本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂及制备方法，涉及中药领域，其外用膏剂是由苦参、百部、生黄精、杭白芍、黄柏、蛇床子、羊毛脂、凡士林、石蜡制成，其制备方法包括提取煮沸、过滤浓缩和制膏三个步骤。本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂及制备方法，其配伍合理、价格低廉，对治疗脚气、足癣等真菌性皮肤病有明显效果，其药物经煮沸、浓缩后各组分相互交融，相互协同增强了药效，最终于润滑物质混合制成外用膏剂，膏状药物用药简便、病人无痛苦，而且其见效快，疗程短、一次性彻底治愈脚气、复发率极低、治愈率达到95%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂及制备方法。
背景技术
脚气是由致病性真菌感染引起的一种足部皮肤病，其皮肤损害往往是先单侧（即单脚）发生，数周或数月后才感染到对侧，因病情发展或搔抓，可出现糜烂、渗液，甚或细菌感染、出现脓疱等。现有的中西药制剂，多为治标不治本，一旦停药脚气有会复发，如此反复给患者带来很大痛苦，而且长期不治愈还会影响家人，扩大了感染的范围。
发明内容
本发明对于上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂，是由下列组份按重量份数制成：苦参6～15份、百部4～10份、生黄精10～20份、杭白芍15～25份、黄柏7～15份、蛇床子10～20份、羊毛脂25～35份、凡士林25～50份、石蜡2～7份。
作为本发明的进一步改进，是由下列组份按重量份数制成：苦参8～12份、百部6～8份、生黄精12～16份、杭白芍18～22份、黄柏8～12份、蛇床子14～16份、羊毛脂28～32份、凡士林30～40份、石蜡4～6份制成。
一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、将苦参6～15份、百部4～10份、生黄精10～20份、杭白芍15～25份、黄柏7～15份、蛇床子10～20份进行两次提取，第一次加入5～8倍的水，煮沸1.5～2小时，第二次加入3～5倍的水，煮沸1～1.5小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在40～80℃下浓缩1～8个小时；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡2～7份、羊毛脂25～35份、凡士林25～50份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
在上述的技术方案中，各味药的功能如下：
苦参：清热燥湿、杀虫、利尿，用于热痢、便血、黄疸尿闭、赤白带下、阴肿阴痒、湿疹、湿疮、皮肤瘙痒、疥癣麻风、外治滴虫性阴道炎。
百部：润肺下气止咳、杀虫灭虱，用于新久咳嗽、肺痨咳嗽、顿咳，外用于头虱、体虱、蛲虫病、阴痒。
生黄精：补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾，用于脾胃气虚、体倦乏力、胃阴不足、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、劳嗽咳血、精血不足、腰膝酸软、须发早白、内热消渴。
杭白芍；养血调经、敛阴止汗、柔肝止痛、平抑肝阳，用于血虚萎黄、月经不调、自汗、盗汗、胁痛、腹痛、四肢挛痛、头痛眩晕。
黄柏：清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮，用于湿热泻痢、黄疸尿赤、带下阴痒、热淋涩痛、脚气痿蹙、骨蒸劳热、盗汗、遗精、疮疡肿毒、湿疹湿疮。
蛇床子：燥湿祛风、杀虫止痒、温肾壮阳，用于阴痒带下、湿疹瘙痒、湿痹腰痛、肾虚阳痿、宫冷不孕。
羊毛脂：能使主药迅速被粘膜及皮肤吸收，有附着力、性质稳定、且能吸水、不易酸败，其为优良的软膏基质及油包水型乳剂的乳化剂，主要用于机械工业制造高级防锈油、医药工业制造风湿膏、氧化锌橡皮膏、化纤工业合成纤维和合成树脂、日用化学工业制造防裂膏、冷霜、高级香皂，对保护皮肤防止裂口具有特殊的效能，也可加以提取供医药工业生产激素之用。
凡士林：为化学惰性的碳氢化合物，其不亲水、不会被吸收，涂抹在皮肤上能在其表面形成一层膜，使水分不易蒸发散失，可以保持皮肤为湿润状态，阻挡来自空气中的细菌和皮肤接触，从而降低感染的可能性。
石蜡：食品级石蜡，可以制成洗涤剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增塑剂、润滑脂，用于医用及化妆品领域。

a、将苦参6份、百部4份、生黄精10份、杭白芍15份、黄柏7份、蛇床子10份进行两次提取；第一次加入上述药物总重量5倍的水，煮沸1.5小时，第二次加入上述药物总重量3倍的水，煮沸1小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在40℃下浓缩1个小时，浓缩至相对密度为1；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡2份、羊毛脂25份、凡士林25份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
实施例2
本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、将苦参15份、百部10份、生黄精20份、杭白芍25份、黄柏15份、蛇床子20份,两次提取，第一次，加入8倍水中，煮沸2小时，第二次加入5倍水中，煮沸1.5小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在80℃下浓缩8个小时，浓缩至相对密度为1.35；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡7份、羊毛脂35份、凡士林50份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
实施例3
本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、将苦参8份、百部6份、生黄精12份、杭白芍18份、黄柏8份、蛇床子14份进行两次提取，第一次，加入5倍水中，煮沸1.5小时，第二次加入3倍水中，煮沸1小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在50℃下浓缩2个小时，浓缩至相对密度为1；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡4份、羊毛脂28份、凡士林30份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
实施例4
本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、将苦参12份、百部8份、生黄精16份、杭白芍22份、黄柏12份、蛇床子16份,两次提取，第一次，加入8倍水中，煮沸2小时，第二次加入5倍水中，煮沸1.5小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在70℃下浓缩6个小时，浓缩至相对密度为1.20；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡6份、羊毛脂32份、凡士林40份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
实施例5
本发明的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、苦参10份、百部7份、生黄精14份、杭白芍20份、黄柏10份、蛇床子15份,两次提取，第一次，加入7倍水中，煮沸2小时，第二次加入4倍水中，煮沸1.5小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在60℃下浓缩4个小时，浓缩至相对密度为1.20；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡5份、羊毛脂30份、凡士林35份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂，是由下列组份按重量份数制成：苦参6～15份、百部4～10份、生黄精10～20份、杭白芍15～25份、黄柏7～15份、蛇床子10～20份、羊毛脂25～35份、凡士林25～50份、石蜡2～7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂，其特征在于是由苦参8～12份、百部6～8份、生黄精12～16份、杭白芍18～22份、黄柏8～12份、蛇床子14～16份、羊毛脂28～32份、凡士林30～40份、石蜡4～6份制成。
3.制备权利要求1所述的一种治疗脚气的外用膏剂的制备方法，是通过下列步骤实现的：
a、将苦参6～15份、百部4～10份、生黄精10～20份、杭白芍15～25份、黄柏7～15份、蛇床子10～20份进行两次提取，第一次加入5～8倍的水，煮沸1.5～2小时，第二次加入3～5倍的水，煮沸1～1.5小时；
b、将经a步骤制得的混合物进行过滤，浓缩滤液，将提取的滤液在40～80℃下浓缩1～8个小时；
c、将b步骤制得的药液中加入石蜡2～7份、羊毛脂25～35份、凡士林25～50份混合均匀，即制得治疗脚气的外用膏剂。
