Abstract

本发明涉及一种恒压自动调压装置,包括:高压管、低压管、活塞腔、活塞、主弹簧、副弹簧、顶杆、调压螺丝、顶盖、高压气孔、外气孔和低压气孔,高压管、活塞腔和低压管三者结合成一个整体,低压管与活塞腔并排,高压管在低压管的上端;活塞腔内的活塞将活塞腔分隔为上下两部分,活塞上固定顶杆,顶杆上端固定顶盖;活塞腔上部安装有主弹簧,活塞腔下部安装有副弹簧;高压管与低压管通过高压气孔连通,低压气孔将低压管与活塞腔下部连通,活塞腔上部通过外气孔与大气连通;活塞在主弹簧、大气压力作用下与副弹簧、低压管气压的作用下处理动态平衡,使低压管的压强自动恒定;通过调节调压螺丝可以调节低压管的气压。

一种恒压自动调压装置
技术领域
该发明涉及到机械设计、机械制造及其自动控制领域,特别是气压和水压的恒压技术领域。
背景技术
现代农业采用机械喷雾施药,特别是当前时代开始采用航空无人机喷雾施药,但目前的无人飞机较多采用电池作为动力,这样的动力能源很有限,造成其载重量和飞行时间都有限。过去的喷雾采用输送泵作为动力源,输送泵自身较重,而且需要能源工作,给无人机喷雾施药的发展带来了阻碍作用。现采用储气瓶为喷雾动力源,可以减小重量和能源的消耗。为解决储气式喷雾压力的稳定性,设计一种恒压自动调压装置。
发明内容
为解决储气式喷雾压力的稳定性,设计一种恒压自动调压装置,该装置包括高压管(1)、低压管(2)、活塞腔(3)、活塞(4)、主弹簧(5)、副弹簧(6)、顶杆(7)、调压螺丝(8)、顶盖(9)、高压气孔(10)、外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12);高压管(1)、活塞腔(3)和低压管(2)三者结合成一个整体,低压管(2)成倒“L”型,低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)并排,高压管(1)在低压管(2)的上端;活塞腔(3)内有活塞(4),活塞(4)将活塞腔(3)分隔为上下相互不透气的两部分,活塞(4)上表面中心固定有顶杆(7),顶杆(7)上端固定有顶盖(9);活塞腔(3)的上面部分安装有主弹簧(5),活塞腔(3)的下面部分安装有副弹簧(6);活塞腔(3)的下末端安装有调压螺丝(8);高压管(1)的下端有底面,底面中央开有高压气孔(10),活塞腔(3)的上面部分外侧开孔,为外气孔(11),活塞腔(3)下面部分的内侧向低压管(2)开孔,为低压气孔。顶杆(7)由活塞(4)向上穿过低压管,插入到高压气孔(10)中,顶盖(9)在高压气孔的下方,并靠近高压气孔(10);顶杆(7)在活塞(4)的带动下可以上下移动;当活塞(4)向上移动时,可以推动顶杆(7)和顶盖(9)堵住高压气孔(10)。高压管(1)除上端开口和底面有高压气孔,其管壁的其他部分为密闭;低压管(2)除下端开口、高压气孔(10)和低压气孔(12)可以通气,其管壁的其他部分为密闭;活塞腔(3)除外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12)对外通气外,其管壁的其他部分为密闭。高压管(1)与低压管(2)通过高压气孔(10)连通,低压气孔(12)将低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)下部空腔连通,活塞腔(3)上部空腔通过外气孔(11)与大气连通。旋转调压螺丝(8)可以将其上下移动,而改变副弹簧(6)对活塞的作用力,进而调节低压管(2)内的气压。高压管(1)连接高压储气瓶,低压管(2)连接恒压喷雾液箱。
该发明的有益效果是解决了储气式恒压喷雾压力稳定性的问题,且结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
该装置包括高压管(1)、低压管(2)、活塞腔(3)、活塞(4)、主弹簧(5)、副弹簧(6)、顶杆(7)、调压螺丝(8)、顶盖(9)、高压气孔(10)、外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12);高压管(1)、活塞腔(3)和低压管(2)三者结合成一个整体,低压管(2)成倒“L”型,低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)并排,高压管(1)在低压管(2)的上端;活塞腔(3)内有活塞(4),活塞(4)将活塞腔(3)分隔为上下相互不透气的两部分,活塞(4)上表面中心固定有顶杆(7),顶杆(7)上端固定有顶盖(9);活塞腔(3)的上面部分安装有主弹簧(5),活塞腔(3)的下面部分安装有副弹簧(6);活塞腔的下末端安装有调压螺丝(8);高压管(1)的下端有底面,底面中央开孔,称为高压气孔(10),活塞腔(3)的上面部分外侧开孔,为外气孔(11),活塞腔(3)下面部分的内侧向低压管(2)开孔,为低压气孔。顶杆(7)从活塞(4)向上穿过低压管,插入到高压气孔(10)中,顶盖(9)在高压气孔的下方,并靠近高压气孔(10);顶杆(7)在活塞(4)的带动下可以上下移动;当活塞(4)向上移动时,可以推动顶杆(7)和顶盖(9)堵住高压气孔(10)。高压管(1)除上端开口和底部高压气孔通气外,其管壁均为密闭状态;低压管(2)除下端开口、高压气孔(10)和低压气孔(12)可以通气,其管壁均为密闭状态;活塞腔(3)除外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12)对外通气外,其管壁均密闭状态。高压管(1)与低压管(2)通过高压气孔(10)连通,低压气孔(12)将低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)下部空腔连通,活塞腔(3)上部空腔通过外气孔(11)与大气连通。旋转调压螺丝(8)可以将其上下移动,而改变副弹簧(6)对活塞的作用力,进而调节低压管(2)内的气压。
本实施例中,高压管(1)连接高压储气瓶,低压管(2)连接恒压喷雾液箱。当恒压喷雾液箱的压强低于某设定压强时,活塞(4)下方的合力小于活塞(4)上方的合力,活塞(4)带动顶杆(7)、顶盖(9)向下移动,顶盖(9)上方的高压气孔(10)被打开,高压储气瓶内的气体流向恒压喷雾液箱。当恒压喷雾液箱的压强高于某设定压强时,活塞(4)下方的合力大于活塞(4)上方的合力,活塞(4)带动顶杆(7)、顶盖(9)向上移动,顶盖(9)将高压气孔(10)堵住。这样使恒压喷雾液箱的压强基本保持恒定。
本实施例中,高压管(1)、低压管(2)和活塞腔(3)的内直径为20mm;高压气孔(10)、外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12)的孔径为5mm;顶杆(7)的直径为3mm。
本实施例中,活塞(4)上部的主弹簧(5)和大气压的合力与活塞(4)下部的副弹簧(6)和低压管(2)内气压的合力处理动态平衡,使低压管的压强自动恒定。
本实施例中,当调压螺丝(8)用来调节低压管(2)内的压强大小,当调压螺丝(8)向上旋进时,副弹簧(6)的压力增加,活塞(4)平衡时低压管(2)内的压强减小;反之,当调压螺丝(8)向下旋出时,副弹簧(6)的压力减小,活塞(4)平衡时低压管(2)内的压强增大。根据喷雾的需要可以通过旋转调压螺丝(8)改变喷雾压力。

