Abstract
本文涉及了一种含有酯类基础油的全合成型液压油,克服了PAO对边界润滑不良等缺点,油品中极性官能团能很好长时间的吸附在摩擦界面,极好的保护了设备的正常使用,全合成油的摩擦系数小,也降低了设备因摩擦而产生过多的热量。酯类油有很好的清洁性能,保障了设备零部件有干净的工作环境。产品质量符合国家标准GB11118.1‑94 L‑HM液压油优等品质量标准,质量符合美国DENISON HF‑0规格要求,同时亦达到ISO11158‑97、vickers m‑2950‑s DIN 51524以及cincinnati Milacron P‑68p‑69 P‑70等规格指标要求。

技术领域
该产品属于石油化工行业,润滑油领域。
背景技术
目前全合成油的基础油基本上都是PAO、三类+的矿物基础油,随着工业设备技术的革新,对所用油品的品质提出了更高的要求,市场上需要一种能更适合新型设备工况要求的润滑油,此专利公开了一种以酯类基础油、PAO 为主要基础油,组合清净剂、高温抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、油性改进剂等原料生产的酯类合成液压油调和工艺,该润滑油有很强的抗边界摩擦能力,极好的散热性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种以酯类合成油、PAO为基础油的酯类合成液压油配方及其生产工艺,该润滑油油膜超稳,为工业设备提供更全面的保护,延长设备的使用寿命,并且酯类基础油的极性官能团能吸附在摩擦界面,长时间不会掉落,并且对极压抗磨剂有很好的溶解能力。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是 :一种酯类合成液压油的配方,其特征在于 :它的原料包括基础油和添加剂,所述的基础油包括酯类基础油和PAO合成基础油 ;所述的添加剂包括复合剂 7043、;原料中各组分的质量百分比为 :复合剂7043为0.6%~0.8%,抗泡剂 T901 为 0.001% ~ 0.003%,其余成分为基础油。
成分介绍,复合剂7043不含锌,作用为极佳的润滑性和抗极压性,大大降低摩擦系数及磨损,达到极佳节能效果,酯类合成油是在所有基础油中综合性能最好的多元醇酯。
本发明的生产工艺,其生产步骤为
1)在调和罐中加入合成酯V类基础油、PAO在35℃~40℃条件下脉冲调和15~20分钟
2)加入复合剂7043 在35℃~40℃条件下脉冲调和10分钟
3)将调和罐内物料均匀速度加热到45℃
4)维持45℃条件下脉冲调和一个小时
5)取样化验各项技术指标,确保合格
6)将调和罐温度降到室温得到所述的润滑油。
本发明基础油V类酯类合成油和PAO酯类油的好处概括起来,相对于加氢油,合成酯的好处就在于:润滑性好,蒸发损失小,溶解能力大(对添加剂和油泥积炭),高温清净好,导热系数高,热容大,其实润滑油的许多问题是同油的温度相关的,合成酯摩擦磨损小了,摩擦热也就少,并且节能减少耗外;导热系数大,机件清洁干净,容易散热;热容大,同样热量温度低,等等因素使油温要比不加酯类油的低。油温度低,油的氧化程度也就小了,油的寿命延长。酯型油的另外一个特点是因为合成酯在机件表面上有比较强的吸附性,有良好的抗边界摩擦的能力。PAO则是乙烯聚合而成的C8~C10的α-烯烃再经路易斯酸络合型催化剂丁香聚合而成,由于α-烯烃分子整齐,聚合有的分子整齐、规整。分子量分布量窄,因此所得油品质量高,粘度指数高、挥发性低、低温性能和氧化安定性能好。
此配方调和工艺采用了目前最先进的脉冲调和,其优点是压缩空气以涡旋方式挤压出来带动罐底液体冲向罐的底部,使罐底的组分能够充分被带动起来参与搅拌,使物料得到充分的融合反应,并且调和时间短调和效率高。

该产品经实验室理化性能及高压泵台架评定,产品质量符合国家标准 GB11118.1-94L-HM 液压油优等品质量标准,质量符合美国DENISON HF-0规格要求,同时亦达到ISO11158-97、vickers m-2950-s DIN 51524 以及cincinnati Milacron P-68p-69 P-70等规格指标要求。
该项技术的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和范围内所作的更动与润饰,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.以多元醇酯 PAO 为基础油调配的酯类合成液压油,其构成组分为:
PAO
多元醇酯
复合型液压油添加剂。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料的酯类合成液压油,其特征在于 :PAO为埃克森美孚公司的PAO。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料的酯类合成液压油,其特征在于:多元醇酯为英国禾大公司生产的3970。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料的酯类合成液压油,其特征在于:液压油复合添加剂为路博润提供。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的1-4 所描述的原料及原料来源为原料所生产制备的以酯类基础油为部分原料的酯类合成液压油的制作工艺特征如下:
在调和罐中加入合成酯V类基础油、PAO在35℃~40℃条件下脉冲调和15~20分钟
加入复合剂7043 在35℃~40℃条件下脉冲调和10分钟
将调和罐内物料均匀速度加热到45℃
维持45℃条件下脉冲调和一个小时
取样化验各项技术指标,确保合格
将调和罐温度降到室温得到所述的润滑油。
