本发明涉及超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀。它包括阀体、阀盖、密封球、漏网、四开环、盖板、压环、硬自密封圈、调节阀、管子,阀体内装有密封球,密封球与阀体之间设计有密封面,阀体的阀腔内装有漏网,密封球在漏网中上下运动,阀体外侧装有调节阀,调节阀一端通过管子连接密封球上端的阀腔,调节阀另一端通过管子连接阀体出口流道。优点是在旁路上安装一个调节阀,调节补充介质的速度,在不发生水击的情况下较快的关闭阀门,保护阀门使用安全;密封球在圆柱漏网里上下运动,任意旋转,没有传动件,自由启闭,不存在固定的磨损点,提高了密封件的使用寿命;圆柱漏网起导向和保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及止回阀领域,具体涉及一种超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀。
背景技术
传统的逆止门是控制介质倒流。为了降低能耗,提高发电效率,发电设备正朝着大型化、高参数、高性能发展。
球形密封止回阀在结构上没有传动件,自由启闭,密封球在圆柱漏网里上下运动,任意旋转,不存在固定的磨损点。工作过程中球面磨损均匀,始终保持很好的形状精度,使用性能不会随时间降低,提高了密封件的使用寿命。
在高压管路中,当出现介质倒流时,高压介质回流压力会使密封球极快速的关闭,这将对阀门及管道造成强大的水击,从而对装置产生破坏,影响安全生产。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀,阀门主要采用球形密封结构,压力增大,解决阀门在不发生水击的情况下较快关闭阀门,保护阀门使用安全的问题,满足使用工况。
超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀,它包括阀体、阀盖、密封球、漏网、四开环、盖板、压环、硬自密封圈、调节阀、管子,阀体内装有密封球,密封球与阀体之间设计有密封面,阀体的阀腔内装有漏网,密封球在漏网中上下运动,阀盖装在阀体上端,阀盖与阀体之间从下往上依次装有硬自密封圈、压环、四开环,硬自密封圈下端压在阀盖上,硬自密封圈上端压有压环,压环上面压有四开环,四开环的四周边缘嵌入阀体内,阀体上端装有盖板且盖板通过双头螺栓和螺母固定连接在阀盖上,盖板上端中间装有吊环,阀体外侧装有调节阀,调节阀一端通过管子连接密封球上端的阀腔,调节阀另一端通过管子连接阀体出口流道。
所述的阀体的压力为270V。
所述的阀体下端开有排泄孔,排泄孔内装有丝堵。
本发明的优点是在旁路上安装一个调节阀,调节补充介质的速度,在不发生水击的情况下较快的关闭阀门,保护阀门使用安全。密封球在圆柱漏网里上下运动,任意旋转,没有传动件,自由启闭,不存在固定的磨损点,提高了密封件的使用寿命。圆柱漏网起导向和保护作用。压力增大 :原170V以下,现为270V;自密封: 原软密封 , 现为硬密封。增加排污孔,去除污物。

参照附图1,超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀,它包括阀体1、阀盖3、密封球2、漏网13、四开环6、盖板8、压环5、硬自密封圈4、调节阀14、管子15,阀体内装有密封球,密封球2与阀体1之间设计有密封面,阀体1的阀腔内装有漏网13,密封球2在漏网13中上下运动,阀盖3装在阀体1上端,阀盖3与阀体1之间从下往上依次装有硬自密封圈4、压环5、四开环6,硬自密封圈4下端压在阀盖3上,硬自密封圈4上端压有压环5,压环5上面压有四开环6,四开环6的四周边缘嵌入阀体1内,阀体1上端装有盖板8且盖板8通过双头螺栓7和螺母9固定连接在阀盖3上,盖板8上端中间装有吊环10,阀体1外侧装有调节阀14,调节阀14一端通过管子15连接密封球2上端的阀腔,调节阀14另一端通过管子15连接阀体1出口流道。
所述的阀体1的压力为270V。
所述的阀体1下端开有排泄孔,排泄孔内装有丝堵16。

1.超超临界带旁路球形密封止回阀,它包括阀体、阀盖、密封球、漏网、四开环、盖板、压环、硬自密封圈、调节阀、管子,其特征是阀体内装有密封球,密封球与阀体之间设计有密封面,阀体的阀腔内装有漏网,密封球在漏网中上下运动,阀盖装在阀体上端,阀盖与阀体之间从下往上依次装有硬自密封圈、压环、四开环,硬自密封圈下端压在阀盖上,硬自密封圈上端压有压环,压环上面压有四开环,四开环的四周边缘嵌入阀体内,阀体上端装有盖板且盖板通过双头螺栓和螺母固定连接在阀盖上,盖板上端中间装有吊环,阀体外侧装有调节阀,调节阀一端通过管子连接密封球上端的阀腔,调节阀另一端通过管子连接阀体出口流道。
