Abstract
本发明属于植物生长调节剂与植物无性繁育技术领域,尤其涉及一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料包括:萘乙酸钠、萘乙酰胺、邻苯二酚、维生素C、恶霜猛锌、硼酸、白糖、尿素与水。该生根剂更容易被吸收,且各种有益物质及营养物质丰富,能够有效提升木本植物扦插生根率,针对较难扦插成功的植物也有良好的生根率。

本发明属于植物生长调节剂与植物无性繁育技术领域,尤其涉及一种木本植物扦插生根剂。
背景技术
园林植物生产离不开苗木繁育,通常苗木繁育有有性繁育(种子)、无性繁育(嫁接、扦插)等方式。但是,有性繁殖时,有的植物几乎没有种子形成(如黄桷兰、辛夷)、有的植物产生种子极少或种子发芽率极低(如马褂木、红花木莲)、同时利用种子繁育的实生苗变异性大,容易使植物丧失优良性状。利用嫁接繁育时,有的植物嫁接成活率低, 嫁接要求技术高,而且繁殖系数少(油茶、樱花等),很难满足园林业生产发展需要。扦插繁育既有利快速大批量繁育种苗,又能保持植物原有的优良性状,但有的植物扦插繁育时生根极难(黄连木、桢楠等),也影响苗木繁育和生产发展。
随着植物生长调节剂在农、林业生产上的推广应用,有效提高了许多常用植物扦插生根率,但使用单一的生长调节剂对难生根树种还是不起作用或效果很差,同时生长调节剂的吸收效果也是一个问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种木本植物扦插生根剂,能有效提升木本植物扦插生根率,使一般木本植物扦插生根率提高到95%-100%,使难生根植物扦插生根率达到50-80%以上。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料为:萘乙酸钠、萘乙酰胺、邻苯二酚、维生素C、恶霜猛锌、硼酸、白糖、尿素。
进一步,一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料按重量份计为:萘乙酸钠0.05~0.15份、萘乙酰胺0.01~0.1份、邻苯二酚0.01~0.1份、维生素C0.01~0.05份、恶霜猛锌0.1~0.5份、硼酸0.02~0.05份、白糖1.5~2.5份、尿素0.5~1份、水1000份。
作为优选,一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料按重量份计为萘乙酸钠0.1份、萘乙酰胺0.06份、邻苯二酚0.05份、维生素C 0.03份、恶霜猛锌0.3份、硼酸0.03份、白糖2份、尿素0.7份、水1000份。
所述的恶霜猛锌为代森猛锌和恶霜灵两物质的混合物,按重量份计,代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:3~4.5。
作为优选,所述的恶霜猛锌中代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:4。
本发明的有益效果有以下几点:
1、萘乙酸钠和萘乙酰胺属于植物生长促进剂,经植物茎、叶吸收,传导性慢,有利剌激插穗下端愈伤组织分化和根原基形成,促进插穗产生不定根,两种混合使用比单一使用效果好;
2、邻苯二酚:是一种强还原剂,苯二酚由于能有效抑制切枝体内吲哚乙酸氧化酶的生物活性,从而使外源处理的生长素可充分发挥其诱导生根的作用,故促进生根效果好,萘乙酸钠和萘乙酰胺与邻苯二酚混用呈现出明显的增效作用;
3、维生素C:在植物体内参与电子传递系统中氧化还原作用,是一个强还原剂或者电子供体,促进新陈代谢,它可以对植物体中的活性氧进行清除,延缓植物的衰老,有利诱导插枝生根 ;
4、恶霜猛锌:是一种效果非常明显的复配杀菌剂,主要成分是代森猛锌和恶霜灵,同时具备了两种农药的优良特性。恶霉灵为杂环类化合物,是一种内吸性杀菌剂和消毒剂,代森猛锌不仅作为一种杀菌剂,更是一种植物生长调节剂,在抑制病原真菌菌丝体的正常生长或直接杀灭病菌的同时,更能补充供给插穗猛、锌微量元素,与恶霜灵进行配合形成恶霜猛锌不仅利用了恶霜林的杀菌、消毒功能,更利用恶霜灵的内吸性,保证代森锰锌更好的被吸收,同时恶霜灵的内吸性也保障了其他有益物质更好的被吸收;
5、硼酸:含硼微量元素,硼参与植物体糖的运转和代谢以及蛋白质合成,有利促进插穗生根和根系生长发育;
