本发明提供一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置,包括箱体,箱体的内壁四周设有隔音材料,箱体的顶部左侧设有进粉口,进粉口的上端设有送粉机,箱体的底部进粉口的正下方设有支架,支架上设有转盘,箱体的左侧上方设有透气孔,透气孔内设有单向阀门,箱体的右侧上方设有热风管道,右侧下方设有出粉口,所述进粉口的内侧壁和外侧壁之间设有加热丝,所述热风管道连有热风炉。本发明粉体通过进粉口时会进行预加热,缩短了干燥时间,进入箱体的粉体落到旋转的转盘上会充分扩散,使得粉体干燥均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉体干燥设备,尤其涉及一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置。
背景技术
激光熔覆技术是一种新的表面改性技术,是指在基体表面上涂覆不同材料,这些材料以粉体的形式经送粉装置输送到基体材料表面,然后通过激光照射使粉体材料熔化后逐渐凝固在基体上,形成一种新的复合材料,然而激光熔覆粉体在存放或使用过程中可能会受潮,受潮后的熔覆粉体流动性不佳,影响激光熔覆的质量。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置,包括箱体,箱体的内壁四周设有隔音材料,箱体的顶部设有进粉口,进粉口的上端设有送粉机,箱体的底部进粉口的正下方设有支架,支架上设有转盘,箱体的左侧上方设有透气孔,透气孔内设有单向阀门,箱体的右侧上方设有热风管道,右侧下方设有出粉口。
所述进粉口的内侧壁和外侧壁之间设有加热丝。
所述热风管道连有热风炉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明粉体通过进粉口时会进行预加热,缩短了干燥时间,进入箱体的粉体落到旋转的转盘上会充分扩散,使得粉体干燥均匀。

如图所示,一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置,包括箱体1,箱体1的内壁四周设有隔音材料2,箱体1的顶部左侧设有进粉口3,进粉口3的上端设有送粉机4,箱体1的底部进粉口3的正下方设有支架6,支架6上设有转盘5,箱体1的左侧上方设有透气孔7,透气孔7内设有单向阀门8,箱体1的右侧上方设有热风管道9,右侧下方设有出粉口10。
所述进粉口3的内侧壁和外侧壁之间设有加热丝。
所述热风管道9连有热风炉。
本发明箱体1的内壁四周设有隔音材料2,隔音效果好,粉体通过进粉口3时会进行预加热,缩短了干燥时间,粉体进入箱体1后在重力的作用下落到旋转的转盘5上,粉体充分扩散,使得粉体干燥均匀,受热的粉体材料产生的湿气通过透气孔7排出。

1.一种激光熔覆粉体的干燥装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的内壁四周设有隔音材料(2),所述箱体(1)的顶部左侧设有进粉口(3),所述进粉口(3)的上端设有送粉机(4),所述箱体(1)的底部进粉口(3)的正下方设有支架(6),所述支架(6)上设有转盘(5),所述箱体(1)的左侧上方设有透气孔(7),所述透气孔(7)内设有单向阀门(8),所述箱体(1)的右侧上方设有热风管道(9),右侧下方设有出粉口(10)。
