本发明公开了一种新型生物燃料,由以下重量份原料制成:桑枝20‑30份、稻草10‑20份、糖渣5‑10份、硅藻土5‑10份、木炭10‑15份、纤维类粘合剂1‑2份、助燃催化剂1‑2份。本发明的生物燃料配方,原料易得,制备方法简单,且在配方中加入了纤维类粘合剂和助燃催化剂,降低了结渣程度,大大提高了燃烧效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型生物燃料。
背景技术
生物燃料又称生态燃料,泛指由有机物组成或者制成的燃料,比如玉米制成的乙醇汽车燃料,或者回收食用油制成的生物柴油等。生物燃料可供提取的物质种类很多,比如玉米、黄豆、亚麻籽、油菜籽、甘蔗、椰子油、厨余食用油等等,它不同于石油等传统燃料,属于可以再生的燃料。虽然生物燃料属于可再生能源,但其在锅炉中属于层次燃烧,为保证生物质的完全燃烧,可采取延长生物质在炉内的停留时间的方式,但生物质的灰熔点较低,又很容易结渣,同时生物质燃料在燃烧工程当中对锅炉配风要求较高,难以保证生物质燃料的充分燃烧,从而影响锅炉的燃烧效率。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种新型生物燃料,能够改善其结渣现象,提高燃烧效果。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种新型生物燃料,由以下重量份原料制成:
桑枝20-30份 稻草10-20份
糖渣5-10份 硅藻土5-10份
木炭10-15份 纤维类粘合剂1-2份
助燃催化剂1-2份。
优选地,所述新型生物燃料,由以下重量份原料制成:
桑枝25份 稻草15份
糖渣7.5份 硅藻土7.5份
木炭12.5份 纤维类粘合剂1.5份
助燃催化剂1.5份。
所述纤维类粘合剂为淀粉浆糊。
优选地,所述纤维类粘合剂为玉米淀粉浆糊。
所述助燃催化剂为二氧化锰或甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰。
本发明的优点是:本发明的生物燃料配方,原料易得,制备方法简单,且在配方中加入了纤维类粘合剂和助燃催化剂,降低了结渣程度,大大提高了燃烧效率。
