Abstract

Description
发明目的
基于通过冷冻实现的稳定过程的并入,如在本描述性报告的声明中表述的本发明是指基于其可以使用含有植物的所有自然属性的纯芦荟凝胶的程序。
背景技术
芦荟是亚族阿福花亚科属,属于百合族,其包括超过200个物种,但其中只有一个是芦荟。
由于其愈合性能,使用芦荟可以追溯到人类的起源。甚至早在我们这个时代的第一个世纪,Dioscorides在他的希腊植物标本馆描述得很详细,突出其药用和美容特性。

从药理学观点看,活性成分包括叶片的分泌细胞的干燥汁液。气味独特而强劲,而味道苦涩难闻。可以从叶片中获得两种化合物:
a)凝胶,它是叶片的中心的嗜温或流出实质的粘液部分。更多地暴露在阳光下的植物果肉少乳胶多。从果肉中萃取明亮的苦味凝胶,而其又是通过挤压叶片内部获得。首先,必须从叶片的表皮移除所有的蒽醌内容物。如果不进行这个过程,则乳胶被氧化,并且容易变成褐色。凝胶成分中的一些成分的脆弱性意味着必须稳定最近获得的物质,并且保护它免受细菌污染。
b)芦荟或乳胶是从切割叶片产生的汁液;这是非常苦的棕色结晶固体,被称为芦荟汁。在粘液实质和叶绿酸实质之间发现表皮正下面的导管附近的周环细胞。它通常通过使从切割叶片中所散发出来的流体流动并且将与果肉混合的所述流体沉积在容器中来获得。

因此,在公开号ES2232303B1的标题分别为“Composición de cremacosmética y/o terapéutica”[“Composition of cosmetic and/or therapeutic cream”(化妆品和/或治疗乳膏的组合物)]的专利(其具有44.8%重量的芦荟、44.8%重量的初榨橄榄油和10.4%的原蜂蜡),天然产物用来产生具有用于皮肤的化妆品和/或治疗用途(包括烧伤、割伤、皮肤感染、过敏、牛皮癣、皮疹、静脉曲张、疱疹、疮和可能在皮肤上出现的其它问题)的乳膏。
另外,西班牙专利2123465保护再生毛发并且用来保护皮肤的皮肤病学组合物,并且其含有去离子水、酒精和来自百里香、柠檬、芦荟等的植物提取物以及少量的维生素B6。
在关于用于制备“芦荟水(aloe water)”的程序(其包括:冷凝通过煮沸粉碎芦荟叶片产生的蒸气)的欧洲专利0425398中,浓缩液体或芦荟水用来制备旨在治疗皮肤或毛发的化妆品产品。
最后,国际专利W9526198提出了“Metal complexes of aloe extracts forskin and hair care(用于皮肤和头发护理的芦荟提取物的金属配合物)”。
所有这些对于皮肤治疗都是有效的,不同程度地利用芦荟作为其组合物中的基本元素或者作为提供用途的益处的元素;然而,通过其所获得并保存它直到它可以由最终用户所使用的方法强制使用外部稳定剂。
然而,“不含稳定剂的天然芦荟冷凝胶”对现有技术做出贡献,基于通过冷冻的稳定化过程的并入,在几分钟过后允许解冻以冷形式应用芦荟或如果应用于烧伤,则甚至以其冷冻形式应用,该冷冻具有以下优点:

3.与市场上的其它化妆品相比较,在皮肤的三个层(表皮、真皮和皮下组织)中更好的渗透性。
具体实施方式
为了解释“不含稳定剂的天然芦荟冷凝胶”,通过其获得产品的程序概述如下:
1.选择并且切割至少4年生的成年植株的基生、坚硬、肉质和健康叶片。
2.用冷水清洗,用手揉搓,直到所有杂质和附着在叶片上的灰尘的所有痕迹被消除为止。
3.从一侧到另一侧沿着其基部使用刀或类似工具切割每个叶片,在每个叶片上的两厘米和三厘米的叶肉之间去除,并且将叶片垂直放置三个小时让芦荟苷跑出。
4.第二次清洗叶片以消除芦荟苷的其余部分。
5.下一步是萃取每个叶片内部的明胶。为了这样做,再次切掉叶片基部2厘米以移除被空气污染的部分和棕色/黄色芦荟苷。
6.接着,每个叶片的尖端和凹痕侧被切割,然后叶片周围的绿色外皮用刀去除,并且从叶片中萃取明胶。

示例1

示例2
一位55岁的女士在厨房里不小心把一锅沸腾的汤洒在自己身上,她的腿和脚遭受三度烧伤。多亏了她女儿的快速反应,她女儿听到她的尖叫声并且把冷水泼向她的腿,然后用冷冻芦荟叶片凝胶敷她的腿,减轻痛苦直到明胶解冻和凝胶用完,经过一周的基于冷冻芦荟明胶和凝胶治疗之后,烧伤愈合,没有留下任何疤痕。
可以在任何家庭中储存不含稳定剂的天然芦荟冷凝胶,其以合适的剂量冷冻,以减轻各种烧伤之后在皮肤中积聚的热量,迅速冷却烧伤皮肤,并且冷冻凝胶中和疼痛,同时它熔化并且被皮肤吸收。
上文清楚地给出的临床结果表明,芦荟凝胶作为本发明的目的用于所描述的应用。
Claims (3)
1.一种不含稳定剂的天然芦荟冷凝胶,其特征在于,用来获得它的程序依照以下阶段:
a)选择并且切割至少4年生的成年植株的基生、坚硬、肉质和健康叶片,
b)用冷水清洗,用手揉搓,直到所有杂质和叶片上的灰尘的所有痕迹被消除为止,
c)从一侧到另一侧沿着其基部使用刀或类似工具切割每个叶片,在每个叶片上的两厘米和三厘米的叶肉之间去除,并且将叶片垂直放置三个小时让芦荟苷跑出,
d)第二次清洗叶片以去除芦荟苷的其余部分,
e)萃取每个叶片内部的明胶,为了这样做,再次切掉叶片基部2厘米以移除被空气污染的部分和棕色/黄色芦荟苷,
f)接着,每个叶片的尖端和凹痕侧被切割,然后叶片周围的绿色外皮用刀去除,并且从叶片中萃取明胶,
