第一步:将肉豆蔻、乌贼骨、地黄、马勃、甘草、黄连、乌梅、蜀椒、地榆、益智仁、白术、太子参、鹤草芽、使君子、木香、盐麸叶、佛手、附子清洗干净后混合均匀,煎煮三次,第一次加入8倍量的水,先浸泡1h,煎煮2h ;第二次加入6倍量的水,煎煮1.5h ;第三次加入4倍量的水,煎煮1h,合并三次煎液并且过滤;
第二步:将第一步过滤后的煎液与白矾混合均匀,然后进行薄膜减压蒸发,浓缩至相对密度为1.14的稠膏,然后烘干,粉碎过15目筛,高温杀菌后装入胶囊中,每粒胶囊成品 0.3g,即得涩肠止泻胶囊。

一种涩肠止泻胶囊的制备方法,该制备方法的步骤如下:
第一步:将肉豆蔻、乌贼骨、地黄、马勃、甘草、黄连、乌梅、蜀椒、地榆、益智仁、白术、太子参、鹤草芽、使君子、木香、盐麸叶、佛手、附子清洗干净后混合均匀,煎煮三次,第一次加入8倍量的水,先浸泡1h,煎煮2h ;第二次加入6倍量的水,煎煮1.5h ;第三次加入4倍量的水,煎煮1h,合并三次煎液并且过滤;
第二步:将第一步过滤后的煎液与白矾混合均匀,然后进行薄膜减压蒸发,浓缩至相对密度为1.14的稠膏,然后烘干,粉碎过15目筛,高温杀菌后装入胶囊中,每粒胶囊成品 0.3g,即得涩肠止泻胶囊。
选取50名由于脾虚导致久泻久痢的患者,分成5组,每组10人,每组分别服用实施例1-5制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊,每天三次,每次一粒,观察结果如下:
服用实施例1制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后,其中3名患者得到了治愈,5名症状得到了明显好转,2名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例2制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后,其中4名患者得到了治愈,5名症状得到了明显好转,1名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例3制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后,其中4名患者得到了治愈,6名症状得到了明显好转。
服用实施例4制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后,其中5名患者得到了治愈,4名症状得到了明显好转,1名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例5制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后,其中7名患者得到了治愈,3名症状得到了明显好转。

1.一种涩肠止泻胶囊,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:肉豆蔻22~34份,乌贼骨20~30份,地黄20~30份,白矾12~20份,马勃18~28份,甘草17~26份,黄连15~25份,乌梅15~25份,蜀椒15~25份,地榆13~22份,益智仁12~20份,白术10~20份,太子参10~18份,鹤草芽8~15份,使君子8~15份,木香6~12份,盐麸叶3~9份,佛手10~20份,附子1~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涩肠止泻胶囊,其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分:肉豆蔻24份,乌贼骨23份,地黄22份,白矾14份,马勃20份,甘草19份,黄连18份,乌梅18份,蜀椒18份,地榆135份,益智仁14份,白术13份,太子参12份,鹤草芽10份,使君子9份,木香8份,盐麸叶4份,佛手13份,附子2份。

5.权利要求1所述的一种涩肠止泻胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法的步骤如下:
第一步:将肉豆蔻、乌贼骨、地黄、马勃、甘草、黄连、乌梅、蜀椒、地榆、益智仁、白术、太子参、鹤草芽、使君子、木香、盐麸叶、佛手、附子清洗干净后混合均匀,煎煮三次,第一次加入7~9倍量的水,先浸泡1h,煎煮2h ;第二次加入5~7倍量的水,煎煮1.5h ;第三次加入3~5倍量的水,煎煮1h,合并三次煎液并且过滤;
第二步:将第一步过滤后的煎液与白矾混合均匀,然后进行薄膜减压蒸发,浓缩至相对密度为1.14的稠膏,然后烘干,粉碎过15目筛,高温杀菌后装入胶囊中,每粒胶囊成品 0.3g,即得涩肠止泻胶囊。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种涩肠止泻胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中第一次加入8倍量的水,先浸泡1h,煎煮2h ;第二次加入6倍量的水,煎煮1.5h ;第三次加入4倍量的水,煎煮1h。
