本发明公开了一种扁形多风道除尘笼骨架,包括固定底座、一端固定在固定底座上且间隔设置的风室隔板以及设置在风室隔板另一端的固定法兰。本发明具有被风室隔板隔开的多个独立的风道,在高压气体反吹清灰的过程中,各个风道内的高速气流互不影响,通过调整喷吹管上喷吹孔的大小,在过滤状态下风室隔板和扁布筒形成一个四周封闭的通道,在高压气体反吹清灰的过程中,由于各个风室互不影响,在高速气流喷射的瞬间,各个风室所对应的布筒都可以得到相同的膨胀抖动效果,从而避免了中间膨胀抖动幅度大,两边膨胀抖动幅度小清理效果不均匀的现象,使清灰效果更均匀,提高过滤和清灰效率。

技术领域
本发明属于粮食加工机械设备技术领域,涉及一种用于粮食仓储清理除尘器的笼骨架,具体涉及一种扁形多风道除尘笼骨架。
背景技术
经联合收割机械收割处理过的粮食不可避免会含有大量秸秆等杂质,因此对粮食
进行后续的加工或储藏之前,需要对粮食清理除尘除杂,在粮食储备库中,为了便于仓储设备的运输安装和移动,仓储设备的轻便性、高效性和环保性越来越受关注,粮食仓储清理除尘器是粮食进出仓清理除尘的重要设备,人们为了满足处理面积和处理风量,传统的只有增加设备的体积以满足需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种有效增加了除尘器的过滤面积和处理风量、高压气体反吹清灰的均匀性好的扁形多风道除尘笼骨架。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种扁形多风道除尘笼骨架,包括固定底座、一端固定在固定底座上且间隔设置的风室隔板以及设置在风室隔板另一端的固定法兰。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述固定底座与固定法兰之间设置有支撑圈。
作为本发明进一步的改进,若干所述风室隔板之间通过镀锌钢丝串接并连接在支撑圈上。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述支撑圈的数量至少为2个。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述镀锌钢丝的直径为4mm。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述镀锌钢丝与支撑圈通过高频焊接连接在一起。
与现有技术相比,本发明所取得的有益效果如下:
本发明具有被风室隔板隔开的多个独立的风道,在高压气体反吹清灰的过程中,各个风道内的高速气流互不影响,通过调整喷吹管上喷吹孔的大小,在过滤状态下风室隔板和扁布筒形成一个四周封闭的通道,在高压气体反吹清灰的过程中,由于各个风室互不影响,在高速气流喷射的瞬间,各个风室所对应的布筒都可以得到相同的膨胀抖动效果,从而避免了中间膨胀抖动幅度大,两边膨胀抖动幅度小清理效果不均匀的现象,使清灰效果更均匀,提高过滤和清灰效率。连接处采用高频焊接,无焊瘤,减小扁布筒与笼骨架的磨损。安装采用法兰连接,安装简单易操作,且便于扁布筒的固定与密封。在一定的体积内,所支撑的扁布筒过滤面积大,安装方式灵活,可横向和竖直安装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步详细的叙述。
如附图1和2所示,一种扁形多风道除尘笼骨架,包括固定底座5、一端固定在固定底座5上且间隔设置的风室隔板2以及设置在风室隔板2另一端的固定法兰1。所述固定底座5与固定法兰1之间设置有支撑圈3。若干所述风室隔板2之间通过镀锌钢丝4串接并连接在支撑圈3上,以保证风室隔板2位置的稳固。所述支撑圈3的数量至少为2个,作为优选,在固定法兰1的上端和固定底座5的上端对应设置一圈并在固定法兰1的下端和固定底座5的下端对应设置一圈,整个骨架稳定牢固。所述镀锌钢丝4的直径为4mm。所述镀锌钢丝4与支撑圈3通过高频焊接连接在一起。扁形多风道除尘笼骨架主要是对扁布筒或除尘布袋起到支撑的作用,扁布筒或扁布袋或除尘布袋套装在本笼骨架上,喷吹管设置在固定法兰1侧,向风室隔板2与扁布筒或扁布袋或除尘布袋形成的各风室喷吹高压风,从而使扁布筒或扁布袋或除尘布袋形成抖动,将扁布筒或扁布袋或除尘布袋的粉尘抖落下来。

1.一种扁形多风道除尘笼骨架,其特征在于:其包括固定底座(5)、一端固定在固定底座(5)上且间隔设置的风室隔板(2)以及设置在风室隔板(2)另一端的固定法兰(1);所述固定底座(5)与固定法兰(1)之间设置有支撑圈(3);若干所述风室隔板(2)之间通过镀锌钢丝(4)串接并连接在支撑圈(3)上;所述支撑圈(3)的数量至少为2个;所述镀锌钢丝(4)的直径为4mm;所述镀锌钢丝(4)与支撑圈(3)通过高频焊接连接在一起。
