Abstract

皮带机滑轨清理装置由毛刷轮1、动力皮带2、除污刷3构成，毛刷轮1由运输皮带牵引安装于滑轨4左右两侧，通过动力皮带2与除污刷3连接，当皮带机运行时，毛刷轮1直接带动除污刷旋转，从而清理滑轨4上的杂物。除污刷3底座安装有卡槽3.1，方便更换刷头。本发明的有益效果是：安装方便，可以在皮带机运转的同时直接清理滑轨上的杂物，防止发生皮带机卡死的事故。

本发明涉及一种皮带机滑轨清理装置。
背景技术
皮带机长期使用，会造成一些货物碎屑等一些杂物落在滑轨上，会加大皮带与滑轨间的摩擦，影响皮带的运行，严重的还会造成滑轨轮卡死，造成皮带机卡死。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种皮带机滑轨清理装置。
本发明解决问题所采取的技术方案是：皮带机滑轨清理装置由毛刷轮、动力皮带、除污刷构成。
毛刷轮由运输皮带牵引安装于滑轨左右两侧，通过动力皮带与除污刷连接，当皮带机运行时，毛刷轮直接带动除污刷旋转，从而清理滑轨上的杂物。
除污刷底座安装有卡槽，方便更换刷头。
本发明的有益效果是：结构精简，安装方便，可以在皮带机运转的同时直接清理滑轨上的杂物，防止发生皮带机卡死的事故。

如图所示，皮带机滑轨清理装置由毛刷轮1、动力皮带2、除污刷3构成。
毛刷轮1由运输皮带牵引安装于滑轨4左右两侧，通过动力皮带2与除污刷3连接，当皮带机运行时，毛刷轮1直接带动除污刷旋转，从而清理滑轨4上的杂物。除污刷3底座安装有卡槽3.1，方便更换刷头。
