Abstract

一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,其特征是由下列重量份的原料组成:低熔点低密度聚乙烯85‑100份,发泡剂55‑65份,聚乙烯蜡3‑5份,纳米凹凸棒土3‑5份;制备方法步骤如下:称取上述重量份的各种原料,将原料依次加入高低温混料机中,升温至80℃‑100℃、混合10‑15min,然后降温至50℃、混合5min出料,再将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出时加料段至机头温度设置在135℃‑110℃之间,温度逐渐降低,即得聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料。有益效果是:本发泡母料使得木塑发泡制品泡孔更均一、发泡倍率更高、发泡工艺更易控制,发泡母料为颗粒状,使用时不会带来粉尘污染。

一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,具体是利用低熔点低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂及发泡助剂为原料采用双螺杆挤出反向低温制备母料。
背景技术
聚烯烃木塑由于其环保、成型效率高,近年来被越来越广泛的应用于建筑领域,但聚烯烃木塑密度较大,隔热、消音性能不佳限制了其应用,可通过发泡工艺制备质轻的聚烯烃木塑发泡材料,但如将发泡剂直接加入聚烯烃木塑配方进行发泡成型,木塑产品经常会因发泡剂分散不均,造成泡孔大小不均、产品生产工艺不稳定等问题;采用低熔点聚烯烃树脂载体、发泡剂及发泡助剂经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,将造粒后物料用于木塑配方,可制备泡孔更均一、性能更佳的木塑发泡制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,它有助于解决聚烯烃木塑发泡制品泡孔不均、发泡工艺难控制等问题,使木塑发泡制品泡孔更均匀、发泡倍率更高、发泡工艺更好控制。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,其特征是由下列重量份的原料组成:
低熔点低密度聚乙烯 85-100份,
发泡剂 55-65份,
聚乙烯蜡 3-5份,
纳米凹凸棒土 3-5份;
制备方法步骤如下:称取上述重量份的各种原料,将原料依次加入高低温混料机中,升温至80℃-100℃、混合10-15min,然后降温至50℃、混合5min出料,再将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出时加料段至机头温度设置在135℃-110℃之间,温度逐渐降低,即得聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料。
上述方案中,所述低熔点低密度聚乙烯的熔点为90℃-100℃。
上述方案中,所述发泡剂的分解温度为200℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发泡母料使得木塑发泡制品泡孔更均一、发泡倍率更高、发泡工艺更易控制,发泡母料为颗粒状,使用时不会带来粉尘污染。

下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的方案和效果。
实施例
一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,准确计量后的原料:低熔点低密度聚乙烯95份,发泡剂60份,聚乙烯蜡4份,纳米凹凸棒土4份;将以上各原料依次加入高低温混料机中,升温至80℃-100℃、混合10-15min,然后降温至50℃、混合5min出料,再将混合后物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出时加料段至机头温度设置在135℃-110℃之间,温度逐渐降低,即得聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料;该发泡母料可制备泡孔泡孔大小均匀、发泡倍率更高的木塑发泡制品。

1.一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料组成:
低熔点低密度聚乙烯 85-100份,
发泡剂 55-65份,
聚乙烯蜡 3-5份,
纳米凹凸棒土 3-5份;
制备方法步骤如下:称取上述重量份的各种原料,将原料依次加入高低温混料机中,升温至80℃-100℃、混合10-15min,然后降温至50℃、混合5min出料,再将混合后的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出时加料段至机头温度设置在135℃-110℃之间,温度逐渐降低,即得聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述低熔点低密度聚乙烯的熔点为90℃-100℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚烯烃木塑用发泡母料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述发泡剂的分解温度为200℃。
