本发明属于螺栓,具体设计可用于强震环境或重型机械的螺杆、膨胀杆、防松螺栓。
背景技术
强震环境和重型机械震动严重,螺栓容易松,值得改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提出可用于强震环境或重型机械的螺杆、膨胀杆、防松螺栓。还可用于地震易发地区的一些紧固装置上。
本发明具有技术内容:
1、一种螺杆,其特征在于:由杆身、中心通孔、十字槽、杆头构成;杆身为圆柱状,表面具有螺纹;杆头位于杆身的一端;中心通孔轴向设置在杆身的对称轴上,中心通孔贯穿杆身和杆头;十字槽轴向设置在杆身的对称轴上。
2、一种膨胀杆,其特征在于:由导杆、圆环、十字杆、膨胀头构成;圆环内径大于导杆外径,导杆与圆环之间由十字杆相连,导杆、圆环、十字杆三者共轴;膨胀头连接于导杆末端,膨胀头在圆环方向上与导杆连接位置上具有楔入斜面;十字杆在膨胀头方向的反方向上具有锲入倒角。
3、如技术内容2所述的一种膨胀杆,其特征在于:所述的膨胀头为圆柱形、球形。
4、一种防松螺栓,其特征在于:由如技术内容1所述的螺杆、如技术内容2或3所述的膨胀杆、螺帽构成;膨胀杆的导杆的直径小于等于螺杆中心通孔的直径,膨胀杆的膨胀头的直径大于螺杆中心通孔;膨胀杆的十字杆的厚度小于螺杆的十字槽的宽度;膨胀杆的导杆插入螺杆中心通孔;螺帽与螺杆的杆身配合。
5、如技术内容4所述的一种防松螺栓,其特征在于:在螺帽与膨胀杆之间还具有环状弹簧垫片。
技术内容说明及其有益效果:
本发明的主要原理:随螺帽的拧进膨胀杆一起推进,膨胀头是螺杆尾部膨胀,并保持,使螺帽在震动时无法退出。增加一个弹簧垫片的情况下,拧紧后由于弹簧垫片的弹力使膨胀杆总是受到向内的力,紧贴螺栓连接物的表面,螺帽无法反转松开、还可以起到防盗的作用。
本发明的有益效果:可用于矿山机械或重型机械,不会因震动而松脱。在地震易发地区的一些紧固装置上应用一能取得有益效果。

下面将结合实施实例对本发明的实施方式进行说明:
实施实例1、如图1所示,一种螺杆1,由杆身10、中心通孔11、十字槽12、杆头13构成;杆身10为圆柱状,表面具有螺纹;杆头13位于杆身10的一端;中心通孔11轴向设置在杆身10的对称轴上,中心通孔11贯穿杆身10和杆头13;十字槽12轴向设置在杆身10的对称轴上。
实施实例2、如图2所示,一种膨胀杆2,由导杆20、圆环21、十字杆22、膨胀头23构成;圆环21内径大于导杆20外径,导杆20与圆环21之间由十字杆22相连,导杆21、圆环21、十字杆22三者共轴;膨胀头23连接于导杆20末端,膨胀头23在圆环21方向上与导杆20连接位置上具有楔入斜面;十字杆22在膨胀头23方向的反方向上具有锲入倒角;膨胀头23为带楔入斜面的圆柱形。
实施实例3、如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种防松螺栓,其特征在于:由如实施实例1所述的螺杆1、如实施实例2所述的膨胀杆2、螺帽3构成;膨胀杆2的导杆20的直径小于等于螺杆1中心通孔11的直径,膨胀杆2的膨胀头23的直径大于螺杆1中心通孔11;膨胀杆2的十字杆22的厚度小于螺杆1的十字槽12的宽度;膨胀杆2的导杆20插入螺杆1中心通孔11;螺帽3与螺杆1的杆身10配合。

1.用于重型机械的防松螺栓,其特征在于:由螺杆、膨胀杆、螺帽构成;
螺杆由杆身、中心通孔、十字槽、杆头构成;
螺杆的杆身为圆柱状,表面具有螺纹;螺杆的杆头位于螺杆的杆身的一端;螺杆的中心通孔轴向设置在螺杆的杆身的对称轴上,螺杆的中心通孔贯穿螺杆的杆身和螺杆的杆头;螺杆的十字槽轴向设置在螺杆的杆身的对称轴上;
膨胀杆由导杆、圆环、十字杆、膨胀头构成;膨胀杆的圆环内径大于膨胀杆的导杆外径,膨胀杆的导杆与膨胀杆的圆环之间由膨胀杆的十字杆相连,膨胀杆的导杆、圆环、十字杆三者共轴;膨胀杆的膨胀头连接于膨胀杆的导杆末端,膨胀杆的膨胀头在圆环方向上与膨胀杆的导杆连接位置上具有楔入斜面;膨胀杆的十字杆在膨胀杆的膨胀头方向的反方向上具有锲入倒角;
膨胀杆的导杆的直径小于等于螺杆的中心通孔的直径,膨胀杆的膨胀头的直径大于螺杆的中心通孔的直径;膨胀杆的十字杆的厚度小于螺杆的十字槽的宽度;膨胀杆的导杆插入螺杆中心通孔;螺帽与螺杆的杆身配合;
