本发明公开了一种生物燃料配方,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆2030份、草灰1520份、稻壳510份、甘蔗渣510份、禽畜粪便510份、杨树木屑810份、桉树木屑1014份、樟树木屑46份、化学催化剂0.51份、工业用酒精35份。本发明的生物燃料配方,原料易得,制备方法简单,且在配方中加入了催化剂和工业酒精大大提高了燃烧效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种生物燃料配方。
背景技术
生物燃料又称生态燃料,泛指由有机物组成或者制成的燃料,比如玉米制成的乙醇汽车燃料,或者回收食用油制成的生物柴油等。生物燃料可供提取的物质种类很多,比如玉米、黄豆、亚麻籽、油菜籽、甘蔗、椰子油、厨余食用油等等,它不同于石油等传统燃料,属于可以再生的燃料。虽然生物燃料属于可再生能源,但其在锅炉中属于层次燃烧,为保证生物质的完全燃烧,可采取延长生物质在炉内的停留时间的方式,但生物质的灰熔点较低,又很容易结渣,同时生物质燃料在燃烧工程当中对锅炉配风要求较高,难以保证生物质燃料的充分燃烧,从而影响锅炉的燃烧效率。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种新的生物燃料配方,能够改善其结渣现象,提高燃烧效果。
本发明采取的技术方案是:

制备时,先将生物材料混合粉碎,然后和化学催化剂、工业用酒精加适量水混匀,送入造粒中造粒即得燃料。
本发明的优点是:本发明的生物燃料配方,原料易得,制备方法简单,且在配方中加入了催化剂和工业酒精大大提高了燃烧效率。
