本发明公开一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,包括两组配液系统,每组配液系统又包括配液罐、储液罐、卫生级输送泵、微孔膜过滤器和管道分配系统,配液罐与储液罐相连接,液体经卫生级输送泵输送,经微孔膜过滤器过滤后由管道分配系统进行分配供应,所述液体为A浓缩液、B浓缩液,A、B浓缩液按1:1的比例混合后,装入血透机组,所述A浓缩液主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸的水溶液组成;B浓缩液主要由碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的水溶液组成。

一种血透剂配液集中供应系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,属于医疗产品加工技术领域。
背景技术
以往血透浓缩液配制,都是手动配液,且是塑料桶装存;这样,不可能实现浓缩液集中供应,也不可能实现在线清洗、消毒;既浪费工时,又不能满足卫生需要。管路连接处内表面不平滑,导致清洗不干净而产生污垢,不利于配液的洁净,影响了配液质量;另外,频繁手动操作,增加了污染机会,增加发生质量问题风险。以往A、B浓缩液过滤器,用简易布氏漏斗,不便于操作,无法进行在线清洗、消毒,带来洁净、卫生问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,实现自动化控制,大大节省了工时,完全杜绝不洁净、不卫生因素发生,大大提升医疗机构形象,也造福于广大患者。整个系统整洁、光滑,符合药品生产所需洁净要求,配液结束后也便于清洗、消毒。清洗、消毒既可以用臭氧、化学消毒剂进行,又可以用纯蒸汽。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,包括两组配液系统,每组配液系统又包括配液罐、储液罐、卫生级输送泵、微孔膜过滤器和管道分配系统,配液罐与储液罐相连接,液体经卫生级输送泵输送,经微孔膜过滤器过滤后由管道分配系统进行分配供应,所述液体为A浓缩液、B浓缩液,A、B浓缩液按1:1的比例混合后,装入血透机组,所述A浓缩液主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸的水溶液组成;B浓缩液主要由碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的水溶液组成。
进一步,每组配液系统还包括压力表、压力传感仪、空气过滤器、普通呼吸器、称重模块、温度传感仪、卫生泵。
进一步,所述血透剂配液集中供应系统还包括电控箱、气动隔膜阀、气动球阀、安全阀、电导率仪、静压液位传感仪、疏水阀、气动角座阀、卫生球阀、取样阀、铂合金硅胶管。
再进一步,所述配液罐、储液罐、管道分配系统的主要材料为不锈钢。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明血透剂配液集中供应系统与现有技术相比,血透剂A、B浓缩液集中供应自动化,大大节省了工时,完全杜绝不洁净、不卫生因素发生,大大提升医疗机构形象,也造福于广大患者。A、B浓缩液集中供应系统,所用材料为不锈钢316L材料;整个系统整洁、光滑,符合药品生产所需洁净要求,配液结束后也便于清洗、消毒。由于配液罐、储液罐、管道分配系统主要材料不锈钢316L, 所以清洗、消毒既可以用臭氧、化学消毒剂进行,又可以用纯蒸汽。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,如图1所示,包括两组配液系统,每组配液系统又包括配液罐、储液罐、卫生级输送泵、微孔膜过滤器和管道分配系统,配液罐与储液罐相连接,液体经卫生级输送泵输送,经微孔膜过滤器过滤后由管道分配系统进行分配供应,所述液体为A浓缩液、B浓缩液,A、B浓缩液按1:1的比例混合后,装入血透机组,所述A浓缩液主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸的水溶液组成;B浓缩液主要由碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的水溶液组成。
每组配液系统还包括压力表、压力传感仪、空气过滤器、普通呼吸器、称重模块、温度传感仪、卫生泵。
所述血透剂配液集中供应系统还包括电控箱、气动隔膜阀、气动球阀、安全阀、电导率仪、静压液位传感仪、疏水阀、气动角座阀、卫生球阀、取样阀、铂合金硅胶管。
所述配液罐、储液罐、管道分配系统的主要材料为不锈钢。
在一个实施例中,本发明的血透剂配液集中供应系统用于医疗单位,尤其大、中型医疗单位,所述配液又分A浓缩液、B浓缩液,A、B浓缩液按1:1的比例混合后,装入血透机组供病人使用。A浓缩液主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸的水溶液组成;B浓缩液主要由碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的水溶液组成。
本发明的A、B浓缩液配制,由两组配液系统完成,每组配液系统为等同单一系统, A、B浓缩液按1:1比例混合。本发明的每组配液系统又由配液罐、储液罐、卫生级输送泵、微孔膜过滤器、管道分配系统组成。大、中型医院,血透机组的数量大概为60至80台,配液罐、储罐容积大概为350L至500L,卫生级输送泵、微孔膜过滤器、管道规格也有相应调整。以往A、B浓缩液过滤器,用简易布氏漏斗,不便于操作,无法进行在线清洗、消毒,带来洁净、卫生问题,本发明微孔膜过滤器使用,解决了上述问题,可靠保证A、B浓缩液配液质量。
本发明血透剂配液集中供应系统与现有技术相比,血透剂A、B浓缩液集中供应自动化,大大节省了工时,完全杜绝不洁净、不卫生因素发生,大大提升医疗机构形象,也造福于广大患者。A、B浓缩液集中供应系统,所用材料为不锈钢316L材料;整个系统整洁、光滑,符合药品生产所需洁净要求,配液结束后也便于清洗、消毒。由于配液罐、储液罐、管道分配系统主要材料不锈钢316L, 所以清洗、消毒既可以用臭氧、化学消毒剂进行,又可以用纯蒸汽。

1.一种血透剂配液集中供应系统,其特征在于,包括两组配液系统,每组配液系统又包括配液罐(1)、储液罐(2)、卫生级输送泵(3)、微孔膜过滤器(4)和管道分配系统,配液罐与储液罐相连接,液体经卫生级输送泵输送,经微孔膜过滤器过滤后由管道分配系统进行分配供应,所述液体为A浓缩液、B浓缩液,A、B浓缩液按1:1的比例混合后,装入血透机组,所述A浓缩液主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸的水溶液组成;B浓缩液主要由碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠和氯化钠的水溶液组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的血透剂配液集中供应系统,其特征在于,每组配液系统还包括压力表(5)、压力传感仪(6)、空气过滤器(7)、温度传感仪(8)、普通呼吸器(9)、称重模块(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的血透剂配液集中供应系统,其特征在于,所述血透剂配液集中供应系统还包括电控箱(9)、气动隔膜阀、气动球阀、安全阀、电导率仪、静压液位传感仪、疏水阀、气动角座阀、卫生球阀、取样阀、铂合金硅胶管。
4.如权利要求1所述的血透剂配液集中供应系统,其特征在于,所述配液罐、储液罐、管道分配系统的主要材料为不锈钢。
