技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构。
背景技术
电加热棒普遍应用于日常生活中,电加热棒是专为储罐之类的容器电伴热保温而设计制造的产品,长期以来储罐内介质的伴热保温主要采用蒸汽或热水,盘罐式加热器存在事故率高,检修维护困难,能耗大等问题,伴热保温问题一直困扰着广大用户,电加热棒正是针对这些问题而研制的,电加热棒安装复杂,增加人力成本,在组装过程中会受到不同的外力作用,容易导致电加热棒组装不合格,有鉴于此,有必要对现有的电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构予以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构,结构紧凑,能够替代工人自动供料和上料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构,该电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构包括焊环供料装置和焊环上料机械手,所述焊环供料装置位于焊环上料机械手下方,所述焊环供料装置包括焊环振料装置和焊环安装装置,焊环振料装置的出料口对着焊环安装装置的焊环安装模,所述焊环振料装置包括焊环振料盘、焊环直线送料器、焊环直线振料器、焊环振料器支架和焊环料盘安装板,所述焊环料盘安装板上平面安装有焊环振料盘,焊环振料盘的出料口对着焊环直线送料器,焊环直线送料器安装于焊环直线振料器上,焊环直线振料器安装于焊环振料器支架上平面,所述焊环安装装置还包括焊环安装支架、导柱气缸、焊环导柱、焊环感应器、感应器支架、焊环限位气缸、限位气缸安装板和焊环限位板,所述焊环安装支架侧面安装有导柱气缸,导柱气缸的活塞杆与焊环导柱固定连接,焊环安装模上设有导向孔,焊环导柱插装于焊环安装模的导向孔内,焊环安装模固定于焊环安装支架侧面,所述焊环安装模上平面设有“U”形焊环安装孔,“U”形焊环安装孔对着焊环感应器,焊环感应器通过感应器支架固定于焊环安装模侧面,焊环安装模后侧设有焊环限位气缸,焊环限位气缸安装于限位气缸安装板,限位气缸安装板固定于焊环安装支架上,焊环限位气缸的活塞杆与焊环限位板固定连接,所述焊环限位板穿过焊环安装模;
优选的是,所述焊环上料机械手包括焊环支架、焊环气缸、焊环安装板、接头连接块、焊环滑块、焊环滑轨、焊环滑块安装板、焊环升降气缸、“┗”形焊环连接板、焊环推拉气缸、气爪气缸和焊环夹爪,所述焊环支架的垂直板上安装有横向焊环安装板,焊环安装板侧面安装有焊环气缸,焊环气缸的活塞杆与接头连接块固定连接,接头连接块固定于焊环滑块安装板上边沿,焊环滑块安装板后侧面安装有焊环滑块,焊环安装板侧面安装有焊环滑轨,焊环滑块与焊环滑轨配合,焊环滑块安装板前侧面安装有焊环升降气缸,焊环升降气缸的活塞杆法兰板通过连接板与焊环推拉气缸连接,焊环推拉气缸的活塞杆法兰板通过连接板与气爪气缸连接,气爪气缸的三个夹臂均安装有焊环夹爪,三个焊环夹爪下端设有焊环安装凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构,结构紧凑,能够替代工人自动供料和上料,节省劳动力,降低生产成本。

1.一种电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构,该其特征在于:该电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构包括焊环供料装置和焊环上料机械手,所述焊环供料装置位于焊环上料机械手下方,所述焊环供料装置包括焊环振料装置和焊环安装装置,焊环振料装置的出料口对着焊环安装装置的焊环安装模,所述焊环振料装置包括焊环振料盘、焊环直线送料器、焊环直线振料器、焊环振料器支架和焊环料盘安装板,所述焊环料盘安装板上平面安装有焊环振料盘,焊环振料盘的出料口对着焊环直线送料器,焊环直线送料器安装于焊环直线振料器上,焊环直线振料器安装于焊环振料器支架上平面,所述焊环安装装置还包括焊环安装支架、导柱气缸、焊环导柱、焊环感应器、感应器支架、焊环限位气缸、限位气缸安装板和焊环限位板,所述焊环安装支架侧面安装有导柱气缸,导柱气缸的活塞杆与焊环导柱固定连接,焊环安装模上设有导向孔,焊环导柱插装于焊环安装模的导向孔内,焊环安装模固定于焊环安装支架侧面,所述焊环安装模上平面设有“U”形焊环安装孔,“U”形焊环安装孔对着焊环感应器,焊环感应器通过感应器支架固定于焊环安装模侧面,焊环安装模后侧设有焊环限位气缸,焊环限位气缸安装于限位气缸安装板,限位气缸安装板固定于焊环安装支架上,焊环限位气缸的活塞杆与焊环限位板固定连接,所述焊环限位板穿过焊环安装模。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电加热棒组装机的焊环上料机构,该其特征在于:所述焊环上料机械手包括焊环支架、焊环气缸、焊环安装板、接头连接块、焊环滑块、焊环滑轨、焊环滑块安装板、焊环升降气缸、“┗”形焊环连接板、焊环推拉气缸、气爪气缸和焊环夹爪,所述焊环支架的垂直板上安装有横向焊环安装板,焊环安装板侧面安装有焊环气缸,焊环气缸的活塞杆与接头连接块固定连接,接头连接块固定于焊环滑块安装板上边沿,焊环滑块安装板后侧面安装有焊环滑块,焊环安装板侧面安装有焊环滑轨,焊环滑块与焊环滑轨配合,焊环滑块安装板前侧面安装有焊环升降气缸,焊环升降气缸的活塞杆法兰板通过连接板与焊环推拉气缸连接,焊环推拉气缸的活塞杆法兰板通过连接板与气爪气缸连接,气爪气缸的三个夹臂均安装有焊环夹爪,三个焊环夹爪下端设有焊环安装凹槽。