1.一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征包括高压管(1)、低压管(2)、活塞腔(3)、活塞(4)、主弹簧(5)、副弹簧(6)、顶杆(7)、调压螺丝(8)、顶盖(9)、高压气孔(10)、外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12);高压管(1)、活塞腔(3)和低压管(2)三者结合成一个整体,低压管(2)成倒“L”型,低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)并排,高压管(1)在低压管(2)的上端;活塞腔(3)内有活塞(4),活塞(4)将活塞腔(3)分隔为上下相互不透气的两部分,活塞(4)上表面中心固定有顶杆(7),顶杆(7)上端固定有顶盖(9);活塞腔(3)的上面部分安装有主弹簧(5),活塞腔(3)的下面部分安装有副弹簧(6);活塞腔(3)的下末端安装有调压螺丝(8);高压管(1)的下端有底面,底面中央开有高压气孔(10),活塞腔(3)的上面部分外侧开孔,为外气孔(11),活塞腔(3)下面部分的内侧向低压管(2)开孔,为低压气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征是顶杆(7)由活塞(4)向上穿过低压管,插入到高压气孔(10)中,顶盖(9)在高压气孔的下方,并靠近高压气孔(10);顶杆(7)在活塞(4)的带动下可以上下移动;当活塞(4)向上移动时,可以推动顶杆(7)和顶盖(9)堵住高压气孔(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征是高压管(1)除上端开口和底面有高压气孔外,其管壁的其他部分为密闭;低压管(2)除下端开口、高压气孔(10)和低压气孔(12)可以通气外,其管壁的其他部分为密闭;活塞腔(3)除外气孔(11)和低压气孔(12)对外通气外,其管壁的其他部分为密闭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征是高压管(1)与低压管(2)通过高压气孔(10)连通,低压气孔(12)将低压管(2)与活塞腔(3)下部空腔连通,活塞腔(3)上部空腔通过外气孔(11)与大气连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征是旋转调压螺丝(8)可以将其上下移动,而改变副弹簧(6)对活塞的作用力,进而调节低压管(2)内的气压。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒压自动调压装置,其特征是高压管(1)连接高压储气瓶,低压管(2)连接恒压喷雾液箱。
