本发明提供一种海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发,包括海绵层、毛毡布层和图案层,所述海绵层热熔于所述毛毡布层上,且所述图案层设置于所述毛毡布层背离所述海绵层的表面上。本发明提供的海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发,具有以下优点:减少海绵切割和粘贴海绵梁道工序的人力资源;减少非环保产品(胶水等)的使用量;减少工艺流程,缩短生产周期,同事减少了生产的占地面积。

海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发
技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品领域,特别是一种海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发。
背景技术
现如今,沙发的制作工艺依然是:制作沙发木架;按照沙发木架的形状切割海绵,并将切割好的海绵依次胶粘至沙发木架上;根据沙发木架的形状裁剪和缝合毛毡布,并将缝合好的毛毡布套装在已经胶粘好海绵的沙发木架上,操作工序复杂,十分浪费人工和物力。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种能够减小操作工序,减少人工和物力的浪费的海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发。
一种海绵毛毡布复合面料,包括海绵层、毛毡布层和图案层,所述海绵层粘接于所述毛毡布层上,且所述图案层设置于所述毛毡布层背离所述海绵层的表面上。
所述海绵层的厚度为5mm-12mm。
所述毛毡布层由服装毛毡布制成。
一种上述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的制作方法,包括:
1)选择毛毡布的材料和厚度,确定海绵的厚度;
2)将1)中选择的毛毡布和海绵分别设置在滚筒上,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵能够相互贴合且沿相同方向运动;
3)在2)中所述毛毡布和所述海绵贴合的前侧对所述海绵贴合所述毛毡布的侧面进行涂覆胶水和加热;
4)将3)中所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵充分固定,形成所述海绵毛毡布复合面料;
5)将4)中所获得的所述海绵毛毡布复合面料连接至滚筒内进行打卷收集。
在3)中对海绵的侧面进行加热的温度范围为200°-250°。
在4)中对所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合采用两个滚轴压合,两个所述滚轴上下设置,且两个滚轴之间的间距为所述毛毡布的厚度和所述海绵的厚度和的五分之四。
一种利用上述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的沙发,包括沙发木架和至少一片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料,所有所述海绵毛毡布复合面料复合至所述沙发木架表面,且相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料的边沿固定连接。
相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料缝合连接。
所述海绵毛毡布粘接于所述沙发木架上。
本发明提供的海绵毛毡布复合面料及其制作方法和使用其的沙发,具有以下优点:
1、减少海绵切割和粘贴海绵梁道工序的人力资源;
2、减少非环保产品(胶水等)的使用量;
3、减少工艺流程,缩短生产周期,同时减少了生产的占地面积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1所示的一种海绵毛毡布复合面料,包括海绵层1、毛毡布层2和图案层,所述海绵层1粘接于所述毛毡布层2上,且所述图案层设置于所述毛毡布层2背离所述海绵层1的表面上。其中图案层可以根据个人需要进行选择。
所述海绵层1的厚度为5mm-12mm。
所述毛毡布层2由服装毛毡布制成,能够减少与人体接触时对人体产生的影响。
其中,毛毡布的厚度范围为6㎡/Kg-12㎡/Kg。
一种上述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的制作方法,包括:
1)选择毛毡布的材料和厚度,确定海绵的厚度;
2)将1)中选择的毛毡布和海绵分别设置在滚筒上,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵能够相互贴合且沿相同方向运动;
3)在2)中所述毛毡布和所述海绵贴合的前侧对所述海绵贴合所述毛毡布的侧面进行涂覆胶水和加热;
4)将3)中所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵充分固定,形成所述海绵毛毡布复合面料;
5)将4)中所获得的所述海绵毛毡布复合面料连接至滚筒内进行打卷收集。
在3)中对海绵的侧面进行加热的温度范围为200°-250°,其中优选的温度为200°;且所选的加热温度与海绵的厚度成正比。
在4)中对所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合采用两个滚轴压合,两个所述滚轴上下设置,且两个滚轴之间的间距为所述毛毡布的厚度和所述海绵的厚度和的五分之四。
实施例
选择毛毡布为服装用毛毡布,厚度为6㎡/Kg;
选择海绵厚度为5mm;
将成卷的毛毡布和海绵放置到滚筒上,并在毛毡布和海绵即将接触的位置上对海绵的朝向毛毡布的侧面进行胶水涂覆,其中胶水通过滚筒碾压至海绵的侧面上,并对涂覆有胶水的海绵的侧面进行加热;
将毛毡布和已经加热好的海绵贴合好后,送至两个上下设置的滚轴内进行压合,使毛毡布和海绵能够更好的固定在一起,即使涂覆有胶水的的海绵能够充分的固定到毛毡布上,达到固定的效果。
将已经压合好的海绵毛毡布复合面料打包成卷,根据需要直接剪裁处需要的形状进行安装即可,有效的减少海绵切割和粘贴海绵梁道工序的人力资源和减少胶水的使用量。
一种利用上述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的沙发,包括沙发木架和至少一片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料,所有所述海绵毛毡布复合面料复合至所述沙发木架表面,且相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料的边沿固定连接。
相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料缝合连接。
所述海绵毛毡布粘接于所述沙发木架上。

1.一种海绵毛毡布复合面料,其特征在于:包括海绵层、毛毡布层和图案层,所述海绵层粘接于所述毛毡布层上,且所述图案层设置于所述毛毡布层背离所述海绵层的表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海绵毛毡布复合面料,其特征在于:所述海绵层的厚度范围为5mm-12mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的海绵毛毡布复合面料,其特征在于:所述毛毡布层由服装毛毡布制成。
4.一种权利要求1至3中任一项所述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于:包括:
1)选择毛毡布的材料和厚度,确定海绵的厚度;
2)将1)中选择的毛毡布和海绵分别设置在滚筒上,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵能够相互贴合且沿相同方向运动;
3)在2)中所述毛毡布和所述海绵贴合位置的前侧对所述海绵贴合所述毛毡布的侧面进行涂覆胶水和加热;
4)将3)中涂覆胶水的所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合,使所述毛毡布和所述海绵充分固定,形成所述海绵毛毡布复合面料;
5)将4)中所获得的所述海绵毛毡布复合面料连接至滚筒内进行打卷收集。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于:在3)中对海绵的侧面进行加热的温度范围为200°-250°。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于:在4)中对所述毛毡布和加热后的所述海绵进行压合采用两个滚轴压合,两个所述滚轴上下设置,且两个滚轴之间的间距为所述毛毡布的厚度和所述海绵的厚度和的五分之四。
7.一种利用权利要求1至3中任一项所述的海绵毛毡布复合面料的沙发,其特征在于:包括沙发木架和至少一片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料,所有所述海绵毛毡布复合面料复合至所述沙发木架表面,且相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料的边沿固定连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的沙发,其特征在于:相邻两片所述海绵毛毡布复合面料的边缘缝合连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的沙发,其特征在于:所述海绵毛毡布粘接于所述沙发木架上。
