Abstract
控制汽车胎压的方法,目的是控制汽车轮胎的胎压。其方案是:在橡胶轮胎和金属轮毂构成的气腔内,预先安置一些空心球,减少气腔内空气含量。由于达到相同的初始胎压时,气腔内空气的含量少,这样,在相同的温升下,胎压的升幅也小。把胎压或胎压的变化控制在安全范围之内。

本发明涉及控制汽车胎压的方法。
背景技术:
目前,主流的汽车轮胎,一般由金属轮毂和橡胶轮胎两部分构成,橡胶轮胎和金属轮毂之间的气腔,充满空气。受路面温度和摩擦生热的多重作用,胎压变化比较大。尤其在高温、重载、长时间运行等不利条件综合作用下,爆胎的危险性显著增大。目前,一种被动的解决方案,是监测胎压,达到危险的胎压时,自动报警。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:控制汽车轮胎的胎压。
本发明的方案是:控制汽车胎压的方法,由橡胶轮胎和金属轮毂构成气腔,气腔内充满空气,其特征是:在气腔内,预先安置一些空心球,减少气腔内空气含量。由于达到相同的初始胎压时,气腔内空气的含量少,这样,在相同的温升下,胎压的升幅也小些,把胎压或胎压的变化控制在安全范围之内。
如上所述的控制汽车胎压的方法,其特征是:空心球由环状网兜相对安置在橡胶轮胎的内侧。目的是方便装卸橡胶轮胎。
具体实施方式:
建议空心球由轻质合金材料制成,如铝合金或钛合金等,空心球球内适度抽真空,进一步减小空心球的平均密度。球的直径或制作工艺,参照兵乓球的制作工艺。

1.控制汽车胎压的方法,由橡胶轮胎和金属轮毂构成气腔,气腔内充满空气,其特征是:在气腔内,预先安置一些空心球,减少气腔内空气含量。
2.如权利要求1所述的控制汽车胎压的方法,其特征是:空心球由环状网兜相对安置在橡胶轮胎的内侧。
