临床试验
1、临床资料：2014年9月至2015年9月一年间，共观察10-60岁的闭合性软组织损伤患者100例，其中男65例，女35例，其平均年龄为23.5岁。
2、诊断标准：凡由外伤劳损外邪引起的肌肉、韧带、肌腱、筋膜等软组织闭合性损伤的患者均可纳入。
3、用药方法与疗程：取本发明药物适量涂抹在患处，用按摩法至药剂基本消失，时间在5-15分钟之间，每日早晚各一次。治疗两周后观察疗效。

痊愈：用药后局部疼痛、肿胀及皮肤瘀斑消失，功能活动恢复正常。
有效：用药后局部疼痛减轻，肿胀及皮肤瘀斑有所消失，功能活动有所恢复。
无效：用药后局部疼痛、肿胀及皮肤瘀斑均未有改观。
5、治疗结果：100例患者中，痊愈91例，有效8例，无效1例，总有效率99％。

配比(单位：重量份)乌药8、茜草10、延胡索10、威灵仙8、天葵子8、橘核6、土木香6、木瓜6、夏枯草8、赤小豆6、牡丹皮8、黑种草子6、地肤子10、小叶莲8、上茯苓8、玫瑰花12、芥子10、天南星8、五倍子8、蜂房10、银杏叶6、杜仲6、合欢花8。
制备及使用方法：按重量份称取除蜂蜜以为的上述各原料，研磨粉碎，过60-100目筛，加入适量的水混合均匀，然后加入蜂蜜。外涂敷于患处，每日两次，7天为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗闭合性体育运动软组织损伤的中药，其特征在于，是由下述重量份的原料药制成：乌药6-10、茜草8-12、延胡索8-12、威灵仙6-10、天葵子6-10、橘核5-8、土木香5-8、木瓜5-8、夏枯草6-10、赤小豆5-8、牡丹皮6-10、黑种草子5-8、地肤子8-12、小叶莲6-10、上茯苓6-10、玫瑰花10-15、芥子8-12、天南星6-10、五倍子6-10、蜂房8-12、银杏叶5-8、杜仲5-8、合欢花6-10。
