Abstract
电振给料器广泛地应用于各种磨机的给料和配
料系统中。它实际上是一组安装于料仓下料口绕有
线圈的电磁铁。当脉动电流通过线圈,电磁铁产生振
动,物料便徐徐下落,调节脉动电流的幅值,物料下落
量便得到调整。然而物料的下落量不完全决定于振
动强度,还与物料的粒度、水分、尘埃等因素密切相
关,因此目前使用的电振给料器,其给料量不能做到
定值可控,这就使得电振给料器在不少生产机械中不
能满足工艺要求,急切期待改进。
Description
本系统的结构原理如图所示,从电振给料器下落的物料通过皮带秤架时,传感器便输出与物料流量成正比的偏差信号△u,此信号经A/O转换后成为数码G,计算机将G与给定值G0加以比较,根据比较结果以决定数码B的增减,其数字模型为:
G-Go>0,GEC B
G-Go<0,INC B
G-Go=0,B不变
其中OEC为递减1个数码;INC为递增1个数码。数码B通过O/A转换成为模电压,控制可控硅装置的导通角,使电振电流I获得相应的增或减,亦即振动强度得到相应的调整。从而使给料量在给值附近变动,达到定值控制的目的。

Claims (1)
- 计算机1根据给定值2提供的开关量Go和电子皮带秤3提供的物料通过G进行比较,当皮带上物料通过量G大于给定值Go时,计算机使B值减小,从而使电振电流l减小,导致电振给料器4的振动强度削弱,物料下落量G相应减小,使G值向Go靠近;若皮带上的物料通过量G小于设定值Go时,计算机使B值增加,从而使电振电流I增大,导致电振给料器4的振动强度增强,物料下落量G相应增大,使G值向Go靠近;若G值与Go相等,则一切维持原状不变。整个装置的特征在于用电子皮带秤3作为物料下落的检测手段,组成自动调整物料下落量的闭环系统。
