本发明公开了一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺1‑5份、氢氧化镁2‑4份、矾土4‑8份、硫酸钡粉2‑6份、三氧化二锑1‑3份、白炭黑1‑3份、氢氧化铝0.8‑2.2份、铪0.6‑0.8份、铬0.6‑1.2份、钼0.4‑0.6份、γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4‑8份、有机硅2‑6份。该电缆护套绝缘性高,具备优良的耐高温、阻燃能力,防水,防寒抗冻,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,还具有较高的防静电、抗干扰、耐酸碱以及抗机械损伤,抗拖拽,防断线,抗氧化等性能。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是对电缆护套的要求更高,对电缆护套要求具备优良的耐高温、阻燃性能等性能。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、氢氧化镁2-4份、矾土4-8份、硫酸钡粉2-6份、三氧化二锑1-3份、白炭黑1-3份、氢氧化铝0.8-2.2份、铪0.6-0.8份、铬0.6-1.2份、钼0.4-0.6份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4-8份、有机硅2-6份。
进一步地,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、氢氧化镁3份、矾土6份、硫酸钡粉4份、三氧化二锑2份、白炭黑2份、氢氧化铝1.5份、铪0.7份、铬0.9份、钼0.5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6份、有机硅4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆护套绝缘性高,具备优良的耐高温、阻燃能力,防水,防寒抗冻,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,还具有较高的防静电、抗干扰、耐酸碱以及抗机械损伤,抗拖拽,防断线,抗氧化等性能。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、氢氧化镁3份、矾土6份、硫酸钡粉4份、三氧化二锑2份、白炭黑2份、氢氧化铝1.5份、铪0.7份、铬0.9份、钼0.5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6份、有机硅4份。

1.一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套,其特征在于,该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺1-5份、氢氧化镁2-4份、矾土4-8份、硫酸钡粉2-6份、三氧化二锑1-3份、白炭黑1-3份、氢氧化铝0.8-2.2份、铪0.6-0.8份、铬0.6-1.2份、钼0.4-0.6份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4-8份、有机硅2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温阻燃电缆护套,其特征在于:该电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、聚乙烯35份、聚丙烯5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶15份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、氢氧化镁3份、矾土6份、硫酸钡粉4份、三氧化二锑2份、白炭黑2份、氢氧化铝1.5份、铪0.7份、铬0.9份、钼0.5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷6份、有机硅4份。
