Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料表面的金属化处理方法,涉及塑料制品技术领域,该方法包括以下步骤:对PVC塑料件进行前处理,去除表面的油污和灰尘;喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用250~350nm的紫外光固化1~2min;将塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到3×10‑3~4×10‑3Pa,控制温度在60~65℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在90~100ev,轰击时间为5~8min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击3~4min;喷涂面漆,在60~65℃内烘干,并保温1~1.5h。本发明解决了现有塑料表面金属化处理存在金属镀层容易开裂、起皱的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域,尤其是一种塑料表面的金属化处理方法。
背景技术
塑料因其质量轻、不会锈蚀、绝缘性好、导热性低、成本低等特点被广泛应用于生产或生活用品上。为了增强塑料制品的表面性能以及美观性,通常会对塑料制品表面进行装饰,除了进行涂装外,另一种常见的塑料表面装饰就是表面金属化。对塑料表面进行金属化处理,可以使塑料制品获得金属质感的外观,增加光泽,提高表面机械强度,延长使用寿命,并且获得导电性、导磁性和可电焊性,由此扩大了塑料制品的使用范围。现有的塑料金属化方法包括电镀和真空镀,因电镀方法的加工过程中会产生有毒有害物质而污染环境,且经常会产生镀层脱落、露黄、白雾、起泡、镀层粗糙、起毛刺等问题,因而现在的塑料表面金属化大多采用无公害、低能耗、成本低的真空镀,该方法是在真空环境下,将金属或金属氧化物气化,沉积在塑料表面形成金属膜。但是现有的真空镀工艺,因塑料在真空环境下容易放气,容易影响金属膜的质量,使镀层出现镀层产生开裂、起皱的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料表面的金属化处理方法,这种方法可以解决现有塑料表面金属化处理存在金属镀层容易开裂、起皱的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种塑料表面的金属化处理方法包括以下步骤:
A、对PVC塑料件进行前处理,去除表面的油污和灰尘;
B、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用250~350nm的紫外光固化1~2min;
C、将步骤B所得的塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到3×10-3~4×10-3Pa,控制温度在60~65℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在90~100ev,轰击时间为5~8min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击3~4min;
D、喷涂面漆,在60~65℃内烘干,并保温1~1.5h。
上述塑料表面的金属化处理方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:步骤A的前处理时在40~50℃的水中,用28~40kHz的超声波清洗待处理的PVC塑料件3~5分钟,清洗完成后,用35~40℃的水喷淋1~2分钟,然后烘干。
进一步的,步骤B的底漆厚度为12-18um。
进一步的,步骤C的镀层厚度为0.04~0.1um。
进一步的,步骤D面漆的厚度为10~15 um。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:前处理可以提高涂膜的附着力,避免麻点的出现;喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆并固化,可以避免塑料内部的气体溢出,有利于后续真空镀的进行;镀层的附着力好,厚度均匀,不会出现镀层产生开裂、起皱的问题;前处理的工艺可以消除内应力,避免使用化学试剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例的塑料表面的金属化处理方法包括以下步骤:
A、对PVC塑料件进行前处理,以去除表面的油污和灰尘,在40℃的水中,用40kHz的超声波清洗待处理的PVC塑料件3分钟,清洗完成后,用35℃的水喷淋1分钟,然后烘干;
B、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用250nm的紫外光固化2min,底漆厚度为12um;
C、将步骤B所得的塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到3×10-3Pa,控制温度在60℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在90ev,轰击时间为8min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击3min,镀层厚度为0.04um;
D、喷涂面漆,在60℃内烘干,并保温1.5h,面漆的厚度为10 um。
实施例2
本实施例的塑料表面的金属化处理方法包括以下步骤:
A、对PVC塑料件进行前处理,以去除表面的油污和灰尘,在50℃的水中,用28kHz的超声波清洗待处理的PVC塑料件5分钟,清洗完成后,用35℃的水喷淋2分钟,然后烘干;
B、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用350nm的紫外光固化1min,底漆厚度为18um;
C、将步骤B所得的塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到4×10-3Pa,控制温度在65℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在100ev,轰击时间为5min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击4min,镀层厚度为0.1um;
D、喷涂面漆,在65℃内烘干,并保温1h,面漆的厚度为15 um。
实施例3
本实施例的塑料表面的金属化处理方法包括以下步骤:
A、对PVC塑料件进行前处理,以去除表面的油污和灰尘,在45℃的水中,用35kHz的超声波清洗待处理的PVC塑料件4分钟,清洗完成后,用38℃的水喷淋1.5分钟,然后烘干;
B、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用300nm的紫外光固化1.5min,底漆厚度为16um;
C、将步骤B所得的塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到3.5×10-3,控制温度在65℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在95ev,轰击时间为6min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击3.5min,镀层厚度为0.08um;
D、喷涂面漆,在60℃内烘干,并保温1.5h,面漆的厚度为12 um。
Claims (5)
1.一种塑料表面的金属化处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、对PVC塑料件进行前处理,去除表面的油污和灰尘;
B、喷涂丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆,利用250~350nm的紫外光固化1~2min;
C、将步骤B所得的塑料件放入真空镀室内,充入惰性气体,使真空度达到3×10-3~4×10-3Pa,控制温度在60~65℃,匀速转动塑料件,调节等离子体的离子能量在90~100ev,轰击时间为5~8min,随后熔料蒸镀金属或金属氧化物膜,镀完后用等离子体再轰击3~4min;
D、喷涂面漆,在60~65℃内烘干,并保温1~1.5h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料表面的金属化处理方法,其特征在于:步骤A的前处理时在40~50℃的水中,用28~40kHz的超声波清洗待处理的PVC塑料件3~5分钟,清洗完成后,用35~40℃的水喷淋1~2分钟,然后烘干。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料表面的金属化处理方法,其特征在于:步骤B的底漆厚度为12-18um。
4.根据权利要求2所述的塑料表面的金属化处理方法,其特征在于:步骤C的镀层厚度为0.04~0.1um。
5.根据权利要求2所述的塑料表面的金属化处理方法,其特征在于:步骤D面漆的厚度为10~15 um。
