本发明涉及一种固定装置，特别是指一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，属于模具制造技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知，在各种成型的浇铸产品中，往往设有螺纹套管，用于产品之间的连接或固定，因此，在制造浇铸产品的模具时，需要预先将这种螺纹套管与模具固定，以便浇铸后使螺纹套管埋入产品中。而现有技术中，预埋套管的固定容易产生上浮及歪斜，导致浇铸后的产品无法连接或者固定，影响了产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足，提供一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，这种模具预埋套管的固定装置，结构简单，位置精度高，确保了浇铸后的产品质量。
为解决上述问题，本发明采取以下技术方案：
本发明的一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，包括上下连接成一体的薄壁段和本体段，所述薄壁段的外表面从上到下依次设有锥面段、第一支撑段、凹槽段和第二支撑段，所述薄壁段上设有弹性槽，所述弹性槽的顶部设有开口，所述薄壁段和本体段连接形成的连接体中心设有通气孔，所述本体段的下半部外表面设有螺纹。
进一步地，所述第一支撑段的外表面设有滚花螺纹。
进一步地，所述第二支撑段的下端设有轴肩。

如图1和图2所示，本发明的一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，包括上下连接成一体的薄壁段1和本体段2，所述薄壁段1的外表面从上到下依次设有锥面段3、第一支撑段4、凹槽段5和第二支撑段6，所述薄壁段1上设有弹性槽8，所述弹性槽8的顶部设有开口81，所述薄壁段1和本体段2连接形成的连接体中心设有通气孔9，所述本体段2的下半部外表面设有螺纹10。
所述第一支撑段4的外表面设有滚花螺纹。
所述第二支撑段6的下端设有轴肩7。
使用本发明的一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，在安装预埋套管11时，所述锥面段3，起到安装导向作用，便于预埋套管11连接到本发明上；所述第一支撑段4和第二支撑段6与预埋套管11的内壁过盈配合，起到密封作用，防止混凝土浆液流入预埋套管11内，同时能有效防止预埋套管11的歪斜；所述凹槽段5减小了本发明与预埋套管11的接触面，安装更方便快捷。
所述第一支撑段4的外表面设有滚花螺纹，提高了本发明与预埋套管11的摩擦力，能够有效防止预埋套管11的上浮。
所述薄壁段1上设有弹性槽8，所述弹性槽8的顶部设有开口81，确保弹性槽8具有一定的变形能力，一方面可以弥补预埋套管11内径的误差，另一方面可以固紧预埋套管11；所述第二支撑段6的下端设有轴肩7，轴肩7用来定位本发明安装在模具12上的轴向位置，同时保证本发明与模具12的表面垂直。
所述薄壁段1和本体段2连接形成的连接体中心设有通气孔9，本体段2下半部外表面设有螺纹10；所述通气孔9的作用是使预埋套管11的内腔与外界大气互通，避免了安装预埋套管11时内腔气压高而造成的预埋套管11上浮、以及取出时内腔气压低而造成的脱模阻力过大的情况。
本发明通过本体段2的螺纹10与模具12连接。
本发明的一种模具预埋套管的固定装置，结构简单、紧凑、合理，能够快速准确固定预埋套管；本发明具有容易制造、成本低、使用拆装方便、工作效率高等优点。