6、白糖和尿素:植物插穗生根需要一定的营养物质,营养物质对根原始体的分化有重要意义,尤其是碳水化合物和氮素化合物。糖是植物扦插不可缺少的碳源为细胞提供合成新化合物的碳骨架为细胞的呼吸代谢提供底物与能源,还可以维持一定的渗透压。尿素含有较高的氮元素,氮被称为生命元素,是植物体内氨基酸组成和是构成蛋白质的成分,用白糖和尿素处理插穗,能有效补充插穗愈伤组织分化和根原基形成所需的营养物质,促进插穗生根效果好;
7、利用植物生长节剂与辅助因子复配,集活性功能物质、有机物、无机营养、微量元素、杀菌剂于一体,组合成一种强力速效外源生根剂,含有速效生根因子的抗病毒、抗衰老因子,通过茎叶吸收进入植物体内,激发酶的活性,促进根原基快速形成,易生根植物使用后20-25天能诱发新生根系,难生根植物需要25-35天,同时克服了插穗在生根期间,常因病菌侵袭而腐烂导致扦插失败。本品成本低,配制简单,使用方便,抗病能力强, 生根快,成活率高;

实施例8:一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料按重量份计为:萘乙酸钠0.1份、萘乙酰胺0.06份、邻苯二酚0.05份、维生素C 0.03份、恶霜猛锌0.3份、硼酸0.03份、白糖2份、尿素0.7份、水1000份。浸泡马褂木插穗基部1小时,扦插后25天出现生根,35天生根率达80%,所述的恶霜猛锌为代森猛锌和恶霜灵两物质的混合物,按重量份计,代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:4。
实施例9:一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料按重量份计为:萘乙酸钠0.1份、萘乙酰胺0.06份、邻苯二酚0.05份、维生素C 0.03份、恶霜猛锌0.3份、硼酸0.03份、白糖2份、尿素0.7份、水1000份。浸泡油橄榄插穗基部1小时,扦插后20天出现生根,25天生根率达80%,所述的恶霜猛锌为代森猛锌和恶霜灵两物质的混合物,按重量份计,代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:4。
实施例10:一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其原料按重量份计为:萘乙酸钠0.1份、萘乙酰胺0.06份、邻苯二酚0.05份、维生素C 0.03份、恶霜猛锌0.3份、硼酸0.03份、白糖2份、尿素0.7份、水1000份。浸泡红叶石楠插穗基部1小时,扦插后20天出现生根,25天生根率达97%,,所述的恶霜猛锌为代森猛锌和恶霜灵两物质的混合物,按重量份计,代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:4.5。
如上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故任凡未脱离本方案技术内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例做出任何简单的更改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其特征在于,其原料包括:萘乙酸钠、萘乙酰胺、邻苯二酚、维生素C、恶霜猛锌、硼酸、白糖、尿素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为:萘乙酸钠0.05~0.15份、萘乙酰胺0.01~0.1份、邻苯二酚0.01~0.1份、维生素C0.01~0.05份、恶霜猛锌0.1~0.5份、硼酸0.02~0.05份、白糖1.5~2.5份、尿素0.5~1份、水1000份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为萘乙酸钠0.1份、萘乙酰胺0.06份、邻苯二酚0.05份、维生素C
0.03份、恶霜猛锌0.3份、硼酸0.03份、白糖2份、尿素0.7份、水1000份。
4.根据权利要求1—3任一所述的一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其特征在于:所述的恶霜猛锌为代森猛锌和恶霜灵的混合物,按重量份计,代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:3~4.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种木本植物扦插生根剂,其特征在于:所述的恶霜猛锌中代森锰锌:恶霜灵=1:4。
