技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物。
背景技术
高脂血症是指人体血浆一种或数种脂质成分的含量超过正常最高值限。本病在营养代谢性疾患中占有很重要的地位，是导致动脉粥样硬化的主要因素之一，与高血压、冠心病和脑血管病的发生关系密切，被视为冠心病的三大因子之一。在我国，此症并不罕见，近年来其患病率及死亡率还有逐年增高的趋势，尤其多见于中、老年人。本病原发性病因未明，多有家族史及遗传史。目前，临床上多采用降脂药物进行治疗，但多存在副作用，且疗效不稳定。
中医认为，痰浊是形成本病的主要病因病理因素。患者或因饮食不节：因偏食、恣食肥甘厚味或嗜酒成癖，以致脾胃受损，运化失健，聚湿生痰，痰从浊化；或因情志失调：脾主运化水湿，输布水谷精微，思虑伤脾，脾虚气结，升降失司，津液不能输布，酿聚为痰，又肝胆之疏泄功能与脂质代谢关系更为密切，肝胆为中精之府，能净脂化浊，若忧郁恼怒损及肝胆，以致疏泄失度，清浊难分，胆气郁遏则清净无权，脂浊难化以致脂质代谢紊乱；又或因年迈体虚：禀赋不足或因年老，肾气渐衰，肾阳虚则不能鼓动五脏之阳，火不生土，可衍生痰饮脂浊，肝肾阴虚可滋生内热，灼津炼液酿而成痰，熬而成脂，遂成本症。
根据中医理论，针对高血脂的发病机理，以净脂化浊、祛痰理气为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例5
一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：桑寄生25g，茯苓12g，姜黄13g，泽泻12g，延胡索18g，穿心莲12g，红花13g，五灵脂12g，天冬18g，大黄8g，车前子18g，龙胆草12g，青皮13g，珍珠母12g，地龙18g，山茱萸12g，天竺黄13g，冬葵叶12g，木瓜18g，草决明12g，莪术13g，桑叶12g，天麻18g，甘草8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例130例，其中男72例，女58例，年龄13～80岁。病程最短者3个月，最长者达10年，平均2年。
二、诊断标准：
(1) 西医诊断标准：正常饮食情况下，2周内2次测血清总胆固醇 (TC) 均≥ 6.0mmol/L(230mg/dL)，或甘油三酯 (TG) ≥ 1.54mmol/L(140mg/dL)，或高密度脂蛋白胆固 醇 (HDL-C) 男≤ 1.04mmol/L(40mg/dL)、女≤ 1.17mmol/L(45mg/dL) 者；
(2) 中医辨证标准：头晕，头痛，胸闷，面唇紫暗，神疲乏力，四肢欠温，脘腹胀满， 纳呆便溏，腰膝酸软，舌质暗红或紫暗或有瘀点瘀斑或有齿印、苔白或白腻，脉沉细或沉涩。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：实验室数据检查正常，或血总胆固醇至少降低5.7毫摩尔/升；
2、好转：实验室数据检查降低；
3、未愈：实验室数据无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10个疗程，治愈79例，好转36例，未愈15例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，男，39岁。体胖，就诊自述：腰膝酸软，口燥咽干，头晕耳鸣，右胁隐痛，手足心热，偶有夜间盗汗，诊见：舌质红，少苔，脉弦细。医院检查空腹血清总胆固醇5.92毫摩尔/升，甘油三酯含量正常。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，自觉腰膝酸软症状几近消失，头晕耳鸣、右胁隐痛症状消失；继续服用5个疗程，各症状消失，医院检查血清总胆固醇含量正常治愈。
病例2：田某，女，62岁，自述：有高血压史5年，近期腰膝酸软，畏寒肢冷，脘痞腹胀，夜尿频多，偶有失眠，大便不实，舌质淡，苔薄白，脉沉迟。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，腰膝酸软症状明显减轻，夜间未曾失眠，夜尿减少，四肢回暖；续服5个疗程后，各症状消失，血压正常，治愈。

1. 一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桑寄生10-30份，茯苓10-20份，姜黄5-15份，泽泻10-20份，延胡索10-20份，穿心莲10-20份，红花5-15份，五灵脂10-20份，天冬10-20份，大黄5-15份，车前子10-20份，龙胆草10-20份，青皮5-15份，珍珠母10-20份，地龙10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，天竺黄5-15份，冬葵叶10-20份，木瓜10-20份，草决明10-20份，莪术5-15份，桑叶10-20份，天麻10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血脂的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：桑寄生20份，茯苓15份，姜黄10份，泽泻15份，延胡索15份，穿心莲15份，红花10份，五灵脂15份，天冬15份，大黄10份，车前子15份，龙胆草15份，青皮10份，珍珠母15份，地龙15份，山茱萸15份，天竺黄10份，冬葵叶15份，木瓜15份，草决明15份，莪术10份，桑叶15份，天麻15份，甘草10份。
