Abstract

本发明公开了一种水晶头,包括外壳,外壳的前端设有线槽,线槽上设有八片并排设置的接电端子,每片接电端子均包括两片相互绝缘的接电片,两片接电片前后设置且位于同一直线上。一种网线钳,包括钳体和压线口,所述压线口内设有与水晶头接电端子对应的压条,每条压条包括两条导电的压片,每条压片与一片接电片对应,两条压片之间相互绝缘,所述钳体上设有电源和LED灯,LED灯数量与压条的数量相等,每个LED灯与电源和对应的压条串联在一起。本发明的优点是:在压接水晶头的同时完成了水晶头的检测,出现问题可以直接监测本端的水晶头是否接触不良,大大提高了检测效率,也可以保证压接的合格率。

一种水晶头及网线钳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水晶头及网线钳。
背景技术
水晶头是一种用于将电子配线线缆连接到网络上的连接件,主要用于信号连接作用。现有水晶头包括塑料外壳,前端设有八个线槽,线槽上设有并排设置的接电端子,每个接电端子对应一根先,然后利用网线钳,网线钳上设有压线口,将网线的线芯排好位置插入到对应的线槽内,放入网线钳的压线口,然后利用压线口内的压条将对应的接电端子压下,使接电端子与导线连通,进行信号传输。
在新建弱电系统或者系统排故时,往往需要测量网线是否正常。现有的办法是一位工程师在网线的一端安装好测线仪一头,另一位工程师在网线的另外一端再插上测线仪另一头进行检查。如果检查结果是网线不正常,往往怀疑是水晶头问题,需重新制作水晶头;重新制作水晶头时会遇到一个问题,到底该重新制作哪点的水晶头?一般情况是首先制作距工程师较近一点的水晶头,如果网线没有恢复正常,再重新制作另一点。
以上的网线测量和水晶头制作都是影响了现场的工作效率。特别是当工作人员少,网线两端距离较远时,工作效率很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水晶头及网线钳,能够有效解决现有网线制作和水晶头测量是分开进行的,出现故障排查难,工作效率低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种水晶头,包括外壳,外壳的前端设有线槽,线槽上设有八片并排设置的接电端子,每片接电端子均包括两片相互绝缘的接电片,两片接电片前后设置且位于同一直线上。
优选的,所述线槽内设有八条副槽,每条副槽内均设有一片接电端子;八条副槽对应一根网线中的八条分线,使每条分线都能准确的与对应的接电端子接触。
优选的,同一片接电端子的两片接电片之间留有间隙或者设有绝缘隔条;在两片接电片之间留间隙可以有效降低制造成本,而在两片接电片之间设置绝缘隔条可以在保证绝缘的同时稳定住两片接电片之间的位置。
一种网线钳,包括钳体和压线口,所述压线口内设有与水晶头接电端子对应的压条,每条压条包括两条导电的压片,每条压片与一片接电片对应,两条压片之间相互绝缘,所述钳体上设有电源和LED灯,LED灯数量与压条的数量相等,每个LED灯与电源和对应的压条串联在一起。
优选的,两条压片之间留有间隙或者设有绝缘隔条;在两条压片之间留间隙可以有效降低制造成本,而在两条压片之间设置绝缘隔条可以在保证绝缘的同时稳定住两片接电片之间的位置。
优选的,所述压线口内设有水晶头定位挡块;在水晶头插入压线口时进行定位,保证接电片能与压片一一对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本方案对水晶头的接电端子进行改进,将原有的接电端子变为两片接电片,同时对网线钳也进行改进,增加了监测的电源和LED灯,网线钳的压条也改为两条导电的压片,这样只要在压接时两片接电片能同时与一条分线接触,LED灯就会亮起,在压接水晶头的同时完成了水晶头的检测,出现问题可以直接监测本端的水晶头是否接触不良,大大提高了检测效率,也可以保证压接的合格率。

具体实施方式
参阅图1为本发明一种水晶头的实施例,一种水晶头,包括外壳1,外壳1的前端设有线槽,线槽内设有八条副槽4,每条副线槽上设有一片接电端子2,八片接电端子2并排设置,每片接电端子2均包括两片相互绝缘的接电片3,同一片接电端子2上的两片接电片3之间留有间隙或者设有绝缘隔条5,绝缘隔条5可以是塑料或者橡胶,既能防止两片接电片3接触,又可以对两片接电片3进行很好的固定,两片接电片3前后设置且位于同一直线上。
如图2、图3所示,一种网线钳,包括钳体6和压线口7,所述压线口7内设有与水晶头接电端子2对应的压条8,每条压条8包括两条导电的压片9,每条压片9与一片接电片3对应,两条压片9之间相互绝缘,通过在两条压片9之间留间隙或者设置绝缘隔条5的方式实现相互绝缘,钳体6上设有电源10和LED灯11,电源10可以为纽扣电池或干电池或充电电池,LED灯11数量与压条8的数量相等,每个LED灯11与电源10和对应的压条8串联在一起,组成一个串联电路,压线口7内设有水晶头定位挡块12,用于对插入压线口7的水晶头定位,使每片压片9与水晶头上的接电片3对应。
使用时,将网线的八根分线按顺序排列好,插入线槽内,每个副槽4内插入一根分线,然后将水晶头插入网线钳的压线口7内,压动网线钳的把手,使压条8将接电端子2插入分线内,此时同一接电端子2上的两片接电片3、网线分线、同一压条8的两条压片9、LED灯11和电源10组成一个连通的串联回路,如果LED灯11亮起,则说明该条分线与水晶头的接电端子2是接触良好的,同时八个LED灯11都亮起,说明该水晶头压接合格。本方案对水晶头的接电端子2进行改进,将原有的接电端子2变为两片接电片3,同时对网线钳也进行改进,增加了监测的电源10和LED灯11,网线钳的压条8也改为两条导电的压片9,这样只要在压接时两片接电片3能同时与一条分线接触,LED灯11就会亮起,在压接水晶头的同时完成了水晶头的检测,出现问题可以直接监测本端的水晶头是否接触不良,大大提高了检测效率,也可以保证压接的合格率。

1.一种水晶头,包括外壳(1),外壳(1)的前端设有线槽,线槽上设有八片并排设置的接电端子(2),其特征在于:每片接电端子(2)均包括两片相互绝缘的接电片(3),两片接电片(3)前后设置且位于同一直线上;
所述线槽内设有八条副槽(4),每条副槽(4)内均设有一片接电端子(2);
同一片接电端子(2)的两片接电片(3)之间留有间隙或者设有绝缘隔条(5)。
2.一种网线钳,包括钳体(6)和压线口(7),所述压线口(7)内设有与水晶头接电端子(2)对应的压条(8),其特征在于:每条压条(8)包括两条导电的压片(9),每条压片(9)与一片接电片(3)对应,两条压片(9)之间相互绝缘,所述钳体(6)上设有电源(10)和LED灯(11),LED灯(11)数量与压条(8)的数量相等,每个LED灯(11)与对应的压条(8)和电源(10)串联在一起;
两条压片(9)之间留有间隙或者设有绝缘隔条(5);
所述压线口(7)内设有水晶头定位挡块(12)。
