔酮,
2.5份六偏磷酸钠,
1.3份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,
2.1份双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚,
1.2份氯化石蜡,
0.9份N-苯基-2-萘胺。

1.5份N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,

3.4份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
2.7份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
2.6份苯甲醇,
1.5份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季胺硝酸盐,
2.3份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵;
按重量份计,所述胶水层由以下组分组成:
