本发明公开了一种带有弹簧的吊具,包括:主梁、拉杆、受力杆、弹簧、倾斜杆,主梁的下端设置有长方体形的开口,拉杆的上端通过螺栓固定在主梁的开口内,拉杆的下端铰接一个受力杆,拉杆上缠绕一个弹簧,弹簧的上端缠绕焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的左端,弹簧的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆的左端,且在拉杆的左端,受力杆的中间位置设有圆筒槽,受力杆的右端铰接倾斜杆的下端,倾斜杆的上端铰接主梁的右端,倾斜杆上缠绕一个弹簧,弹簧的上端缠绕焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的右端,弹簧的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆上,且在受力杆圆筒槽的右端,本发明具有安全、防止机械老化带来的隐患等优点。

本发明涉及一种吊具,具体是涉及一种带有弹簧的吊具。
背景技术
传统的起重机的起吊装置中的吊钩通过吊具与起重机连接的,传统的吊具中没有考虑到吊具受力损坏后的保护,由于机械的老化或工人的操作失误致使吊具断裂,不仅损坏机械还有可能砸伤工人。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种安全、防止机械老化带来的隐患的带有弹簧的吊具。
本发明公开了一种带有弹簧的吊具,包括:主梁、拉杆、受力杆、弹簧、倾斜杆,所述的主梁的下端设置有长方体形的开口,所述的拉杆的上端通过螺栓固定在主梁的开口内,所述的拉杆的下端铰接一个受力杆,所述的拉杆上缠绕一个弹簧,所述的弹簧的上端缠绕焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的左端,所述的弹簧的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆的左端,且在拉杆的左端,所述的受力杆的中间位置设有圆筒槽,所述的受力杆的右端铰接倾斜杆的下端,所述的倾斜杆的上端铰接主梁的右端,所述的倾斜杆上缠绕一个弹簧,所述的弹簧的上端缠绕焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的右端,所述的弹簧的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆上,且在受力杆圆筒槽的右端。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益优点:
1、安全;
2、防止机械老化带来的隐患。

如图1所示,本发明公开了一种带有弹簧的吊具,包括:主梁1、拉杆2、受力杆3、弹簧4、倾斜杆5,所述的主梁1的下端设置有长方体形的开口,所述的拉杆2的上端通过螺栓固定在主梁1的开口内,所述的拉杆2的下端铰接一个受力杆3,所述的拉杆2上缠绕一个弹簧4,所述的弹簧4的上端缠绕焊接在主梁1上,且缠绕焊接在拉杆2的左端,所述的弹簧4的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆3的左端,且在拉杆2的左端,所述的受力杆3的中间位置设有圆筒槽,所述的受力杆3的右端铰接倾斜杆4的下端,所述的倾斜杆4的上端铰接主梁1的右端,所述的倾斜杆4上缠绕一个弹簧4,所述的弹簧4的上端缠绕焊接在主梁1上,且在拉杆2的右端,所述的弹簧4的下端缠绕焊接在受力杆3上,且在受力杆3圆筒槽的右端。
本发明是这样实施的:在使用的过程中,假如主梁1与拉杆2或者拉杆1与受力杆3的连接处由于老化或受理过大而断裂时,缠绕在拉杆2上的弹簧4会起到缓冲的作用,减缓断裂时产生的力,假如主梁1与倾斜杆5或者倾斜杆5与受力杆3的连接处由于老化或受理过大而断裂时,缠绕在倾斜杆5上的弹簧4会起到缓冲的作用,从而减小伤害。

1.一种带有弹簧的吊具,包括:主梁、拉杆、受力杆、弹簧、倾斜杆,其特征在于:所述的主梁的下端设置有长方体形的开口,所述的主梁的右下方设置有长方形的缺口;所述的拉杆的上端通过螺栓固定在主梁的开口内,所述的拉杆的下端铰接一个受力杆,所述的拉杆上缠绕一个弹簧,所述的弹簧的上端缠绕并焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的左端,所述的弹簧的下端缠绕并焊接在受力杆的左端,且在拉杆的左端,所述的受力杆的中间位置设有圆筒槽,所述的受力杆的右端铰接倾斜杆的下端,所述的倾斜杆的上端铰接主梁的右端,所述的倾斜杆上缠绕一个弹簧,所述的弹簧的上端缠绕并焊接在主梁上,且在拉杆的右端,所述的弹簧的下端缠绕并焊接在受力杆上,且在受力杆圆筒槽的右端。
