中医认为，渗出性胸膜炎多属“胸痛”、“咳嗽”、“发热”等范畴，外感阳热之邪，邪正相抗，阳盛于外，故发热畏塞。热乘于上，首取犯肺，肺失清肃则咳嗽。血亏属阴，赖阳气以运行，气行血亦行，气滞则血凝。

一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例65例，其中男35例，女30例，年龄7～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、初期以咳唾胸胁引痛，或伴有恶寒发热为主症。发病缓急不一；
2、积饮形成后，胸痛减轻，胸闷逐渐明显。重者有呼吸困难；
3、积饮消退，可后遗胸胁疼痛，咳声不扬，少痰，迁延不已；
4、少量积液时，患侧可闻及胸膜摩擦音;积液量多时病侧呼吸运动受限制，胸满隆起，肋间隙增宽;叩诊呈浊音或实音；
5、血白细胞总数正常或偏高，血沉增快。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状消失，胸腔积液吸收，实验检查正常；
2、好转：症状明显改善，胸腔积液减少；
3、未愈：症状、胸腔积液均未改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，治愈46例，好转14例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：于某，男，19岁。患者就诊自述：半年前出现胸肋疼痛，伴有发热，怕冷，并未重视。近几个月来症状更为明显，胸闷气促，活动后加重。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，胸闷胸痛感明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，体检正常，治愈。
病例2：孙某，女，38岁。患者就诊自述：无明显诱因出现低热，体温持续38℃，夜间盗汗，左侧胸肋疼痛，活动后呼吸困难。当地市医院予以抗生素药物治疗一段时间后，体温正常，病情好转，停药后1个月复发。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，胸部X线检查显示：胸腔积液明显减少；续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：夏枯草10-30份，连翘10-20份，金银花10-20份，地骨皮5-15份，百部10-20份，桑白皮10-20份，矮地茶10-20份，桂枝5-15份，茜草10-20份，鬼灯笼10-20份，蛤蚧5-15份，黄芪10-20份，玉竹10-20份，卷柏5-15份，半边莲10-20份，桔梗10-20份，白前5-15份，大黄10-20份，核桃仁10-20份，鼠妇5-15份，鸭跖草10-20份，猪苓10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：夏枯草20份，连翘15份，金银花15份，地骨皮10份，百部15份，桑白皮15份，矮地茶15份，桂枝10份，茜草15份，鬼灯笼15份，蛤蚧10份，黄芪15份，玉竹15份，卷柏10份，半边莲15份，桔梗15份，白前10份，大黄15份，核桃仁15份，鼠妇10份，鸭跖草15份，猪苓15份，甘草10份。
