Abstract

本发明提供了一种厌氧胶加工的液体混合机，包括固定框、混合室和电机，其特征在于：所述的固定框设置在支架上，并在固定框上设置有连接块，所述的支架上设置有万向轮，并在万向轮上设置有锁扣，所述的支架与支架之间设置有加强杆，所述的混合室通过连接块设置在固定框内，并在混合室上设置有固定块、进料口、出料口，所述的出料口上设置有阀门，所述的电机设置在固定块上，并在电机上设置有转动杆，所述的转动杆上设置有搅拌器。本发明将搅拌器设置为双螺旋结构，大大提高了液体之间的混合效率和混合质量，提高液体间混合的工作效率，在混合室与固定框的连接处设置有连接块，提高了混合室在固定框上的牢固度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体混合机，具体是一种厌氧胶加工的液体混合机。
背景技术
目前，在厌氧胶的加工过程中，需要对多种液体原料进行调配，而液体原料间的混合质量直接影响着产品的质量，而现有的液体混合装置多存在着和操作不便、工作效率低、混合不均匀等问题。如申请号为201220224212.4的专利公布了液体混合机，其解决了人工混合劳动强度大、操作反复等问题，但其存在着工作效率不高、液体混合质量不高的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有液体原料混合过程中存在的工作效率不高、液体混合质量不高等问题，提供一种操作方便、工作效率高、使用寿命长、劳动强度低、液体混合质量高的厌氧胶加工的液体混合机。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为：
一种厌氧胶加工的液体混合机，包括固定框、混合室和电机，其特征在于：所述的固定框设置在支架上，并在固定框上设置有连接块，所述的支架上设置有万向轮，并在万向轮上设置有锁扣，通过万向轮与锁扣，便于操作人员移运混合机，降低了操作人员移动混合机的劳动强度，所述的支架与支架之间设置有加强杆，通过加强杆提高了支架与支架的连接强度，进而提高混合机的强度，所述的混合室通过连接块设置在固定框内，并在混合室上设置有固定块、进料口、出料口，通过连接块提高了混合室在固定框内的牢固度，进而提高了液体在混合室内混合过程中的稳定性，所述的出料口上设置有阀门，通过出料口及阀门，便于混合后的液体排出混合室，所述的电机设置在固定块上，并在电机上设置有转动杆，所述的转动杆上设置有搅拌器，将电机设置在固定块上，提高了电机的牢固度及电机工作过程中的稳定性，转动杆带动搅拌器转动，提高了液体之间混合的效率及混合质量。
所述的混合室设置为圆锥形结构。
所述的搅拌器设置为双螺旋结构。
有益效果：本发明将搅拌器设置为双螺旋结构，大大提高了液体之间的混合效率和混合质量，提高液体间混合的工作效率，在混合室与固定框的连接处设置有连接块，提高了混合室在固定框上的牢固度，在支架上设置有万向轮及锁扣，便于混合机的移运，降低了操作人员搬运混合机的劳动强度。

如附图所示，一种厌氧胶加工的液体混合机，包括固定框1、混合室2和电机3，其特征在于：所述的固定框1设置在支架4上，并在固定框1上设置有连接块8，所述的支架4上设置有万向轮5，并在万向轮5上设置有锁扣6，通过万向轮5与锁扣6，便于操作人员移运混合机，降低了操作人员移动混合机的劳动强度，所述的支架4与支架4之间设置有加强杆7，通过加强杆7提高了支架4与支架4的连接强度，进而提高混合机的强度，所述的混合室2通过连接块8设置在固定框1内，并在混合室2上设置有固定块9、进料口10、出料口11，所述的混合室2设置为圆锥形结构，便于液体原料之间的混合，通过连接块8提高了混合室2在固定框1内的牢固度，进而提高了液体原料在混合室2内混合过程中的稳定性，所述的出料口11上设置有阀门12，通过出料口11及阀门12，便于混合后的液体排出混合室2，所述的电机3设置在固定块9上，并在电机3上设置有转动杆13，所述的转动杆13上设置有搅拌器14，所述的搅拌器14设置为双螺旋结构，将电机3设置在固定块9上，提高了电机3的牢固度及电机3工作过程中的稳定性，转动杆13带动搅拌器14转动，提高了液体原料之间混合的效率及混合质量。

1. 一种厌氧胶加工的液体混合机，包括固定框、混合室和电机，其特征在于：所述的固定框设置在支架上，并在固定框上设置有连接块，所述的支架上设置有万向轮，并在万向轮上设置有锁扣，所述的支架与支架之间设置有加强杆，所述的混合室通过连接块设置在固定框内，并在混合室上设置有固定块、进料口、出料口，所述的出料口上设置有阀门，所述的电机设置在固定块上，并在电机上设置有转动杆，所述的转动杆上设置有搅拌器。
