选取50名由于脾虚导致久泻久痢的患者，分成5组，每组10人，每组分别服用实施例1-5制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊，每天三次，每次一粒，观察结果如下：
服用实施例1制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后，其中3名患者得到了治愈，5名症状得到了明显好转，2名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例2制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后，其中4名患者得到了治愈，5名症状得到了明显好转，1名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例3制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后，其中4名患者得到了治愈，6名症状得到了明显好转。
服用实施例4制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后，其中5名患者得到了治愈，4名症状得到了明显好转，1名症状稍有好转。
服用实施例5制备得到的涩肠止泻胶囊的患者在服用3天后，其中7名患者得到了治愈，3名症状得到了明显好转。

1.一种涩肠止泻胶囊，其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分：肉豆蔻22～34份，乌贼骨20～30份，地黄20～30份，白矾12～20份，马勃18～28份，甘草17～26份，黄连15～25份，乌梅15～25份，蜀椒15～25份，地榆13～22份，益智仁12～20份，白术10～20份，太子参10～18份，鹤草芽8～15份，使君子8～15份，木香6～12份，盐麸叶3～9份，佛手10～20份，附子1～6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涩肠止泻胶囊，其特征在于以质量份计含有以下成分：肉豆蔻24份，乌贼骨23份，地黄22份，白矾14份，马勃20份，甘草19份，黄连18份，乌梅18份，蜀椒18份，地榆135份，益智仁14份，白术13份，太子参12份，鹤草芽10份，使君子9份，木香8份，盐麸叶4份，佛手13份，附子2份。

第二步：将第一步过滤后的煎液与白矾混合均匀，然后进行薄膜减压蒸发，浓缩至相对密度为1.14的稠膏，然后烘干，粉碎过15目筛，高温杀菌后装入胶囊中，每粒胶囊成品 0.3g，即得涩肠止泻胶囊。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种涩肠止泻胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于：所述第一步中第一次加入8倍量的水，先浸泡1h，煎煮2h ；第二次加入6倍量的水，煎煮1.5h ；第三次加入4倍量的水，煎煮1h。
