Abstract
本发明属于酚醛树脂领域,尤其涉及一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法。环氧大豆油具有环氧基和较长的柔性链,本发明通过这一特性进行内增韧,通过环氧基与酚醛树脂进行交联把柔性链引入到酚醛树脂中,进而生产出软质纸基酚醛层压板,邵氏硬度为80~85,解决了酚醛纸板质脆的缺陷,填补了软质酚醛层压板的空白。本发明选用低价位、产量高的植物油类的环氧大豆油做增韧材料,既能达到较理想的增韧效果,又对环境保护起到一定的推动作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于酚醛树脂领域,尤其涉及一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法。
背景技术
纸基酚醛树脂层压板因性脆、硬度高且价格低廉而得到广泛的应用,然而由于其邵氏硬度为90~92,硬度较高,在加工过程中会对刀具损伤较大,从而限制了其在某些领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种邵氏硬度在80-85的酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将腰果酚2-6份、苯酚4-8份、甲醛8-9份、氨水0.1-0.15份和三乙醇胺0.03-0.05份加入反应釜中,在80~100℃进行缩聚反应,胶化时间达到160-200s后脱水,脱水完成后,加入8-10份甲醇,生成腰果酚改性酚醛树脂;
(2)取100份步骤(1)制得的腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,加入环氧大豆油,用甲醇调整混合溶液的固含量为55%,并以35r/min的速度混合搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后制得柔性酚醛树脂;
(3)取步骤(2)的酚醛树脂浸润克重为每平米100g木浆纸,施胶量40%-45%,在烘干炉中130-150℃条件下烘干,制成半固化片,在丙酮中的可溶性为80%-85%;
(4)将步骤(3)的半固化片通过叠配后在130-135℃条件下压制4h;
(5)将步骤(4)的压片冷却至20-25℃,制得酚醛树脂层压纸板,在20℃条件下测量硬度为80-85。
进一步,步骤(2)中在-10-0℃条件下加入15份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
进一步,步骤(2)中0-20℃条件下加入13份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
进一步,步骤(2)中20-40℃条件下加入11份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、环氧大豆油具有环氧基和较长的柔性链,本发明通过这一特性进行内增韧,通过环氧基与酚醛树脂进行交联把柔性链引入到酚醛树脂中,进而生产出软质纸基酚醛层压板,邵氏硬度为80~85,解决了酚醛纸板质脆的缺陷,填补了软质酚醛层压板的空白。
2、本发明选用低价位、产量高的植物油类的环氧大豆油做增韧材料,既能达到较理想的增韧效果,又对环境保护起到一定的推动作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将腰果酚40g、苯酚60g、甲醛85g、氨水1.0g和三乙醇胺0.03g加入反应釜中,在80~100℃进行缩聚反应,胶化时间达到160-200s后脱水,脱水完成后,加入80g甲醇,生成腰果酚改性酚醛树脂;
(2)在-10℃-0℃条件下,取100g步骤(1)制得的腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,加入15g环氧大豆油,用甲醇调整混合溶液的固含量为55%,并以35r/min的速度混合搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后制得柔性酚醛树脂;
(3)取步骤(2)的酚醛树脂浸润克重为每平米100g木浆纸,施胶量40%-45%,在烘干炉中130-150℃条件下烘干,制成半固化片,在丙酮中的可溶性为80%-85%;
(4)将步骤(3)的半固化片通过叠配后在130-135℃条件下压制4h;
(5)将步骤(4)的压片冷却至20-25℃,制得酚醛树脂层压纸板,在20℃条件下测量硬度为85。
实施例2
一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将腰果酚50g、苯酚40g、甲醛80g、氨水1.2g和三乙醇胺0.4g加入反应釜中,在80~100℃进行缩聚反应,胶化时间达到160-200s后脱水,脱水完成后,加入90g甲醇,生成腰果酚改性酚醛树脂;
(2)在0℃-20℃条件下,取100g步骤(1)制得的腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,加入13g环氧大豆油,用甲醇调整混合溶液的固含量为55%,并以35r/min的速度混合搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后制得柔性酚醛树脂;
(3)取步骤(2)的酚醛树脂浸润克重为每平米100g木浆纸,施胶量40%-45%,在烘干炉中130-150℃条件下烘干,制成半固化片,在丙酮中的可溶性为80%-85%;
(4)将步骤(3)的半固化片通过叠配后在130-135℃条件下压制4h;
(5)将步骤(4)的压片冷却至20-25℃,制得酚醛树脂层压纸板,在20℃条件下测量硬度为83。
实施例3
一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将腰果酚60g、苯酚80g、甲醛90g、氨水1.5g和三乙醇胺0.5g加入反应釜中,在80~100℃进行缩聚反应,胶化时间达到160-200s后脱水,脱水完成后,加入100g甲醇,生成腰果酚改性酚醛树脂;
(2)在20℃-40℃条件下,取100g步骤(1)制得的腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,加入11g环氧大豆油,用甲醇调整混合溶液的固含量为55%,并以35r/min的速度混合搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后制得柔性酚醛树脂;
(3)取步骤(2)的酚醛树脂浸润克重为每平米100g木浆纸,施胶量40%-45%,在烘干炉中130-150℃条件下烘干,制成半固化片,在丙酮中的可溶性为80%-85%;
(4)将步骤(3)的半固化片通过叠配后在130-135℃条件下压制4h;
(5)将步骤(4)的压片冷却至20-25℃,制得酚醛树脂层压纸板,在20℃条件下测量硬度为82。

Claims (4)
1.一种酚醛树脂层压纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将腰果酚2-6份、苯酚4-8份、甲醛8-9份、氨水0.1-0.15份和三乙醇胺0.03-0.05份加入反应釜中,在80~100℃进行缩聚反应,胶化时间达到160-200s后脱水,脱水完成后,加入8-10份甲醇,生成腰果酚改性酚醛树脂;
(2)取100份步骤(1)制得的腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,加入环氧大豆油,用甲醇调整混合溶液的固含量为55%,并以35r/min的速度混合搅拌30分钟,混合均匀后制得柔性酚醛树脂;
(3)取步骤(2)的酚醛树脂浸润克重为每平米100g木浆纸,施胶量40%-45%,在烘干炉中130-150℃条件下烘干,制成半固化片,在丙酮中的可溶性为80%-85%;
(4)将步骤(3)的半固化片通过叠配后在130-135℃条件下压制4h;
(5)将步骤(4)的压片冷却至20-25℃,制得酚醛树脂层压纸板,在20℃条件下测量硬度为80-85。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中在-10-0℃条件下加入15份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中0-20℃条件下加入13份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中20-40℃条件下加入11份环氧大豆油与100份腰果酚改性酚醛树脂混合。
